I had a wonderful tour. The staff was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, and gave me a folder to take with me. They are out of my price range., but it is a lovely place.

What we like the most about the community is the director of nursing and knowing what is going on at Wildwood. The staff of aids, RN"s. The food is outstanding. Yes, we would recommend Wildwood Senior Living to other families.

The community is very nice and well heated. The food is average; my dad didn't enjoy it at first but has learned what to order-though I'd recommend avoiding the chicken. The manager is generally pleasant, though interactions can vary. Maintenance does respond to issues, but for upgraded or higher-end features, residents may prefer to purchase their own. Housekeeping does a good job overall.

Very nice facility in both the ALF and Independent living areas. Fremont is a little more expensive than [communities removed] nearby. However, the units and facilities are very nice. The staff was also very friendly.

[removed name] was very kind and answered so many questions I didn’t know I should ask. Lovely facility, food smelled wonderful. Residents looked clean and happy. Emphasized the need to evaluate my husband before quoting me a rate. Not clear what their levels of care are and what they cost, but I did expect a pretty steep increase over their base rate for memory care. Lovely place if you can afford it.

The staff is excellent and very helpful. The apartment (very clean and well maintained). Apartment size is great. Food and dining experience is good. Holiday Country Squire, is a nice, clean community with friendly, helpful staff. Meals are good , served in a very fancy dining area. Wonderful Holiday meals and lots of activities to keep you busy if you so choose. The other residents are friendly and caring! I definitely enjoy being here.

Our loved one enjoys the Friday happy hours with music, refreshments and the camaraderie. He also likes all the pets that are there. Everyone is also extremely friendly. Thank you for all of your help in making this transition easier.

I rate Mallard Point as a 5 in all categories. Great place! Administration and staff are very supportive and care about their residents. Yes, we would recommend the Mallard Point Senior Living community to other families based on the experience.

I rate Holiday Country Squire at 5 across the board! They are absolutely fantastic, the staff is wonderful, the residents are friendly, the place is well set up and organized...it's absolutely all we hoped! I really am super pleased with everything about Country Squire, and my mom is really happy there.

The very first day of being at Vitalia in Stow, my sister was content and didn't want to leave. She is safe, happy and loves everyone and everything about her "New Home!!"

What we like the most about the community is that the residents seem happy and are really friendly. Yes, we would recommend Curtis Creek to other families based on the experience so far.

Mom hasn't been in any activities so far. She is still adjusting to new surroundings. Her apartment is nice size with a balcony. She is not sure about the food just something she has to get used to.

The meals are great and the staff is friendly...I would recommend it to others. The location is great! The apartment size is good for one person.

We moved a family friend's grandmother into this facility, and it is very beautiful. Newly remodeled and nice and bright, they are decorating for the Christmas season, and it's looking a lot like Christmas for the people who live there. Very friendly staff and residents, very curious about who you are and why you are there. They just want to be in the loop of what is going on. I had a few ladies who went and visited our family member just to get her acquainted with the people who live there. Very relaxing for our family member, and she is going to flourish in this home.

Staff very nice, [name removed] rearranged her schedule to offer a tour when we had family in town for Thanksgiving to see their apartments. The apartments were very nice and clean and they had a lot of activities to offer.

My visit to this facility was delightful. Staff and residents were very friendly and informative. It did help me realize that I'm not ready for this type of home at this time. I'm completely healthy with good mobility and don't yet want to give up a kitchen and the space of a modest home. My only criticism is the food that was served for lunch. It was bland and plated in the plainest possible way - similar to a faded motel cafe. The dining room was lovely as were the many residents I met, but the food was extremely disappointing. The employee who met with me mentioned the long time the "chef" has been with them, so obviously my reaction is the exception to the rule. Maybe some day...

Never before visited a place like that of Seniors Living. This place is very open, great lighting residents gathered in the main lobby talking and sharing with each other, rooms were spacious. I would choose a place like that for me.

We loved the facility and the personal care you showed for the residents. The fact that a resident left her key in the mail box, and you took extra steps to return it and make it feel respectful meant so much to the resident and made us feel happy. Thank you so much.

I was blown away by University Senior Living! It is an amazingly beautiful property with an amazing staff! The rooms were spacious and cozy. The entire facility makes me feel like I am on a vacation in a fancy hotel! [name removed] showed me around. She was fantastic! She took the time to get to know the backstory of my family so that she could understand where we are in our journey for trying to find a home for my mother who is struggling with dementia. She took something like five pages of notes as I answered her questions. It really made me feel cared for. I have toured three different facilities at this point and University Senior Living is my current choice for a place for my mom to live. I look forward to working with them in the future! Great job guys!

My mom is very happy there. she's made friends, takes advantage of all the activities and likes her accommodations. Little pricey. I was a little shocked by the rent increase this year. kinda wish they would cap her rent as she is turning 98 in January afterall. She loves the staff. She also loves the fact they provide Catholic services every Sunday there. She does complain about the food sometimes, but she is a very picky eater. Even when we take her out to dinner, she's rarely satisfied. I've had the food there several times and I think it's good. I just think her taste buds have changed as she has aged. That being said, they do make an effort to improve the dining. I know they've changed chefs several times and they have a periodic meeting with the residents to let them air their concerns.
