I recently moved my family member into Brookdale. It was quite an ordeal to get them to agree to move even though it was definitely needed for their safety. the employees were all so helpful from start to finish during the move in process. They have settled in well and began to make friends and I never thought that would happen. It gives me such peace of mind. the employees have treated me and my family member so kind and really showed they care that they were meeting all of our needs and knew this was really hard on us. I did visit with other places and I felt like they were not as warm. Other places just didn't have the same feeling I got when I went to Brookdale. It felt more like a home vs. a hotel or institution. It was one of the cleanest places we saw.

I was very satisfied from the time my father entered until he passed. I could not have asked for better than them. When I was not there I knew my dad was taken care of. The staff was very friendly and kept me informed with everything going on with him. I would always see the residents involved in activities and my dad's room was always picked up as well as a clean facility. I was very satisfied with the care of the facility.
