Watermark Retirement Communities

A lovely place with great ammenities. Even though my tour was scheduled and confirmed, no one knew I was coming and the person available to take me on the tour had only been there a short while and so couldn't answer all my questions. I would have selected this facility except that it was too far from my home.

A brand new facility...everything was open and bright. They have the same activities as the other senior living options; however, their location within a manufactured home park was a distraction. There is crime in that area. The costs were generally better than expected, but their location...

This looks to be a nice facility with caring staff and good staff/guest interaction. It is an older facility but in the process of cosmetic renovations as the guests turnover.

Positives: Nice facility, location and friendly staff. Negatives: A little dated and pieced together from an existing facility.

Blue Bell Place has been a great choice for my family. We chose it for its central location between my siblings and me, its reasonable prices, and its helpful staff. [Removed] have been particularly helpful and willing to work with us, but everyone takes the time to get to know the residents and families. The food here is good, and they do housekeeping twice a week, so it's very clean. It's a lively community, and while the staff always check on the residents, they don't make them participate if they don't wish to. My father is very social, and he loves the constant, daily interaction with staff and residents. I think people forget that these places are for peace of mind of the family, and for making sure the loved one is clean, secure, and well fed. I know that my dad is getting those things here and that he is happy, so we are happy too.

This is a nice looking community. The people I met were friendly. This community seems to offer some nice amenities. They allow pets and they offer transportation.

My grandparents had recently made the move into this community and so far things seem to be going okay for them. They have overall made a smooth transition and have been doing the best they can with there situation. The only complaint my grandmother has had is that she feels like she is in more of a memory care facility then an assisted living. She said it is often like a ghost town and not many people are active.

I had a pleasant tour of this community. It is a nice facility with kind people. The experience was a good one. The community looked very nice, and everything was well maintained. The staff I met was kind, and helpful. My questions were answered, and my tour went well overall of this facility.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and I am pleased with how things are going so far for her. The staff made the transition smooth for her and helped her in any way that they could to get my mother settled in her new place. The apartment is a perfect fit for her, it is spacious and has all of the amenities she would need. Overall we have no complaints so far and look forward to her future at this facility.

This community was very nice to tour. The size of the rooms that we saw seemed to be about the size of rooms in other communities. The staff was very friendly along with residents that we met. However, the pricing for this community was more on the expensive side than others we had looked at.

I know my sister is in good hands, and safe in this community. It is a good community with kind people. They are taking good care of her, and her needs. They are great with their commutation. The community is very well-kept, they do a good job with the cleanliness around facility. She has gotten involved with some of the activities they offer. I would recommend this community to my family, and friends.

We had visited quite a few communities and they each had their own unique qualities but what was going to cinch the deal was where they were located. This community had the perfect location. Mom is doing ok here it has taken time for her to adjust and feel like she has settled in. But the staff has been very accommodating and kind very helpful when in need of anything. She has started making friends slowly and started doing some things. She hasn't complained about the food so I am guessing she is liking it. The community is always clean and well maintained the temperature is always comfortable.

I am so thankful that I have this opportunity to have moved my dad from Florida to here it truly has been a blessing. I chose this facility for many reasons but the main factor was that it is brand new. The layout of the building is very similar to the community where he was in Florida. Right now the memory care unit only has 7 residents which are beneficial to my dad because he is getting that one on one attention that is needed.

This is a very nice community. The people I met were nice and knowledgable. They allow pets and seem to offer a lot of daily activities. This community did not seem to offer the staffing level for the amount of care my loved one needed. This community would be good for a more independent resident.

I really liked this community when we visited. The people we met were nice and the community seemed clean. We would have chosen this community, however it was just a little out of our price range.

I had recently taken a tour of this community for possible living arrangements for my self. They where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan they had available as well as the other great amenities throughout the building. It was just not the right fit for him in the end decision.
