Brookdale

The building itself in its woodland setting is warm, full of light and lovely. The staff and residents are welcoming and friendly. The meals are excellent. This is WAY different from the other glass and steel places we visited.

They have been wonderful! The staff is very attentive. Always cheerful. Lots of daily activities and outings each week. Residence can do as much as they want every day. My stepdad loves the food!

The facility is always clean, decorated, provides a happy vibe appeal. The staff is excellent. They work hard as a team to deliver excellent care to the residents. Communication has been wonderful. I could not ask for a better place four our family member. Since she has been there she looks so much better/happier.

My parents are happy there overall. The staff is caring and kind and interact with the residents as if they're friends. My parents appreciate that. The only complaint is that the menu changes after it's been posted and makes it impossible to request alternate menu items in the time frame required. Therefore my parents are forced to eat something that they may not like. This is my parents' perspective so it may not happen like that but that's what they say.

[name removed] was always so proactive. She made sure [name removed] was taken care of and my questions answered. [name removed] was also so important in my assisted living experience. [name removed] improved when he was there. I would absolutely recommend Brookdale Senior. My husband's condition deteriorated, after he left and he needed more care. his present facility is so bad. My husband would always say, "they love me here"

The staff was always very kind and understanding. They were responsive and supportive. I would recommend this place to others who are needing to find a place for their loved one.

1-8 all 5's. I have had a great experience with them so far....I like the sincere approach to when I had a question or working with me. Great bedside manners. We weren't just a number to them.

I no longer worry about the care of my mother. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Concord Parkway to other families based on the experience so far.

They get a 10 for all areas. They have been awesome for us. Nicest staff ever. Clean. They take excellent care of my mom. Food is great and mom loves good food. Lots of activities. They take care of her every need. Staff is extremely helpful and caring. Have on-site hair salon which is so convenient.

It is very nice and homey. The staff are friendly and know what they are doing. Every staff member I had meant had been there for a number of years, lowest 3 yrs highest 17yrs. That speaks volumes. Thank you for setting that up for us.

We've been extremely satisfied with the care provided by the staff at Brookhaven Assisted Living in New Braunfels, Texas. My sister appears to feel comfortable in the environment and staff. My sister and I felt it was the perfect home for her when we walked in the door.

My 90 year old Mom was a resident there for 12 months. She was diagnosed with Lewy's Body dementia. In [date removed] and moved into Brookdale Conway in [date removed]. She absolutely loved her time there. All teammates working at Brookdale took the best care of mom and called me with any concern. The entire place is immaculate and the food choices changed daily. It was a family atmosphere with everyone involved and my mom was treated with so much dignity and respect even when the terrible disease got worse. I would recommend this facility to anyone the demands the best for their lived one.

Came to visit my brother here for the first time. And it is a beautiful well kept facility. Staff are warm and friendly. Brother seems content and happy! Front desk lady greets you as you come. Everything smells so clean.

We have been welcomed into this community where they are taking very good care of our love one! I appreciate the care our loved one is receiving! The caregivers always make us feel so welcome! Even during the sign in at the front desk is welcoming by the receptionist!

Toured for grandmother. Very nice community, seems like always something to do. I think my grandmother will be very happy in a community like this when she needs it. She is not quite ready, but when she is, a place like this will be top of the list.

We have been very impressed with the dedication and empathy shown by all the staff members at Brookdale. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for the memory care facility. I would rate them a 5 out of 5 and our brother, has been a resident with many needs for over 4 weeks now.

The process of learning about the facility was good. I appreciated the time that was spent showing us around and answering questions. The dining rooms are welcoming and comfortable. The food seems to be good and filling. The staff has been friendly and helpful.

While sadly our stay was short at Brookdale due to our aunt's passing - the staff across the board couldn't have been any more accommodating! The transition from her previous home was supported in an extremely positive manner. Throughout the stay our wishes regarding [name removed] care was consistently prioritized!

Everything that we wanted in community living for our uncle. The food was amazing. The involvement of residences interacting with each other and assisting each other was awesome. The staff is very helpful and friendly . It is a great place to live .

My parents were still fairly independent and able to get around, though they needed some occasional assistance. When I reached a point where I could no longer provide the time and level of care they deserved, I turned to Brookdale in Brea, California. From the moment I walked in, the facility stood out—it was clean, welcoming, and had a more personal feel than others I had toured. Once my parents moved in, they quickly began making friends and participating in the wide variety of activities offered. It was heartening to see them so engaged and happy. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care and support provided by the staff and nurses. Every visit reassured me that they were in good hands. What I appreciated most was the freedom my parents were given—there were no unnecessary restrictions, allowing them to maintain their independence and come and go as they pleased.
