Brookdale

[name removed] asked me so many questions about the loved one I was looking to place in senior living, to get a feel about her. All staff greeted me and made me feel welcome. I adore the central garden and know my grandmother in law will feel at home there!

I independently called the admissions office at Brookdale and was able to immediately book a tour for the following day. All of my questions were answered and there was no hard sell. It’s a beautiful midsized community with much to offer. Wide open spaces with lots of natural light. A variety of unit sizes were available to view! Observed complete renovation of several units that had been recently vacated which confirmed that things are kept shipshape at all times. Very encouraging. All of the staff we met were delightful and all of the residents we encountered were smiling and welcomed us as they would to their “home.” That says a lot about how they feel about living in this facility! Signing a contract! I received the Brookdale info from our local Hospital!

Wonderful facility. I like that it is mostly on one floor except for the dining hall. However, the elevator goes right there so there is no confusion or problem getting there. [name removed] was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. The facility itself appeared clean and well maintained. Rooms and apartments are of adequate size. I really was impressed.

I was there trying to find a place for my brother who has dementia. My mother had Alzheimer’s, and we had a good experience with her at another facility in KY. Brookdale, by far, exceeds my expectations. The staff is amazing. They were able answer all my questions, but you know how wonderful they are when the residents respond to them as they did when I was there. They are one big family, and that’s where you want your loved one!!

[name removed] who we met with was so warm and upbeat. She gave us a lot of information about Clare Bridge, and conducted our tour. She also answered all our questions. The floor plan of the facility made sense. The individual living spaces were adequate. Staff were friendly. Residents looked well cared for. My husband (who will be the resident), my daughter (a Physical Therapist) and I (a retired Nurse Practitioner) liked what we saw.

After my husband died. My daughter wanted me in a place closer to her. And one that was more secure for me. Brookdale has everything I need plus more. The main thing that made me happiest is having a pool downstairs that I could go to every day on my scooter by myself, I love my swimming, and it's the perfect place for me. People are very friendly caring. I'm willing to help me at any situation.

The administration staff is wonderful to work with. They are very friendly and accommodating. The caretakers are friendly and accommodating. They take very good care of my mother. They provide in-house and outside activities for residents. Very good activities. The room and the facility is very clean and well maintained. My mother has an efficiency apartment and it is a nice size room. She has a large bathroom and the bathroom is equipped for the elderly. She also has a microwave a small refrigerator and cabinets. I would give the place an A+ for overall value for the care, the room, and the facility.

Great place and the food is awesome! I got my sis into the facility and am so impressed. They have bent over backwards to make everything work. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Excellent presentation and loved the community feel. The porches and outdoor areas are extremely nice. Staff was professional and kind.

I was greeted at the desk and talked with the guide who is very knowledgeable. He listened and gave me many valuable suggestions. We toured the facility and I saw a respite room. The facility is large and well maintained. The pricing was affordable and take in many extras.

The residents I saw seemed engaged and alert to what was going on. Nobody looked in distress or like they were being ignored. The staff were very interactive with the residents. Everyone seemed happy and well cared for.

The residents were very nice. The tour was educational and informative. The dining area was nice and the guests were welcoming.

Staff is attentive. Food is fair. The apartment is a nice size. Facilities are clean. My sister in law is happy there. I would recommend to others.

It was just what we are looking for. He's not ready for a nursing home. He can still take care of himself, with a little help. Living in a apartment will make him feel better about himself.

The main staff members are very supportive and advocate for the residents. The place is very clean. The activities are well run and appropriate. The residents are able to go out on the bus to go shopping. The area is safe. The building has good security. The food was questionable, but the director took the initiative to listen to the residents and when possible made the necessary changes (menu ideas, new cook). We've been very pleased with Brookdale Brushy Creek.

The facility was clean and beautiful. Would be a great place to be but I wanted my mom closer to me. That was our main reason for choosing something closer to me.

All is very good here. Staff is cordial helpful kind. Food is good and plentiful. Room size varies. I would recommend to others.

Very, very pleased with our decision. Our minds are at piece knowing and seeing with confidence that my mother is being completely taken care of with all of her needs being met. The transition from her previous home in California to Arizona was seamless. She adapted very quickly. She seems to really like it there.

The staff at Brookdale Wilton have been incredibly friendly, compassionate, and professional. From the moment my mother arrived, they have treated her with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. It gives me tremendous peace of mind knowing she is surrounded by people who truly care about her well-being. One of the things that has impressed me most is how personalized their approach is. They don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach—they have a program that meets my mother where she is mentally, physically, and emotionally, and they adjust their care to her individual needs. It’s clear they see her as a person, not just another resident. I’ve also been especially impressed by the relationships the staff build with the residents. They take the time to get to know each individual, and that personal connection is evident in the way they interact every day. As a daughter, that level of attentiveness and genuine compassion means more than I can express. Choosing a memory care community for a loved one is one of the hardest decisions a family can make. Brookdale Wilton has made that journey much easier, and I am grateful for the exceptional care and support they provide.

Regarding staff and care: Absolutely fantastic Many varied activities and they all participated in their favorites and learned new ones meeting more residents. The food was amazing and nutritious. The entire place was very clean and maintained. Room size for residents was quite adequate for 1-2 people.
