Brookdale

Since moving the person I am responsible for to Brookdale Monroe, I have been impressed with a number of things. The most important is the genuine love and concern that staff on all levels give her. They enjoy her as she is. I have always found her room clean, her bed made and her personal things neatly arranged even though she does not take as much interest in it all as she once did. She is encouraged to use the abilities she has rather than only look at where there has been diminishment.

We were lucky when we found Brookdale -Henderson . The staff is helpful. The place is well taken care of. I recommend it highly. My dad enjoys have a place to live that the staff looks after him night and day. Brookdale staff is top notch.

The best place to live! I am so comfortable here. It is a great place and it is so peaceful. The staff is attentive and so friendly. My room is a homey. Everything is scheduled and constant. Wonderful meals! I highly recommend Brookdale!

My mom moved into Brookdale Club Hill a few months ago. I can not say enough good things about this place. The staff are beyond friendly, helpful and accessible. Residents who have lived there over 10 years still love the place and are friendly and welcome new residents. The grounds are beautiful, full of trees, water features, bridges, fish ponds, gazebo, pool, and patios. One of the things my mom loved the best is that all apartments have their own patios to sit outside or have their own flower pots. The dining room is great. The food is excellent. I visit my mom once or twice a week and eat lunch with her and am constantly impressed with the variety and quality of food. My mom has Parkinson’s and has shaking hands. So they will cut her meat for her when needed. The game room has been great when our extended family wants to visit her. There is a pool table, shuffle board table, poker table and more. My mom really enjoys the various activities and musicians come play every week.

I absolutely loved the facility. It had everything mom needed. The staff was very helpful and accommodating upon mother's move in and move out. The meals were well made and I especially enjoyed the dinning area. Mother had plenty of activities to keep her busy. For the most part my mother was very healthy and very active but she did have Dementia. The staff did their very best to accommodate mother once we found out that she needed constant care in a Memory Loss facility.

Brookdale Stuart is a smaller community so they can really focus on and get to know the residents. A lot of the staff has been there for many, many years which says a lot to me. They are so caring, kind and helpful, we definitely found the right place for our mother. They are truly angels on earth, I would highly recommend Brookdale Stuart for aging loved ones!

Fortunately, my friend is social enough to make friends. That’s the best attribute of Brookdale: staff and fellow residents are kind. Food, activities, cleanliness, and room space meet our standards. They welcomed my friends’s cat and had a petting zoo at the front door the day we arrived. No, not just for us. We got lucky. It’s the right size, not too many; not too few. I like that it doesn’t have independent living. My story is that IL takes a lot of attention from assisted living or memory care and my friend needs assisted living. They welcome family and friends so ease of access for us is an added bonus.

Brookdale Dover Senior Living was incredible helping move in my relative. Administrators and staff made the transition for my loved one as smooth as possible. He is as happy as a clam, loves Brookdale, and appreciates everyone there!

Brookdale has been a wonderful experience for my mom. The staff is kind and friendly and the residents have been so welcoming. There are many activities to do each day, there is really something for everyone. There are many regularly scheduled social events throughout the week as well as lots of special events/entertainment. The food is quite good and the portions are perfect. I could go on and on but the best thing to do is see for yourself. Most of the residents, my mom included, will tell you their only regret is not moving to Brookdale sooner. I have total peace of mind about mom living in the Brookdale community.

My mother is very happy at Brookdale. She is having the best time and enjoys the food. Any concerns we have had have addressed and resolved. As the saying goes “ If mama ain’t happy ain’t nobody happy” well mine is Happy!

The meal provided under the direction of [name removed] was the most outstanding presentation and meal that I have ever experience as a 90 year old man. Exceptional presentation to encourage prospective new membership at Brookdale.

My loved one was previously a resident at Brookdale Hollywood Park and it was a great experience for her there. They were outstanding for the treatment that my loved one received there. Without a doubt, I would recommend Brookdale Hollywood Park to others for themselves or their loved ones.

The facility is not too large and therefore, I think there is a greater level of care. Everyone who works there, including the manager chips and to help when needed. The have won several awards over the last few years. I would highly recommend Brookdale North Austin to anyone!

My loved one was previously a resident at Brookdale Apache Junction and everything about the experience was great. We were very happy with the care and the environment that our loved one experienced at this facility. I would recommend this facility to others.

A good place for my father to be.

I am currently a resident at Brookdale Heritage Plaza and everything about my experience has been great so far. I have lived in several of these places and I would say that Brookdale Heritage Plaza is by far the best, by far and wide.

Our loved one has since passed, but what our family really liked the most about Brookdale Corsicana is definitely their staff team! Yes! Would most definitely recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones based on the experience we had.

Its a very clean and nice facility. Staff always very helpful and nice. The room sizes and amenities offered to residents in assisted living are great. The food is often cold when it gets to my mom and to others, which is why I rated that lower.

[name removed] and [name removed] at Brookdale were very nice and helpful. Brookdale was a place we were going to have my mom stay while we went to move our son out of college for the summer. Our situation changed so we will not bebusing the service , but a place we will definitely use in the future. Great local place, conveniently off the 15 fwy. Easily accessible, activities and programs to keep my mom socially engaged. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice. Nice energy.

When looking for an Assisted Living, it is important to note that not only is the community appealing and home like, but the care for your senior is available and is the best. Brookdale Medford delivers on both. The building is clean and the staff makes sure it stays that way. Someone is always vacuuming, dusting and picking up. The staff is so friendly and goes out of their way to help each and every resident with all their needs. They say hello to every guest and make everyone feel welcome. Brookdale is my first choice for senior care for my parents.
