We are very happy with Brookdale Rotonda, great staff and management, food is good, engaged, activities, and the environment is wonderful for my mom.

Nice, friendly staff took the time with me and my brother and sister to answer our question and we toured of the facility. Very nice layout and friendly tenants.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! The residents all seemed happy as well, even in memory care. Very homey atmosphere.

I can't say enough how amazing the staff of Brookdale Brighton is. The executive director is so thoughtful and clearly cares so much. The business office manager has been so helpful and patient. [name removed] was awesome snd patient and made my friend feel like a part of a large family. 100% recommend!

Great place wanted to move Mom there. They decided it would not be a good fit for Mom due to “behaviors”

We have had both of our parents at this facility, and our experience has been excellent. The care staff are kind, compassionate, and supportive, and the nursing team is outstanding. They keep us informed about our parents’ healthcare needs, giving our family peace of mind. The program manager is creative and thoughtful, planning engaging activities and making birthdays and holidays special for residents. These personal touches create a warm, welcoming community. We also appreciate the facility’s commitment to continuous improvement. They regularly seek feedback from residents and families on dining, care, health and wellness, and activities, and continually strive to improve. Caring for loved ones with dementia is challenging, and knowing our parents are treated with kindness, dignity, and respect means so much. We are grateful for the dedicated staff and excellent care provided to both our parents. We highly recommend this facility to families seeking compassionate dementia care.

An Incredible Place Filled with Love and Compassion! Our dad spent the last year of his life at Brookdale, and my siblings and I will be forever grateful for the exceptional love, kindness, and compassion he received. Because my siblings and I all live out of state, it was especially comforting to know that Dad was in such caring hands. [name removed], the director, regularly sent us pictures of Dad participating in activities, allowing us to feel connected to his daily life even though we were miles away. As Dad’s Alzheimer’s progressed, it became increasingly difficult to be so far away. However, [name removed] and [name removed] were always willing to answer our calls, provide updates, and reassure us that Dad was being well cared for. Sadly, our dad passed away on [date removed]. [name removed] graciously allowed us to hold his memorial service at Brookdale. Although the service was on a Saturday, [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed], the activities director attended. Incredible Place Filled with Love and Compassion!

The staff was amazing to work with. The facility appeared clean and full of life! Some of the facilities that we toured you just did not see very much movement or very many people out doing things. Brookdale was different. There were people on the porch and people in the TV rooms and in the game rooms and the cafeteria was bustling with people and that is what our family member needs. We were thrilled to get her a spot there.

The staff here are wonderful. Very caring and able to pivot for changing needs of the residents. Recommend this facility.

The experience that I have had with the staff that has daily contact with my mother-in-law is nothing short of excellent. They know her name they know her likes and dislikes, and are extremely accommodating for her requests.

I love the small size of this facility. The residents get along wonderfully. The staff is very friendly, attentive and engaging. They have many amazing activities that keep my mom’s mind active.

We moved my stepfather there about a month ago into the memory care side. It was a difficult transition as expected but the staff has been wonderful in redirecting him and making him feel more comfortable and if he is having a rough day, they don’t hesitate to give me a call and let me know! That alone brings me a lot of comfort! Thank you Beckett Meadows!

We are very happy here. They care about us. I enjoy the exercise classes. My husband is involved with the investment club.

I had two family members join the Brookdale Chambrel community last year. One in the Claire Bridge memory care facility and the other in the Brookdale independent care program. In both cases we have been very happy with the care our family members have received. I’m particularly happy with the care my brother received while in memory care, his wellbeing and comfort was a top priority. As a family we were always impressed with the quality of food, the cleanliness of the facilities and the caliber of his attendants.

My mother moved into Brookdale Weatherford after experiencing some memory issues. Having the wonderful staff there to look after her when we travel has given us a definite Peace of Mind. We would not hesitate to recommend it to other families looking for a place for their relative.

My mother recently moved to Brookdale and is so happy there! She is well cared for and all the staff are wonderful. I can't say enough good things about Brookdale Wilton!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility. We just moved our mother in and they went above and above to make the experience smooth. Despite the speed bumps that the facility she was coming from put in our way. The staff at Brookdale have been nothing but stellar. Our mom is doing wonderful and is so happy with everyone. Kudos to the staff for providing excellent and exceptional care.

Well maintained, friendly staff, solid clinical support, home like feel. Such a beautiful Alternative to the usual oversized campuses. Very manageable for seniors to age in place.

Brookdale of Troy appears to be a nice place but not suitable for my wife's care. She needs 24/7 memory and nursing care, not assisted living.
