Brookdale

Great community for memory care. The Clare Bridge house does exactly what is best for my loved one. They are always giving them the respect they deserve and do their best to redirect. Great overall care, staff are amazing and seem to always know what is going on! A bit high on pricing, but the care makes it worth it. I do not have to worry when I am not visiting, although I visit often.

My mom is currently a resident at Brookdale East Side and the experience has been great for her so far. Everything has worked out great. Based on our experience, I would recommend Brookdale East Side to others as an option for care for their loved one.

I can’t say enough great things about Brookdale Beavercreek. My sister in law is now a resident and is so happy. From a very great staff, the cleanliness, the fine dining room and the most loving care ever. I have never been to an assisted living facility like Brookdale Beavercreek.

What our family likes the most about Brookdale Austintown is how all the staff members relate to the residents. Always respectful, sometimes joking always kind. We also like how we can come whenever we want, bring our pets and eat together in a separate area

We are very pleased with the facility, the staff and the care our family member is receiving. The facility is always clean with no odors. It is very modern and roomy. I love the main area - it feels like a a little town and is always decorated for the season. The clients are seem to be well cared for and content. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Staff has been great with dad. They call him [name removed]. They're friendly and act happy to take care of him. They're fast to come when he calls. The few times he was hurt or fell they always call me to either let me know he's ok or if the called an ambulance. Um there 5x a week and they're always happy to see me and give me updates when needed. After a few months the manager said the cats or one cat would need to go because she smells cat pee. I invited her in to show her how clean the box is kept and doesn't smell. She agreed it didn't smell in his room at all. She allowed both cats to stay. All is well.

I have been very happy with how responsive folks are. This place claimed that their nursing staff would be excellent with ostomy care and they are. They have been kind and caring. Whenever I call or have a question about my relative, they are knowledgeable and caring and quick to act. The place is clearly well run. It has only been a few months, but smooth sailing and good care from the nurses, the maintenance fella, the business office and the front desk!

Eden Estates has the best staff everyone from the Director to the maintenance people are so supportive and kind. Transitioning to assisted-living is hard but they have made the process easier for me and my mom. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great place!

My mother moved into Brookdale Rotonda in February of this year, so approximately 10 weeks ago. The move went very smoothly and everyone at the facility has been very friendly and accommodating to her needs. She has gotten involved in many of the activities offered, which is great because she remains very social. She is enjoying the meals for the most part and really enjoyed the picnic at the park. This move has been a major life change for her, but she has a positive attitude and I am sure she will continue to adjust with time.

Everything about this place is great. I would highly recommend Brookdale to anyone. Thank you.

I enjoyed my visit I think it would be a lovely place to live Everyone was friendly and helpful The food was good It seems like they have lots of activities They have a shuttle bus for transportation to Fred Meyers Safeway Etc. The grounds were well maintained and the Rooms were nice sized.

Brookdale is really a nice place. The residents are friendly and seem content to be there. The staff is helpful, friendly and welcoming. My mother is adjusting to her new move. There’s always something going on and activities galore.

I'm VERY satisfied at Brookdale----It's every bit as nice as I expected--and more. And now that my sister is here, I'm just very satisfied. A great place to live. I have my 2 little dogs with me, and that's almost unheard of in the Bristol area. And I didn't even have to change zip codes! Short-staffed. Everyone on staff pitches in and helps when needed when it comes to the meals and dining. Activities Director is wonderful! Takes us on outings (plays, Barter Theatre) museums, picnics, shopping, restaurants, and many games: Bingo, Corn Hole, Ladder Ball, Boche Ball, Bowling, and devotions, with many different entertainers coming here. Many parties with food, food , food! Equal and for the most part lower than average. Wonderful resident recruiter. Tries hard to fill your every need. Nice tours and flexible hours.

Our mother was transferred here due to her "wandering" issues at a sibling facility. Being on Medicaid, her options were (and remain) severely limited. We had concerns about a "secure facility" and what that meant for mom. We met with the placement director and after a quick tour we were convinced. The staff here is visibly interested in their residents. ALL staff have been wonderful with communication. Having a parent with memory care issues/dementia is VERY trying. Brookdale has met the challenge with care, determination and affability. As a "state paid" resident, our mother has not seen a wink of "casual" care. She's as important as any other resident. A fact that I'm grateful for. Brookdale Torbett does great work and I'm sorry to see low rated reviews. I had to counterbalance them with my experience. I am so grateful to the staff at Torbett - they do the work that my family and I can not (or maybe some families CHOOSE not - but complain anyway) to do. We are forever grateful!

It was a relief to walk into the homey atmosphere of Brookdale after touring other facilities. People who work at Brookdale Monroe MI are the most wonderful with the residents and their smiles are contagious. So glad this spot is available for my mom. Thank you!!

Great staff, very helpful. Facility is very clean. Happy with our decision to put our family member there. We just liked everything about the place overall.

I will use it again, if needed. A bit overpriced, but compared to others I've visited it worked well. The manager [name removed] was awesome!! Clean, no nasty urine smell. All stuff is very friendly.

They were wonderful with mom and me. I wish she lived longer to enjoy it there. Very caring staff. The staff took time to get to know you when I came to visit mom. Even if it was how was your day. I was very comfortable leaving her in their care. Towards the end they always checked on us all the time. Asked if we needed anything. Even a hug.

We can trust that the client is properly cared for and the communication from the office. The staff are always a friendly face to greet us when we come to visit. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families, it was the best place we found for [name removed]

Wonderful, warm and friendly with plenty of activities to help with transition. Fine, healthy food served 3 times a day by a gracious staff. Comfortable apartments with plenty of room. Close to shopping and pharmacies. A great place to live.
