The best thing about Brookdale Bristol is the staff. I’ve been so pleased with all the dedication from nurses, care staff, dining, maintenance for the care during COVID. If all Brookdale are ran like Bristol it’s a great company.

Everything was lot experience. People more than helpful, professional they made the transition very easy.

We are very happy with our experiences at Brookdale Camino Del Sol. Our man moved in last month and their entire team has worked very hard to make it a smooth transition and truly feel like a huge away from home.

This was a very good choice for my mom. The staff is always very courteous and caring. It is very clean no smells and well maintained. They have a very nice dining facilities and choices. I feel she is getting excellent care there

The staff at Brookdale took such great care of our family member. They consistently communicated and shared pictures of activities and outings. He shared many happy times there until he passed. We were so lucky to have such a great place for his final year. Thanks so much!

This facility is very clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly professional and very welcoming. The living environment is as close to having your loved one at home as you can possibly get. The residents are taken great care of and appear happy and well-adjusted.

Brookdale Westover Hills is an excellent Choice for my mom. The staff is so loving and kind. I love that they have themed get togethers every once in a while. My mom says the food is very good. They seem to take really good care of my mom & give her hope. The staff is helpful & professional.

The staff is incredible and I would recommend this place to anyone! I am super happy with Brookdale in every aspect! The community has everything at your fingertips!

My problem is that I am having trouble gaining weight due to my metabolism and medication. Sometimes I still feel hungry after meals. I gave a five to all categories except meals/dining where I gave a 3 out of 5.

Since mom has been in Brookdale, she has thrived !!! Great facility and amazing staff! I love the activities that they do with the residence. It keeps Mom active and she is around friends and people who care for her. I recommend this place to anyone that has a parent that is no longer able to live by their self.

My mom is in good hands with the Brookdale team. They go out of their way to make sure she is engaged and settling in nicely. We couldn’t be happier that we made the right decision with the Crossings program!

It is obvious to me, a Resident of Brookdale Bristol (Virginia), why Brookdale is the largest Senior Adult Solutions provider in America. Services are superior in all areas. The Staff is attentive and quality workers. Management Staff is responsive, gracious and kind. Food services are top notch. I haven't had a subpar meal yet! You just feel at home here. I used the services of a Place for Mom once before. Their recommendation was "spot on" and I know they surely know the quality care of Brookdale Homes, this one particularly. I would not hesitate to recommend Brookdale Bristol to any Senior Adult seeking a new home.

If you are looking for a community for a family member who doesn't want the feel of a facility, this is the community! It has such a great feel from the moment you walk in... everyone is warm and welcoming. It feels like an apartment building, with all the amenities! I have been to several Brookdale communities, and they were all very reasonably priced. It seems that you can be independent living here, or someone who needs assistance. They do have 24/7 caregiving and nurses on staff. If you are looking at options, this is a hidden gem in Uptown Whittier.

I love living at Brookdale Bristol. I moved her with my dog Marlo October 2023 and can’t imagine living anywhere else. There’s so many activities to do if you want too, meals are delicious and fresh, other residents are very welcoming.

I would say 5 on everything but staff, there are a couple that I really don't care for, they had an excellent aid leave and did not try to keep her, she is very dearly missed.

The only issue was the medicine dispensing. They had problems keeping things correct and problems keeping people in that department. However, what we like the most about Brookdale Vestal is the people! They have some great staff and very loving aides

I love all the staffs and residents here. They are so nice and friendly. They always there to help you at all time with a smiles on there face. Will recommend this place to anyone that are looking for a nice place to live. I love them

Brookdale camino del Sol has been a blessing for my family and my dad. I have been very happy with the care. Staff are very friendly and kind and willing to go above and beyond the food is amazing and everybody is very nice family environment.

Brookdale Monument Valley has provided a warm home-like environment for our mother. They do this with genuine kindness and proficiency. They take an interest and truly listen to her as the unique person she is, going above and beyond to make her feel heard and respected.
