The friendliness of the staff members and other residents really stood out to us, everyone is just so down to earth. We absolutely would recommend this community to others. Something about this community just stood out right away, great first impression. It is very bright, open and inviting. Our family had a really good experience, our loved one did recently pass away but they were very well cared for at Blue Bell. The director [name removed] was extremely friendly and caring towards our family. The meals and dining service was very good, there were times our loved one needed to eat in her room and they were very accommodating and understanding. We wish we moved our loved one in sooner so she could of experienced more like the activities. Also the value for cost was very reasonable, it did not knock your socks off.

Our loved one was only there for about a month and we had to move her out due to her health, but The Fountains is really a lovely place and it was kept very clean. We would our loved one could of stayed longer, everyone was very friendly and we would highly recommend to others.

We had tours at several different communities, and they were all great. The folks at Rose Tree Place did a great job with our tour. They answered all of our questions. Nothing was held back. They were very honest and forthright.

We have only been able to visit the community a few times, and what we have seen is very clean. The friendliness of the staff and their care services would absolutely be 10 stars. Our loved one is really happy with the variety of the meals and the portion sizes. They have brought the activities and at first our loved one was very anti-social, but now they have her out and about in the kitchen helping them cook and bake, so we appreciate their efforts getting her included. They also have been excellent working with the families and friends and making everything an easy process.
