Great personal attentive given by staff. It is nice to have so many know my name. My apartment is very comfortable. I would recommend legacy at Clover Blossom to those looking for retirement living.

That the sales lady (who is no longer there) and the site manager answered any and all our questions. That the staff is all super friendly and willing to assist in any way possible.

Staff is friendly and attentive. Housekeeping services could be better. Trash is collected and apartments are cleaned once a week. Trash cans can fill up during this time. Food Menu for the day is published for residents. Meal choices are limited when compared to more extravagant (and more expensive) assisted living facilities, but there are always choices available, such as sandwiches, hamburgers, etc. if requested by the resident. Communication with family is excellent. Overall, I think Blue Bell Place is an excellent choice for people on a budget in need of an assisted-living facility. Also, management and many staff have worked there for many years. This is a great plus for this facility as many other facilities suffer from high turnover of employees and managers. I definitely recommend this facility.

My loved one was previously a resident at Blue Bell Place and the overall experience was good. Everyone was very helpful and friendly towards my loved one and to us. Based on our experience with them, I would recommend Blue Bell Place to others.

Residents are friendly and for most part are very open open to new acquaintances as well as staff which caters to us. I would recommend Legacy as a safe and pleasant new home.

Yes I would recommend but would be a little too expensive for me - I know that can't be helped!Experience has been pretty good. Patient is a bit of a challenge but they're handling her pretty well. Food is very good and staff is pleasant.

Blue Bell Place felt very welcoming. We like the smaller facility. The staff were friendly. I would recommend this facility to others.

Staff and residents are extremely friendly. If I met 100 people 99 of the people will qualify for this comment. I have a one bedroom apartment I came from studio in another independent living place and the one bedroom here is the same size as my studio there . My things barely fit in this apartment. Had to get rid of the a lot. The kitchen area is also very small. There is one counter next to the one side sink probably had 1010 minutes does not have a garbage disposal. I had one before there are only maybe five cabinets. I probable had 10 cabinets and a full kitchen and a washer dryer in the apartment. I'm not here for the money that I'm paying which is $[removed] more here it's not worth it. I'm not sure if I made a mistake coming here but it's the People here that I appreciate. Bottom line I would not recommend this place and I'll have to give this new company the benefit of the doubt that they'll change things but I've been in place as before where they promise everything and nothing gets done More positive things as I do have a patio that I can sit outside I love road can't smoke on the burial the smoking areas and both are not accessible ly had at least 10 or more in my other place when I got here the place felt like it wasn't clean. Many old fixtures I had to beg for a new refrigerator and freezer because it took four days for my ice to freeze and when I got the new refrigerator, you could hear it running. The other one did not run and I had over $[removed] worth of insulin that I did not want to go bad and needed to be kept cold. I do have a patio on for my bedroom and I have two chairs out there to sit on. However, I can't smoke on the patio. There are only two areas that will accommodate smokers like being in a wheelchair. I can't access one of them and the other one I'm not sure it's for smoking. Parking is that a premium beer and the only time that you can find a good spot at night when the aids leave they work in the assisted living in building and they're not supposed to park there but behind the building, but nobody in force is it We are here without a executive Director. [name removed] play says win, sold to another company, and who knows what's gonna happen, especially with the rent. I am not food and the updates of the facility. A coat of paint would help banisters with Nero supports needs to be fixed and painted as a supporter extremely Wobbly and or broken. It took six weeks them to empty the trash you and the doggie deposit Care and replace the small bags to collect the poop. I asked that my toilet be clean and that was the best they could do and was told that what do you want from the 1970 or 1980 toilet I said then replace it all I got was a new toilet seat. I asked that the white stuff that goes around the base of the toilet to be filled in and They and the top of the sink around the sink and this was not done the refrigerator was filthy. The stove was filthy and I had to spend a full day cleaning everything a lot of the areas were dented or cut it into 22 probably the person prior to me, banging into the walls, electric outlets, which of two plugs usually one plug has not worked. I don't know about the air conditioning it's not a Unit it's not search earlier we're in the place before that I was out at central air and I had control over it it

The meals have not been as god as they raved they could be initially. The food is more just okay - it is quite bland actually and sometimes they run out of certain items. However based on the experience we have had so far with Legacy at Clover Blossom, we would recommend them to other families.

Sometimes my mother has to remind staff of her needs such as towels etc., more than once or twice. There is a limited offering of religious worship opportunties. She may get braver and have transportation take her to church in the future. Staff and hired nursing are very communicative about my mother's health. Security is very tight, and safety is not taken lightly.

Communication, in the beginning, was an issue as we were all new to the environment and facility. Communication has gotten better and we think we are moving in the right direction. We do think the the staff has the residents best interest first and foremost.

We chose Blue Bell Place for: 1} location, 2} affordability, 3} Friendliness, the size of the room. Our loved one had memory issues and had some difficulty adjusting to living in a community after years of independence, but the staff were patient and supportive.

I have live at Blue Bell Place for 5 years. I have enjoyed the trips we’re have taken through the years. My most favorite is the casino. The residents and staff are friendly. I have the security knowing that someone is here to care for me. I’m so glad I chose Blue Bell Place.

We had toured many facilities leading up to our current assisted living arrangement and felt that the Watermark at Oro Valley was a great place for mom. My mother has been here for over three years and has seen the highs and lows of growing old and living in a controlled environment i,e; dining, activities, outings where you may or may not be able to go out on your own. This facility has gone through many changes and as usual staff changes. Through all the trials to include COVID, Watermark has always tried to keep residence and family members informed on any changes to ensure that everyone is safe and happy. The dining facility is always clean and the wait staff knows you by name and most times what you like before you ask. The menu gives you many options for whichever meal you are having. Overall the facility is a great place for mom and would recommend it to others. Take a tour and see for yourself

Right now...the facility is in a transition, so the quality of Aides is a hit or a miss. They do their job, but they are just learning the residents. Some of them are friendly. Some just do their job and that's it. The housekeeping is fine. They come once a week. I can't speak on the meals because I don't eat there. My mother doesn't like some of the meals. As for a recommendation, if you can afford to pay out of pocket, definitely. It's very pricey. But it's clean and the staff is friendly.

The friendliness of the staff and responsiveness are the things that the staff does best at. The administration has been very flexible and caring as well. To their credit, they are adding more staff. The learning curve is steep which results in communication breakdowns and individualized care needs fall through the cracks. Issues are quickly remedied once brought to their attention. The quality of care will improve once they are fully staffed. They just hired a new activity director so should see some improvements there as well. Mom is making new friends and getting acclimated.

They just don't have a lot of activities for an active physically and mentally able senior at this specific location of legacy. However, the staff has been excellent in supporting my dad. To clarify my first point, it appears only a couple of residents are capable of carrying on a conversation and most are in poor health. I would recommend Legacy at Grande Vie, but probably for last independent living prior to full care nursing. Legacy is more affordable than other places we looked into.

The people here are incredibly caring and it means the world to me. Since we arrived, we’ve felt a warm atmosphere. The staff members go above and beyond and I feel at ease knowing that my husband is in good hands.

We cannot comment on the activities because our loved one has not participate in...yet. However I like how clean it is and how friendly everyone has been. I'd like my dad to participate more but that's on him right now. Also his room is not dirty but it smells horrible. He has an ostomy bag. I'm not sure if he needs reminding to flush when he empties the bag or what, but goodness, it's bad.
