Brookdale

The minute we walked in it felt like home. Several members of the community went out of their way to welcome us and sing the praises of the staff and facility. Our point person was truly concerned about our needs, answered every question and followed up with an email summarizing our meetings and conversations. She addressed all concerns immediately, was available at any time and went out of her way to make us welcome. The facility is beautiful and very well maintained.

Fantastic staff and residents. Facility is older but beautifully kept. Welcoming and warm. We were impressed.

I was impressed with what I saw and the people I met. Also the residents I met seemed happy and content there!

My dad lived in Brookdale the last weeks of his life. We moved him thinking he had more time. Unfortunately, his dementia spiraled down quickly. We were doing our best to get him on a medication to help his anxiety. The staff recognized the quick decline and were very supportive, hoping we could find the right medication. One evening his breathing became very labored and the nurse contacted Hospice immediately. Her quick action comforted us. Her kindness and caring calmed us. Hospice came and he passed peacefully late the next afternoon. It took time and work to move him for a short 3-week stay. We could look back and wish we hadn’t have moved him. Instead, we feel the timing was perfect. The staff was amazing through this time and showed true concern for our dad. We’re feel thankful and blessed that our dad spent his last days at Brookdale. If Dad were writing this, he would give the food 5 stars. We give Brookdale 5 stars - all the way!!

I was very impressed with everything. I placed my brother at Brookdale just over a week ago and he raves about the caring and attentive staff and the outstanding food. I couldn’t be happier with our decision.

Absolutely amazing facilities, and awesome staff. The residents seemed throughly happy to be there. Mom loved this center.

The staff at Brookdale are amazing. They took time to really talk to my mom about all the things they offered that would make her feel right at home even before she moved in. They were empathetic when she missed her old home and proactive in helping with medical issues that were ongoing. My mom raves about the food and I feel like many of the staff have become friends. I feel like she is finally safe and cared for when I can't be around.

We loved this recommendation so much, we are moving my husband in next week. My son and his family, especially my grandson, are looking forward to being together in the common game room and the beautiful outside gardens.

This place is wonderful! I’ve taken two tours now with[Name removed] and have nothing but positive things to say. My mom is very much looking forward to moving in!

The overall experience was great, they were very friendly & upfront, extremely welcoming, they really left an impression on all of us, & my mom has been there about a month now & loves it & all the staff.

The staff is friendly and very helpful and supportive. There are a lot of activities and the food is nutritious.

The staff was attentive. His room was kept clean, and his laundry was cleaned regularly. He received help with bathing as needed. There were plenty of activities available, although he did not participate. The room was adequate for one person. There were also three meal choices available.

They are extremely friendly and have been overly accommodating. They have worked diligently to ensure my family member feels like it's her home and has the hands on assistance where she needs it while allowing her to also be as independent as is safe.

Brookdale staff are very welcoming. They will help you with anything and they are so nice. I have a great time here interacting with other residents and I enjoy the activities that they provide daily. Food is great and my room is cozy

I recently visited my grandpa at the BROOKDALE senior living facility in Lawrenceville and he seemed overjoyed. He was laughing and talking to the residence at lunch and it seemed like he was genuinely happy with the Care that they provided. They are doing awesome. Keep up the great work guys!

Very friendly environment. The people were so nice and so helpful and so knowledgeable about helping the elderly. Most of the residents were enjoying live music in the front lobby. That’s the type of environment. I want to be a part of!

I was welcome to the door with a current staff. Residence was engaged in activities. The community was beautiful scenery inviting. The food was very appealing and advertising that was a computer room and a full library. I look forward to visiting again and bringing my loved ones here.

I've know this community for 20 years! Has always been very pleasant! Staff has changed over the time but has remained extremely professional. I love the residents soooo much! Everyone is my friend! Including the staff!

When I first came here. I enjoyed the tour I first meet with [name removed] she is very pleasant and welcoming. I like this place it’s very clean and staff is very nice to everyone. The residents is also very nice.

As a newly acquired title of “widow” I found myself very lonely. After much thinking, moving closer to my daughters sounded like a perfect plan, easier for them, and solving my loneliness. I made plans to visit 4 Senior Living facilities close to my daughters. The Winner was Brookdale Diablo Lodge. I have been here for 5 years, and have loved every minute. I feel like I am on a CRUISE. Each day there are choices to make on activities to participate in. The choice is entirely up to me, no pressure from anyone, just what ever I feel like. The staff is beyond wonderful. Each person employed here are hand picked by angels, the food is delicious and the choices at each meal are enormous. I am so happy with my choice, so proud to have visitors to show them my new home.
