I have been at Union Park for a month now and everyone has been great to me and my wife. [name removed] has been a god send. We're so thankful we made this decision.

I recently toured Brookdale Brea while helping my dad transition into assisted living, and I was so impressed. From the moment we walked in, the community felt warm, welcoming, and well cared for. The entire place was spotless, bright, and inviting, which gave me peace of mind. The dining area stood out—the menu looked delicious, and residents seemed to enjoy their meals. It’s clear a lot of thought goes into the quality and variety of food. What impressed me most was the kindness of the management and staff. Everyone we spoke with was professional, caring, and attentive. They took time to answer questions, explain services, and reassure us my dad would be supported in every way. Overall, I left confident Brookdale Brea would be a wonderful place for my dad, with a safe, clean environment, great food, and a compassionate team that truly cares for its residents.

Such a great place to be. The building is clean, well kept and the staff is fantastic! I toured many places before visiting Brookdale and was tired of walking into places that smelled of urine and residents not looking well kept together... My grandpa recently moved here from being at home with care and what a turn around. The staff has been so helpful with this transition here. He was NOT happy we made him move. Thank you for making it easy for us all!

My brother in law [name remove], has been living at this facility since [date removed] and we are extremely pleased with everything so far. I would give this facility and staff a 10 on all things mentioned above. [name remove], [name remove] and [name remove] have gone above and beyond to make [name remove] comfortable in his new surroundings. [name remove] transferred from a memory care facility and he said the menu was mainly the same, but the cooks at Brookdale made everything taste so much better. He looks forward to his meals now and has even begun to participate in the activities. We are very pleased at the cleanliness of the building inside and out. So far, we all couldn't be happier and I see no reason that would change.

This is definitely a 5 star facility. The way the residents and staff interact is amazing. Everyone you speak to is called by their name and they are very social. I am thrilled to have my aunt at Brookdale Troutdale! She’s been there about six months after being in another facility. They made the transition very easy for me. The communication is really good, I’ve heard from them several times in response to questions I had and to keep me updated on my aunt. The staff is great, they have friendly personalities and are great to work with. My aunt can be very moody and they handle her very well. I highly recommend Brookdale!

The staff at Brookdale was wonderful. The Managing team were cohesive, provided information on our loved ones conditions and try their best to make Brookdale a home for those who need assisted living. And, the building is charming and resident focused. Thank you especially, [names removed].

This place is so nice and has such a home feel for family and friends, ?? I recommend it for anyone to have a safe and friendly place to live so give them a call the staff is great the sale manager is so pleasent

The staff at Brookdale are welcoming and knowledgeable, you can ask them anything! Their food is so great. They have so many activities for the residents to keep them engaged. What’s not to love about Brookdale?!

unable to rate the activities personally as our loved one was bedridden. However we saw lots of folks playing bingo, puzzles, signup for weekly outings! Based on what we saw I would rate a 5. Our loved one required a lot of special care. The aides, CNA's, Med techs and nurses were wonderful! The ladies from the dining room popped in daily to say hi to my father-in-law and to provide encouragement too! The Nurse Practitioner was very proactive in advising us of additional services needed and ensured the need was quickly met. Hospice team & Brookdale nursing team partnered with his care. We were very pleased with our experience!

Mom is making friends fast and enjoying the place. I would recommend to others.

It's just the right size facility - not too big with too many people. All the staff know all the residents, and this is a very clean, well kept facility.

There is such a homey and pleasant atmosphere at Brookdale. The residents at Brookdale do not "have to" to get up in the morning if they do not want to. My husband is one of those that does not always want to get up very early in the morning. The residents get up whenever they are ready and breakfast is always available whenever they are ready to eat. The staff is tremendous! They treat all the residents with the utmost respect. The entire staff always greats the residents and visitors with a big smile! I feel that my husband is in very good hands at Brookdale!

I would recommend to others. I would add that the staff is very nice and professional.

Staff was friendly, attentive, and got to know each resident and their family. Experienced medical professionals during the day and night to handle medicines and emergencies. The facility itself is clean, fresh, and easy to navigate regardless of mobility issues. Each room has its own window, bathroom w shower, and its own AC unit. 3x meals a day made fresh, with juices and water readily available throughout the day. A great sunroom for family gatherings and a courtyard for some outdoor time.

I feel that Brookdale Glen Ellyn has added to my longevity. I eat much better here than I would have if I lived alone. There are numerous socialization opportunities and activities to choose from. Also, I love that there are a variety of options for exercise here, it’s easy to stay active!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brookdale Collin Oaks. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and reassured that our loved ones would be in good hands. The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and have treated my parents with so much kindness and respect. A special thank you to the director, [name removed], whose leadership sets the tone for everything. She is so compassionate, approachable, and incredibly responsive. Whether it's addressing concerns, offering support, or just checking in, [name removed] presence is felt and appreciated. We have such peace of mind knowing our parents are in a place where they are safe, cared for, and treated with dignity. Highly recommend!
