The Gardens at Arkanshire was really nice. The staff were very kind. They walked us around and showed us the common areas. And then we went up and looked at a couple of apartments. It was a beautiful place. But at that point, our loved one needed more assistance due to an injury, and they didn’t provide that. But for what they do offer, they were excellent. We didn’t have a chance to try the food, but the menu looked good. We found them to be very helpful and very honest in answering our questions.

The Madison Senior Living is a wonderful place. We were very satisfied with our experience we had with them.

I did not get a chance to tour but they were very helpful with my love one and helping me get on the right track. They even reached back out to me when my loved one moved in to another home just to make sure we were good.

They've been phenomenal across the board. They definitely go above and beyond. They're great with communication to me about my parents. If I call them and ask questions, they know what's going on. They know my parents. My parents are not a number to them. They're treated like a person. The staff will let me know if one of them is having a bad day, or if something happened. They give wonderful suggestions and have excellent input. I'm still a caregiver in a way, and they keep me in the circle of what's going on. My parents have nothing but excellent things to say about the food. There have had some limits on activities due to Covid, but what they've come up with has been phenomenal. This Saturday they're doing a flag ceremony for Veterans' Day, and they've asked family to come to support the veterans. They just go out of their way to find out what the residents like, what they enjoy, what makes them happy, and then do the best that they can to make those things happen. All of the assisted living places are high priced, but considering the service Castlewood provides, the way they go above and beyond, and the way they treat my parents, it's worth every penny.

They provide great service. The staff are wonderful and friendly. The residents who live here are very friendly and helpful as well. We're just like a family. The food is great. They give you a variety, and it's cooked just right. They keep us busy with plenty of activities. We are very comfortable here in our apartment. And they come in once a week to clean your bathroom, mop your floors, and do the vacuuming.

This community is quieter which I like and I really enjoying walking around outside in the gardens. Based on my experience so far I definitely would recommend this community to others.

They genuinely do care about the residents at this community. They are also very quick to address any needs or concerns I may have about my mothers care. The staff treat my mother just as they would their own family members with genuine love.

We chose Vitalia over others we looked at because it is newer, very clean, they had lots of activities provided, and the meals are chef prepared. There are not set times for the meals, so you can go to eat whenever. They have a great variety on their menu to choose from. The hallways are huge and well lit, the decor is tasteful. They have a pool on site that they use for therapy and they occasionally have pool residents. It is a very nice place and my dad has been happy with his experience.

I am very happy to live here - no cooking and no cleaning anymore. Staff and residents are so friendly and helpful. Activities, exercise, games, crafts are offered and fun to take part with others. I have a studio apartment with a patio which is ideal size and location for me. I am 92 years old. Staff helped us so much during the Covid pandemic.

I was really nervous about moving to assisted living and Carriage Court was nice and all but I lived at home for 23 years. I understood that I needed more help so I gave it a chance and am so happy I did! Everyone is so friendly here, it's clean and smells good and we started to feel at home, it's just a new chapter!

They're very friendly and helpful. They keep in contact with us to let us know how things are going. It's clean - I don't see anything laying around out of place. My loved one says the food is good, and that's coming from a picky eater.

I've been here 6 months and I like it. I'd rather be home, but age has me being here. I have three meals a day, a nice apartment. They have many activities and exercise, entertainment, special things, special days, etc. The help is helpful, keep things clean.

We chose Vitalia Senior Residences because she already had some friends who were living here, it was the nicest one that was close to her house, and it is a brand new beautiful facility with high ceilings. We were impressed with how friendly the staff was and their follow up from the get go. They have a lot of activities and things provided for residents here. They have a country kitchen on the second floor and it is available to residents and their families if you make reservations. They do provide call buttons only for the residents and they are able to push it if they need something from the staff. She has has had a couple of issues with the food service and getting the food in a timely manner. We have been happy with our experience and always feel welcome here. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anybody.

I have lived in the community all my life and would suggest it to all people. A lot of jobs to be had, and friendly people. I enjoy Walden Place.

Our tour with Vitalia was great. The lady who showed us around was so kind and helpful. The facility itself is very nice, it is like a resort. They even have an exercise pool for the residents to use.

We find everyone friendly, except for the maintenance team member. The meals are good and my loved one loves them. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. If you're looking for Independent living this is the best place. The residents are friendly, as well.

This community was very nice but not a lot of people because it was still pretty new. I considered it but I wanted more people for my loved one to talk to. This community was also more expensive.

Its very new and clean community, the people are very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Vitalia Rockside is a beautiful facility. If it was up to me, I would have had my mom come here but she just thought it was too big.
