Brookdale

My mother has since passed away. The staff was very patient and caring with my mother. I would definitely recommend the facility to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale Valencia and everything has been great for her, so far. She is loving her new place! In fact, she is already trying to recruit a couple of her friends to move in also.

The staff is good and friendly. It's helpful to stay on top of housekeeping for my loved one. The communication is good and there is a support group once a month. The staff work hard and are attentive to the residents. It's hard to feed so many people and the meals are hit or miss, but the desserts are good. The activities include outings that I can join. I would recommend this facility to others.

We can't say enough good things about Brookdale! They are wonderful ! Staff are very personable and creative. They find ways to make every holiday fun to celebrate. They take fun photos to share with the family for each holiday. My mom loves Bingo, exercise, card games and coloring. The meals are very flavorful and varied.

Our family had to make the hard decision to move our mother here. This is a fabulous facility. They care for her. Wash her clothes, they take road trips, take her to office appointments. She loves kick ball and has made lots of new friends.

[name removed] was at assisted-living for about three days. He then wandered off and kind of got lost. So they had me use helping hearts at home or helping hands at home. I don't remember what your name was so that they could babysit him over the weekend and then they moved him to the skilled nursing facility. he was there for about 1011 days and he decided to get out and wander again only this time he was out on the highway. So they got him into Brookdale Englewood and the memory care center. So the time at Brookdale Greenwood Village assisted living was totally totally Minimal. But I so appreciate everything they did for him. I would definitely recommend anybody to check them out.

The Ed of Brookdale from the open house I attend was so friendly and attentive. She was making a smoothie for a resident there. She was so caring. I came in with a family member of a resident and you can tell she truly cared. The staff was always smiling and laughing. The culture was amazing and so welcoming. I will make sure to tell everyone I know how much it has changed there. Great job everyone! Keep it up! I love the movie theater and the snack area

My wife has been a resident at Brookdale Meridian Memory Care for almost a year. We have been extremely pleased with all aspects of her care. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has numerous amenities to meet the needs of residents. The staff is caring, competent, and compassionate. Caring for an individual with Alzheimer's is demanding, and Brookdale has met our every need. I would highly recommend Brookdale to anyone needing care for a loved one with dementia.

Solid facility for caring for loved ones with dementia and memory loss. My aunt & uncle have been here for nearly 3.5 years. Very honest, thoughtful, and helpful.

Brookdale provides excellent care regarding Alzheimer & dementia specifically. Good transparency with staff and family on care requirement. I have shared the above with everyone.

Most of the CNA's do a great job of taking care of their residents. The biggest concern of mine is when the CNA's go on break they all go at the same time leaving residents unsupervised.

The staff members were not only attentive to the resident's physical needs but also went above and beyond to ensure their emotional and cognitive well-being. It was heartwarming to see the genuine connections between the staff and residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging. Overall, my experience at Brookdale Medford, left me with a profound sense of admiration and respect for the dedication and compassion of the staff, as well as the high standards of care provided to the residents. I would highly recommend this community.

Having kept in touch with [name removed] at Brookdale NW for over a year, she is amazing and very patient. Having two elderly parents who live apart is a challenge, and she continues to guide me on this journey answering every question I have asked. She and Brookdale truly cared about me and my father. I highly recommend [name removed] expertise for anyone with questions about a safe place for their loved ones.

Staff is very caring and professional. They always seem a bit short handed but have managed to work it out. Rate increase at one year anniversary was expected. Its called assisted living but alot of the residents have early dementia,alzhiemers, etc. Lots of wheelchairs right now. The overall atomsphere is very homelike. Nice courtyard to sit outside.

This place is wonderful. I have all of the confidence in the world in them. You can always leave and know your loved one is being taken care of! In most places there are always things you might not like or agree with but at Brookdale Reidsville I haven't found anything. I have recommended it to several families and know of other people who are in different locations and they love it there! I highly recommend it to anyone!!

The staff are very attentive. The rooms are very nice and private with views of the courtyard. The food served is good and they give out snacks throughout the day. They have daily activities that stimulate and please. Overall a great place for my dad that gives me comfort in knowing he is taken care of.
