We chose Blue Bell Place because it was in a good location and also they reached out to me and their representative was very helpful. I intended to get her into assisted living but it was determined that she needed to be in memory care. Their support staff is really good. The med tech was very good with her and they were patient and took time with her as best as they could. She seemed to respond to them well. I would recommend to others looking.

I would tell a friend that the Legacy at Clover Blossom is a wonderful community of friendly and helpful people. It's very welcoming and inclusive with as many or as few interactions as you would like. The apartments are very comfortable, all the grounds are well-kept.

I am a current resident. I have not been here long but I like it so far. I like some of the food but not all of it, but there are many options to choose from. I have easy access to PT services in house and that helps me stay healthier than I was before.

We had a fantastic experience dining at Holden. The food was outstanding and the chef was awesome

I toured Blue Bell Place and it was very nice. We chose another community because it's ten minutes from where I live instead of half an hour. I visit my mom everyday, so it's more conveniently located instead of driving thirty minutes across the turnpike.

This location was nice, and they did not rush to show us around.

We arrived at Altria Almaden at lunch time for a quickly arranged tour, which we appreciated, since we were to be in the area for a brief period. First off was lunch for me and my wife with [name removed] (sales counselor). Food selection was very broad and very high quality. Looking for Independent Living accommodations, the facility offered the two bedroom unit we had in mind. They offer every conceivable entertainment and activity to engage in during the day. The facilities are new. They are definitely a place to consider if you like high rise living.

I have been investigating Summit Senior Living for the last 3 weeks looking for an assisted living place for my 89 year old mom. I have investigated 4 or 5 places and I'm greatly leaning toward Summit Senior Living. I have worked mostly with [name removed]. She is so pleasant and helpful. She is a delight to work with. The facilities are well kept and everything is so clean. The residents seem happy. I even ate lunch there. The food was delicious. It is a well-run place.

I toured Atria Almaden, and it was very luxurious. They really appealed to the family members; but Atria gave me the impression that they would not take someone with my moms level of need. I later found out that if a person even needs oxygen, they couldn't be there. They were not geared to handle or accommodate advanced medical needs. The community was very fancy-schmancy; but not a good fit for us.

We really love it here and my mom is happy which is all that matter. They started family nights and we went to the first one last month so that was really nice. The executive director was there waiting on tables and they had entertainment come in so it was really fun for us. They do these monthly and have just recently started them back up since covid. I would definitely recommend The Watermark at Vistawilla to others.

I thought Atria Almaden seemed very nice. My parents didn’t like it as much because it was in a very busy neighborhood. But my wife and I really liked it.

The staff at watermark are GREAT! They are easy to work with and are very caring with your love one and easy to talk too. They not only are taking care of our mom they also took care of my grandmother. We are grateful and happy to have chosen Watermark at Vistawilla.

We've been very satisfied with Blue Bell Place. It has been a very positive experience. Our person has had a little bit of a difficult adjustment, but she does have some memory issues. And the staff have been very able to work with her in terms of those issues. We're hoping she can stay in personal care as long as possible without having to be moved to memory care. We really enjoyed working with the administration during the process of getting her moved in. That was a very important part of the process - they made her feel welcomed from the beginning and were very helpful in telling us about the community there. The facility is very clean. Her room is very comfortable, and we love the high ceilings. It makes it feel really open. They come in and clean her room every week and do her laundry, and we're very happy about all those services.

We think Rockland Place is absolutely wonderful, the staff and the residents are all very friendly and pleasant. It is just a warm and welcoming place we cannot say enough good things about them. The sales team especially [name removed] who is in charge is just lovely to work with. The staff are very responsive to requests and attentive. They have a lot of activities going on, there are exercise classes pretty much every day. They bring in different musicians and entertainment. Then they have your typical board games and bingo. We have not had the meals ourselves but according to our loved one they are really good.

What really stuck out to us about Blue Bell Place was their excellent covid protocols and the locality was convenient to our home. The room sizes are very adequate for the needs. They offer a lot of activities such as amazing music programs, bingo, they did march madness brackets, etc. They are really involved. The call bell protocol is superb. The residents pushes it if they need something and it goes to a caregiver then to a nurse and if it isn't answered by either of them in a timely manner it will then go to the administration which was a big selling point for us. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

I was searching for a place with a caring office staff, employees, clean rooms, good food, security, room options, and transition to memory care, good location, a manager who knows and cares about the residents, take time to know them, fun activities, offer church services, and the smiles on faces of residents. Well, I found it at The Summit Senior Living. I recently drove my mother-in-law all over looking at the highest reviewed assisted living locations in the valley. We looked at Summit first and then spent the next two days touring other places. A decision was made, and I quote my mother-in-law, "I choose Summit, it is cozy, warm and welcoming. They will know me by name and not just a number or $, they really care, you just feel it." Thank you for the peace of mind Summit. You are truly amazing.

We were pleased the way that they handled my loved one while she was there. The nurse was really good during this time.
