Brookdale

This was my second time using A Place for Mom for placing a family member. The first for my mother in 2018 and again this last year for my aging brother. Both experiences were wonderful from start to finish. My brother is currently at Brookdale and is doing great. I don’t know how I would have navigated either process without the help of A Place for Mom!

All that I answer the place is kind, there are activities every day, she is making friends, she has a community and the food is good. The place is clean and the price is reasonable.

Brookdale is one of the name we got when we call "A Place for Mom". My mom's apartment is in the Independent Living area. The staff is great! Very thoughtful and kind. We are very happy with Brookdale.

The staff are wonderful and so helpful anytime we have needed anything.

The staff is very caring and amazing, and it’s clear they truly care about the residents. . The only downside is that the rooms in memory care are small.

What we like the most about the community are the bright open hallways, so much sun! The respect admin and staff show to clients. We would Absolutely 100% recommend this community to other families.

Great tour guide. Nice facility. Its not the fanciest, but it's small and cozy. Feels perfect for my mom.

My Mother became a resident in [date removed]. She had lost her husband and could not remain in her home. We chose Brookdale because my husband’s Mother was at this facility and we were very satisfied. We appreciate the staff and their efforts to make sure the residents are safe. From the Director to the nurses, to the activity Director everyone makes sure the residents have opportunity to be active. My Mother has embraced the staff and activities and that’s makes me feel I have made the best decision for my Mother.

I recently moved my inlaw into the memory care. Everyone helped make the move in as smooth as possible. I have received good communication from the staff and they helped my loved one adjust to their new home.

The short time I have been here, very satisfied. I would absolutely recommend to others.

What we like the most about the community is the staff, residents, and general activities. There are a lot of good people there. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience.

My father is almost 90 and he’s been at BCO since [date removed], right in the middle of Covid. He has had great care taken with him and has made many friends. The facility is always clean and well kept, the staff very nice, very friendly and knowledgeable.. the past year has been the best year yet; the executive director [name removed]is the most thorough, organized and personable Director. She made sure everybody was able to get to work during this past several days of snow and ice in North Texas. Otherwise families would’ve been so worried about their loved ones, but rides were made available to staff and they thought ahead to have people be able to stay over it was so relieving! I’m glad for my father to be there where he’s so happy, where he’s still making memories and where his family and friends are always welcome to be there and enjoy the time this full life he is living! [name removed] was extremely helpful and friendly. I was very impressed with the facilities and she made me feel at home. The tour was nice as well and all my question were answered.

My brother says food is great. Staff is friendly and he seems happy as he can be with it. He enjoys the bingo and has made some friends. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

All of the staff I have met are friendly and professional The facility is always clean doesn't smell. My mom seems happy with the food. They do keep increasing their price.

The staff at Brookdale Eden Estates are incredibly caring and accommodating. They consistently go out of their way to make residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported. Their kindness, patience, and attention to individual needs truly make a positive difference every day.
