Brookdale

1 have told everyone employees how great and serving they are. Could not be happier! Relative is completely at home and feels all the comforts of home. Brookdale could not be improved in any areas of care.

I am very pleased with Brookdale Woodward Estates. From the initial meeting with Will Smith until the very sad passing of my mom, everyone was so kind, attentive, and efficient. The staff showed much compassion and took great care of my mom who needed a high level of care. I would recommend Brookdale as a place for mom.

I am happy here! We have been here a year and I have not regretted moving here a second! Our apartment is so pretty and airy. I still can keep busy with things that I used to do, like knitting! And I enjoy dining with new friends, who quickly become good friends. I really enjoy the wide variety of food! And yes, I am happy here!

The food is delicious and varied and the service is excellent. You feel cared for. The living facility is clean and fun. I find that the meals being scheduled at specific times gives me a schedule to live by. I have also found that if I have a concern they listen to me

They try to engage the residents with activities. Also they try really hard to fix any issues that you might have and staff also listens to any concerns you have about your loved one. Overall I’m saturated with Brookdale.

Castle Gardens is a perfect place for my Mom. Her apartment is her home. Every person working there is outstanding. They went above and beyond to help my Mom feel at home. This is a Community and family.

I have been here for 17 months and like it here. It gives my family peace of mind knowing I am not alone. Made 80 new friends when I moved here. Three meals a day, they have various activities to keep one busy. I am able to still drive but they have a bus available to take residents to appointments and shopping two days a week. They also take the bus for several outing a month

Brookdale West in Seattle is an exceptional retirement community! The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, ensuring every resident feels valued and supported. The staff is very caring and you could tell that they loved my dad. Some of them attended my dad's funeral nearly 2 hours away.

The staff is incredible. They are so kind and patient. A tremendous relief during a difficult period for our family. We are now able to balance work while ensuring our loved one is being cared for in the bed way possible

Our parents moved into Brookdale Murray in spring 2023 and had a wonderful experience. The staff members really care about the residents. The apartments are quite large, which made it much easier for our parents to adjust from moving from their house. My parents liked the food and visits from the chef, and we loved being welcome to join our parents for a meal. Stephanie is a caring and attentive executive director who runs the facility very well. Her team, including [names removed]and others were just wonderful with our folks, always welcoming to us and responsive to our requests. We really liked their all-inclusive management model rather than charging for individual support needs. When our father died, the staff went above and beyond to ensure mom was well taken care of and were also very caring to the family. We also really liked the ongoing socialization among the residents, and Brookdale hosts frequent social events. We highly recommend Brookdale Murray.

We play Bean Bag Baseballl with the residents every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. The employees are absolutely wonderful to the residents. All I ever hear is praise for the staff. A good job by all!!!!

I moved my mom from Brookdale Winston-Salem March a year ago… She was only there for five months. The place was absolutely fine, the staff were friendly and very competent. The administration was easy to work with. I would recommend them.

I toured this facility a couple of weeks ago, I was very impressed with the staff members and the facility itself. The staff members were knowledgeable,The food looked very appetizing, the facility was nice and clean and the assortment of activities being provided was fun and engaging to all the residents. Happy smiling faces all around. Overall loved it. Very pleased.

Everything here is a 5 except the food. Staff is great, caring and helpful. Very clean and activity director is great. The food is repetitive and bland . Meals are not served hot . All In all, I'm pleased with the facility. I would recommend this assisted living facility to anyone who needs help with daily activities and simple tasks , such as laundry, cooking and housekeeping.

We like the people, my mom's apartment, the daily check in requirement. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

I like the new director we have right now. She has good leadership and is always free to talk to. She listens and keeps us informed based on meetings and follows up on questions. It is difficult to satisfy everyone with food, but they do a good job sometimes. The staff is very good, but some of them need a little more training.

Our intake representative was [name removed], who I cannot say enough about. I was clueless, and she patiently answered all of my questions about moving my father (only) into memory care while showing my mother around and comforting her tears. After two months, we are still so happy with this choice. We visit every day, so we see daily life. The aids are wonderful with my dad and the other patients, who are not always easy. Outside of memory care, the assisted living residents look happy.

The staff and the director were very helpful and very nice.I was extremely impressed with the rooms and the cleanliness of the facility.The rooms were of good size and very clean and well maintained.
