The staff are friendly and helpful. It is a very clean facility. The food is good. My husband is very well taken care of.

Everyone in this facility is super friendly and helpful! When walking through the building, staff was very attentive and greeted me and made me feel welcomed. I will not forget all of the smiling faces that I saw in the dining room.

As indicated by my ratings: the administrative and care staff were friendly, warm and compassionate and consistently provided great care; facility was clean; [name removed] couldn't eat, and therefore didn't eat any of the food; appeared to be many activities for residents, although [name removed] couldn't participate; cost was high, but probably reasonable for [name removed] required level of care.

They get a five on every category. It is a very good place and I would recommend it to anybody

Our family had a wonderful experience touring Brookdale Falling Creek. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and could immediately see the genuine care and compassion the staff has for their residents. The community is beautiful, clean, and has such a warm, inviting atmosphere that truly feels like home. A special thank you to the sales manager who gave us our tour. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate, taking the time to answer every question and making us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Her kindness and professionalism made what can be an emotional time, much easier. If you’re looking for a senior living community where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and genuine care, I highly recommend Brookdale Falling Creek.

I did a great deal of research before concluding Brookdale is the best choice of communities for our dad. He is excited to move to his new apartment and to make new friends. When we visited, the administration and staff were welcoming and seemed to enjoy their jobs. My dad and I were invited to have lunch during his visit, so he was able to try the food. He seemed to enjoy the food and the choices given for different entrees, vegetables and desserts. I believe he will thrive at Brookdale.

The people working at Brookdale Clinton are caring of the residents and provide a positive atmosphere. [names removed] are among my favorite people. I have recently eaten several meals with my mom and they were wonderful. The people there know my mom well and I’m confident in the care she receives.

My husband and I recently toured Brookdale Las Vegas for my mom and we were very impressed with the facility as well as the staff. The facility is very clean and in great shape. The rooms are really nice and clean and good size. They have a really nice, big courtyard, with a gazebo, grass and trees that will be very nice in the fall and spring. We sampled the food and it was really good, smelled great too! We were there at lunch time. All the staff that we have come in contact with have been very helpful and super friendly. I think this will be a great place for my mom and it’s only about 5 minutes from our house!!! Thanks to A Place For Mom for all the help and support.

Medium size community of 68 units in a scenic area set away from road noise. Interior common areas were clean and organized. A very calm atmosphere throughout. Dining was inviting, but menus not elaborate for someone who really enjoys a variety of choices. We toured a small studio apartment which had a nice kitchenette and bathroom and closet space. The area left for furniture was tiny. Barely enough for a twin bed, recliner, secretary, computer desk, and nitestand. Laundry rooms on each floor and they were very clean. A variety of activities were offered. Staff were very professional.

I am in the early stages of having to consider assisted living for mymom. I was impressed by the appearance of the facility. The staff were all very friendly and the residents looked happy. I will be giving this facility a serious consideration.

Extremely clean, nicely decorated, lovely communal spaces. The representatives we were with were pleasant, understanding and answered our questions. We would feel very comfortable having our mom here.

The building was very clean and inviting! Everyone had a smile on their face and genuinely seemed like they loved what they do and cared for the residents! I ate lunch there and the food was wonderful and had a salad bar which is a bonus! The atmosphere there is like no other! There was also live music on the stairs while I was there. Great experience and would highly recommend!

Brookdale Torbett is an excellent Memory Care facility! My dad is receiving great care! I am especially impressed with all of the caregivers! They have gone above and beyond to help us! I would highly recommend.

Our experience has been great so far. The staff is very friendly and competent. The place is beautiful, clean and bright. The food is delicious, fresh, and the portions are just right. They were the only place willing to work with us on the cost and services. Our mother is well taken care of and safe. They offer her many activities, not all are things she can do or understand but she enjoys sitting with the other residents and participating when she can.

I would probably give them a 5 overall. My only concern is that we still need to have visiting angles to make sure my sister is getting enough attention. They have a great food program, nurses on staff and good activities. Also, they have entertainment

Everyone went above and beyond to make my husband stay comfortable at Brookdale. The food was excellent, and there were many choices. He had a very pleasant experience.

As a rehabilitation professional, I've had the opportunity to work closely with Brookdale Union Park and have been consistently impressed by the caring and dedicated staff. [Name Removed] -ED, nursing team and [Name Removed]- their marketing manager are truly some of awesome individuals I have personally worked with in my 19 years of professional career. The team truly treats residents like family and works collaboratively to ensure they receive the best possible care. The positive, welcoming atmosphere and commitment to resident well-being make it a wonderful place for seniors to call home. I would highly recommend Brookdale Union Park to families looking for compassionate, high-quality assisted living services.

The room is very small. That would be the biggest drawback. The staff is just wonderful!! Based on the experience so far, we would definitely recommend Brookdale Roanoke to other families.

I have lived here for 3 years! They keep us busy in doing all kinds of different activities. Everyone is very friendly and go above and beyond. I love having lunch with friends. There's different menu items to choose from. Dessert is my favorite :)
