Definitely 5 stars! Everything is so beautiful & clean. The staff are all so friendly & helpful! The chef & the food there are great! Lots of activities to do. Mom started there[Date Removed] & has dementia, she has been welcomed by the staff & the people who live there. They all say she is so sweet. They all help help with what she needs. They are pet friendly. Only thing is that staff is only there from 7am to 7pm. Other then that our experience has been great. The rooms are decent size. Some are bigger then what she had in the parkmodel in Az. They also have a free laundry room & free media com.

This is a wonderful facility, and the people that I met were amazing. The facility felt like a true home away from home for the residents. All of my questions were answered and the Empathy showed was genuine.

The staff were very kind and helpful to my mom! They made sure she had good food! She was clean and happy! I'm grateful they were there in her last days before she went to hospice!!

She enjoyed every day she spent at Kentridge. The ladies in her hallway were very friendly and soon she was eating dinner with a group. She loved their soup and it was different every day. She played bingo, did crafts and received communion every week. Also physical therapy.

Residents very friendly and helpful. All staff courteous, helpful, and friendly. Enjoyed experience tremendously

I had a very enjoyable tour with [name removed] and his Director. The facility is clean. The one bedroom apartment was more spacious than I expected. Definitely liked the kitchen area. I would recommend this facility to anyone asking for recommendations.

Westbury is amazing only a bit more per month and it's like night and day in comparison. Westbury is clean, professional and loving to the residents in memory care. I can honestly say I trust Westbury with my elderly Mother.

We live in the independent living side and we really enjoy the open dining.

My husband [name removed] actually went - he said the staff were very nice. As they went into each area - if someone worked there, they came over and introduced themselves. The building smelled cleaned - we have visited some that unfortunately, smell of urine. The week's menu looked good. The theater room was very nice. The thing that impressed him the most, is on every floor - they have snacks that the residents can help themselves too. His mother is very seriously thinking of moving there.

Friendly, secure, lots of variety for activities and good food service

Westbury is a beautiful community. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. There are so many amenities and it is all so clean and beautifully kept. We had residents stopping us and telling us how much they love it there. It was a wonderful experience and definitely my families choice when my mom is ready for community life. I can’t say enough good things about Westbury.

[name removed] was very informative and great about following up on any additional questions or concerns. He was very respectful to my dad and included him in the conversations while understanding our situation in helping dad make the best decision. Due to recent medical issues, we are not able to move forward just yet and hope to still take advantage of the current move in specials.

Positives: - Facility appearance/cleanliness - Friendliness/kindness of staff to us and to our mother - Dining area and restaurant style service was nice Negatives: - Great communication with us in-person but any phone follow-up to questions was unreliable with no follow-up - Food selections on the MC side did not appear as varied and seemed more fried in selections than not

The staff are very warm and welcoming. Carriage Court feels very homey. The front porch with rocking chairs is a big plus. The outdoor grounds were very pretty and inviting. I was there for my father, but I said that I would like to stay there, when that day comes!

Beautiful facility with very personable staff.

We went to check out the place for the in-laws- my husband went in say nope- this will never work- he walked out saying that would be perfect for them! Now we just have to convince them it’d be great for them

My mom passed away recently, but she was very happy here and truly loved living in this community. While she didn’t participate in many activities, we saw them often, and everyone always seemed engaged and happy. She loved her unit—it was bright, clean, and comfortable—and she thought very highly of the staff. The maintenance team was especially helpful; the head maintenance staff member was incredibly kind and went out of his way to assist us with things like her shower head and installing under-counter lighting. [name removed] at the front desk was also very kind and welcoming. In fact, everyone we encountered treated us like family, which meant a great deal to us. Saying goodbye after she passed was very difficult, but we’re grateful she was in a place where she felt happy, safe, and cared for.

Was a nice place. It should fill all your needs. I would recommend it.
