I love Brookdale Wayne! This has been the single best decision my family has made in a long time. Brookdale has given me my mother back. She is well cared for, and the staff truly care. If there’s ever something we need or need to address the management responds promptly! Overall the past year has given me my life and my mother back. It wasn’t easy picking a place to move my mother from New York but, meeting with Ashley who helped put my mind at ease made my decision much easier. I didn’t realize how much support a community like Brookdale provides. My mom is not in the best of health and does need a good amount of attention and we never have felt the attention wasn’t provided. Mom is always clean, dressed, and well fed. She has friends now, which eliminates her calling me constantly throughout the day. They helped me in every aspect of getting mom there and settled. They continue to help us both! The care is excellent, and the entire staff has been very supportive and caring.

When I toured this community, I felt welcome as soon as I entered the building. I cannot describe how clean this building is! The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The sales manager was a delight and I enjoyed my time with her. I look forward to my mom moving in.

Best memory care in Tyler, Tx! If you are looking for a family oriented community with a clean environment, don't look any further. Soon as you walk in the door, it feels like home. No place is perfect, but Brookdale Tyler South is the closest to perfection. The quality of care is top tier and the food is amazing! It is definitely worth the value.

The staff and community were welcoming

Overall my experience has been positive. I typically get a prompt response to any issues I raise. The staff always seems very gentle/compassionate/patient when interacting with the residents. I will always wish my mom could be at home, but since she can't, I think this is an excellent facility. I am very satisfied that she is receiving very good care there.

You don’t ever want to think about the day that you have to move a parent to assisted-living. They don’t ever want to admit that they need so much help as they become elderly. The decision is emotional and very difficult Brookdale East Arbor, I could not have picked a better place for my Mom. Not only is it impeccably clean, but the staff is so kind, caring always there to lend an ear or give a hug. They have gone above and beyond my expectations consistently over the last year and few months. The entire staff genuinely care about their residence and families and I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. You’ve made my mom call it home.

My mom moved to Brookdale Brighton a little over a year ago and we could not be happier! From the welcome she received from other residents and staff when she arrived, to the fun events they plan, the food, the cleanliness, even the extra care services when needed has been amazing. My mom is young and a "social butterfly" and she always seems to have someone to eat with, talk with, or walk with. The staff are truly there for the right reasons and they really care about the residents and making their homes the best they can be.

My sister and I were looking for a facility for our mom and met with [name removed] at Brookdale Chapel Hill. While we ultimately decided to move her back to Maryland, we cannot express enough how impressed we were with [name removed], his presentation and the faicilty. If need ever arises in Chapel Hill, Brookdale will be our first choice!

My Dad has lived at Brookdale East Arbor for 2 years & he’s been very happy. I visit frequently & the staff is caring & they keep me apprised of any health issues or concerns. It is so helpful to rely on the nurse to ensure my Dad’s medications are given twice a day & his refills are continually made without any hassle needed from me. However, it’s not just my Dad’s physical needs being met, but also his mental & emotional needs. The activities are constant & he enjoys many of them. From art class to workouts & holiday festivities, Brookdale continues to shine.

My sister needed help managing her medications and diabetes. Brookdale East Arbor medical staff provided excellent management of her medical needs. They worked with visiting doctors and pharmacy to insure proper adjustments were made to keep her in the best shape possible. The friendly and caring staff handled her sometimes challenging issues with compassion and understanding. They helped ease her transition from home to the facility by allowing her to have her small dog. The security, cleanliness, organization and caring at this facility assured us she was at the right place for her.

Brookdale East Arbor was home for my mom for three years and she was so happy living in the community. It became an extension of our family. She made several good friends and truly loved the staff. As a family member it felt like home to me, as well. I spent many hours in East Arbor, enjoying activities with my mom and I was so thankful for the quality of care she received. It gave me a lot of peace knowing I had chosen a safe, happy place for her.

My father has been in Brookdale East Arbor since December of 2023. And his care has been excellent. The staff members are all so Profesional and caring. They all go above and beyond the call of duty. My mother and I really appreciate the assisted living place. [name removed] as the director is a superb leader and works well with everyone. I give place a 10 out of 10 rating

I like living here. I was hesitant about moving in at first but I have made friends now. I like the men’s events they have for us and have even been asked to be a guest speaker. The staff is friendly

The community presents really well. It’s very clean and smells wonderful. All the staff are so kind and helpful. They provide great care and have a strong dining team delivering quality food. I would recommend anyone to Brookdale East Arbor.

My mom lives in Independent Living at Brookdale Corpus Christi and we could not be happier at this community. The staff accommodates her as if she was their mother. She participates and enjoys the activities, meals, outings, and common areas from the community. She feels safe and at home. We feel so comforted knowing she is somewhere she loves and wish we had made the move a long time ago. She receives more attention and amententies than money can really buy. Highly recommend Brookdale Corpus Christi.

We give them 5's across the board. My dad's case was difficult. They were very open and candid and supportive and caring. We are grateful to have had chosen them. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far and I have already recommended them

It's a good place. While the staff they do have is good they have a fairly high turnover and not enough carers.

5 stars across the board! They truly care about the residents at Brookdale Dowlen Oaks. It is not easy taking care of an Alzheimer's patient. They try to keep them engaged as much as possible for as long as possible

What we like the most about Brookdale North Raleigh are the friendships our loved one is making, not eating alone, and the activities. Also having OT and PT on-site when she needs it. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families
