My Aunt is a resident here and loves it. We are super happy with her new home also. The staff is always nice and accommodating. We have been to several events and it is always up beat, great food, and a lot of fun interacting with the other residents. My Aunt has made lots of new friends and is genuinely happy. l picked Brookdale Scotts Valley because of previous experience with them and found that they have maintained the same top notch food and service for their residents that I expected. Response time in skilled nursing is as faster than other facilities previously experienced. My advice to anyone considering Brookdale is get to know the managers and communicate your needs to them.
