Care staff wonderful, administrative personnel are not as communicative as they should be. Beautiful facility. I would recommend.

Overall excellent experience. Very friendly and caring! The staff is very responsive to needs and any concerns. I would highly recommend the Summit for the care of your loved ones. My wife has greatly improved under their care!

Some things I don't like but I like living here.

Workers always go out their way to help you. They know us by name.

Overall - I think that The Parkway Senior Living is a nice place for a loved one.

Crestone is very new and they are still trying to fill out their staff and complete construction. They are doing well moving forward even with the challenges of opening a new facility. When they are fully staffed, I believe they will be a high quality senior living community.

They all seem pleasant and helpful snd try to accommodate your suggestions. However they have to report to their boss too. My mom has recommended to others and a few have moved in. I think this place struggles like all others with retention of employees. It's hard to see someone go that they really like just to start back over again. Food service struggles with employees so the service takes a bit to get served. But the food quality is normally pretty good.

They need more staff. Current staff is overworked. With these improvements I would recommend this community to other families

I believe that this is a special place to live. It is still small enough to have that feeling of community.

Overall the facility is very nice, it's a newer building, clean and well kept. The food is good, the staff is friendly. But they won't try to persuade a resident who needs assistance to take it and they don't communicate enough with the resident's family, at least in the case of my mother, who has dementia.

Generally fine. Some operational and staffing management issues and responses to requests have taken more than a single report or request. Then finally addressed. Management fine but trickle down actions slow. Facilities excellent. Restaurant service outstanding. Wellness care generally above average.responsive Management open to listen and quickly pass along concerns.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice facility. Visit twice weekly and consistent care and experience. I would recommend them to others looking.

My Dad has been there about three months and he has loved it! He is very picky on food and I was very worried about that but he has really liked the meals! He loves having people to talk to as well and there is always activities so it keeps him more active. They have a workout facility which is equipped well for him to use. They also just remodeled it all and it looks FANTASTIC! Great place to live for him this far and staff has been great.

Very friendly, warm, want to be helpful. Care--inconsistent, need better oversight, better attention to detail; Communication among staff and between staff and family is improving since admission (when it seemed initially non-existent). Food--pretty tasty, wish they had more healthy options. Overall, not bad for a facility. Although Brookdale is not perfect (no place is), they have been responsive and made successful efforts to improve areas of concern and my husband is doing better there. I wanted to give them a chance to do better before reviewing them--and they have improved. For that, I'm grateful.

Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend this community to others but for not those who are in a wheelchair. It is not wheelchair friendly.

Our experience so far - The staff are very friendly and helpful and the quality of care seems good. However the food is inconsistent and the activities are just fine. As for value, all homes are way overpriced. The Kentridge seems to be one of the better ones for the price.

Montvale Estates had the best floor plan and storage closets out of the 5 facilities we toured. [name removed] died in September and was satisfied with Montvale until they lost their 5 star chef. Then she started complaining about the food They do need to hire a chef that considers the best and most nutritious foods for seniors.
