The facility is clean and the staff is PHENOMENAL! They have answered all of my questions regarding our tour and provided details to help us make our decision for our loved one. I will recommend Brookdale to everyone I know for their loved ones. Thank you so much!

From the moment the front door is open you can feel the love! Literally. From the friendly greeting to the residents enjoying their time together in the beautiful common area. No which season or holiday season, it is always so beautifully festive! When residents are in their dining room, it's so lovey to hear to sound of good conversations with friends of good food. Food cooked with love tastes the best! The courtyard, the birds, the porch! Wonderful care. What more could you want for the ones you love the most!

ZERO complaints or issues. They take great care of my Mom. FABULOUS I now consider many staff members my friends. She never misses a meal and has yet to complain about anything.The great care is well worth the cost. She never misses a happy hour. Brookdale is everything you could ever want in an ALF. Great care, great food and happy staff.

Not only a lovely place throughout the facilities, but the entire staff is friendly, attentive, and supportive of their residents and families. Definitely would recommend for a loved one. There is also a caring for the caregiver meeting that takes place once a month that have been very informative as well as supportive.

My loved one was a resident at Brookdale Mentor and everything was fine for her at this facility. We had no idea of what to expect, but things were easy to deal with and everyone was helpful. All of our questions were answered with no problems. The food was okay. My loved one said that they used a lot of gravy and sauces, which she didn't like. I rated the Value for Cost lower due to the move in fee, which seemed to be the car dealers prep fee which to me is short for more profit.

I visited Brookdale Skeet Club with one of my friends. I was very impressed with the friendly staff, aesthetics and offered amenities. I also met some of the residents. I would definitely consider Brookdale Skeet Club for assisted living for future planning.

I am currently a resident at Brookdale Fort Smith and everything has been great for me at this facility so far. It's a great place that has a great family-feel. The staff is very caring and kind. The housekeeping does a good job. The staff communicates well with my family and I. Also, the meals are good quality. I would recommend Brookdale Fort Smith to family and friends.

My loved one was previously a resident at Brookdale Ormond Beach West and everything was great for him at this facility. The staff were all very kind and compassionate. The move in process was very smooth. [Name removed] was very attentive and made sure that everything was spotless. As for the food, it was very tasty and very nutritious. Also, [name removed], was a tremendous help to me when it came to hospice. She is awesome! All in all, my experience was a very positive one. I would recommend Brookdale Ormond Beach West to others.

Just the feeling that we got that it would be a good fit for my mom. I'd say that my mom is very happy to be there and they are taking great care of her.

Caring staff, well run, good food. This place is a "cut-above" another independent-living facility a few miles away. They have appropriate staffing, well-trained staff, and a well-cared for facility. Storage in each apartment is ample.

After being in the facility just a few minutes you get a sense of belonging to a family. The administration and staff are awesome! They are there to help you anyway they can! Also they are always so pleasant and have a smile on their face. As I was carrying stuff in for my dad, they were there with carts at the door ready to help. The evening I moved my dad in, the security lock on the front door kept going off and they were so patient and kind with us during that time and throughout the move in process. My dad has received excellent care and is enjoying his new home a lot. The rooms are very roomy with a nice size bathroom as well. Very easy to get around in. My dad can be a very picky eater however he has not complained about the food and has had nothing but great things to say after his meals! That’s an huge plus! If you’re looking to move a loved one into a facility like this, you definitely need to go tour this one and meet the staff. You will be very pleased!

I felt this was going to be the right new home for my Mom the moment I spoke with the sales director on the phone. My husband and I then met her in person and the chef and a resident that same day. I knew 100% this is where I wanted my Mom to be. Everyone has opened her with open arms and most importantly my Mom LOVES the food. I really like that Brookdale Northwest is small. I like that I’ve met a lot of residents and they are very happy to be there. It’s clean and the dining room is inviting and very beautiful. My Mom likes feeling she’s going to a restaurant for every meal.

Yes certainly, it was very good I was able to find respite and they were a 5 out of 5 very caring attentive and went above and beyond for myself and my mom. Yes absolutely 100% recommend this community to others based on the experience we have had so far. Very caring staff, highly recommend because they went above and beyond my expectations. Took excellent care of my mom, great respite experience.

What our family likes the most about the Brookdale Vero Beach community is the location as well as the staff members that work there. Base on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to others, and have already recommend them.

Brookdale has been a good home for the past six years. It is a very inviting atmosphere, there are numerous activities if you choose to participate and I have been able to add services as my needs have changed over the years. I love my apartment and have made many friends within the community.

I am very pleased overall. The scores below 5 reflect the inability of my sister to enjoy food, not the quality of the food. The residents do seem to be content. Many are engaged in activities in the social room when I am there. My sisters level of dementia prevents her from enjoying group activities. I know she is safe and well cared for.

My mom is very happy so far at Brookdale. It's a great place. We picked this community because of the cost and location, she is much closer to me now than when she lived in her house.

The staff members that work at Brookdale Chambrel Williamsburg community are absolutely amazing. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others and already have!

We have nothing negative to say. All aspects of the community are very positive. The staff is very warm and helpful! In reference to the food, my mother had not spoken about it and I have not eaten there. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others!
