I have lived at Montvale Estates for almost four months now and my experiences here have all been excellent. I am so happy to call Montvale my new home. All of the staff members go above and beyond to make sure that I feel welcome. Whenever I am out of my room, I always see the sales manager and the two building managers interacting with residents, making sure that all of their needs and expectations are met. I have definitely seen some major changes in the community since the new sales manager started working here, as all staff members seem to be working together as a cohesive team, who genuinely care for all of us residents. I would like to mention that this community has many great programs and activities that we can all join in as well. In addition, when I have any issues in my room, maintenance always takes care of the problem quickly. I would like to take the opportunity to thank all staff members for their professionalism and going above and beyond for all the residents.

I have just recently moved here but the staff has been very helpful and caring. One of the Sales Managers has been the staff member who has assisted me the most and she is just fabulous - so knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond to help me.

I have lived here for quite some time and could not have chose a better community. The food is great, the location is very practical and is close to everything, staff is amazing and the new sales manager has gone above and beyond to make this an exceptional place to live and if I could give her more than five stars I would. Very grateful to be part of Montvale!

Very good place, very friendly staff and helpful group. Wonderful facilities. Close to family members to visit and assist our loved one.

It's not always clean as it could be in memory care. Especially eating area. I notice tables and floors are always dirty from previous meals often. I notice quite a few people don't eat because they think It's terrible. Not always are they offered something else. However, overall this is a wonderful place for my mom. The staff is very caring and make sure Mom is checked on frequently

[name removed] had a very nice stay at Vitalia Senior Residences of Stow. All the staff were wonderful, caring & helpful. He enjoyed all the activities. The only complaint I had was , it took 6 weeks to receive a refund as I paid for the entire month & he stayed for a respite of 2 weeks. If my husband needed to be in an assisted living facility, Vitalia is where I'd place him.

What our family likes the most about the community is the number of varied activities and the daily exercise classes. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend The Boulevard to other families. It is large enough to provide for your needs but small enough to make everyone feel like they are a part of the community.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Madison Senior Living and things have been mostly great for him at this facility so far. The move in process was simple. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff is also great. The value for cost is good. However, when a maintenance ticket is opened, it takes days before they come and address the issue. The 24 hour snack cooler is great and is free for the residents. I would recommend The Madison Senior Living Independent Living to others. I have no exposure to Assisted Living or Memory Care.

I’m so grateful for the community of staff and residents at Walden Place. My puppy and I visit every day. My mom is so happy and loves going to meals, visiting the hair salon, participating in Bible study, Communion, and a multitude of special events and activities! The staff go above and beyond to listen and attend to any questions or concerns or just chat! We’re so happy she’s happy!

Take your family member and feel the experience. We were impressed. We picked this community because of the personnel and my in-laws liked it as well.

This is my third time to reside at Walden. After living at Walden and then living at other senior places Walden meets my choice for the place to live. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Walden offers so much in the way to make a person feel at home

We picked this community because of the location. The experience has been great. I would recommend to others.

So far everybody being friendly, my wife likes it and it's clean and the meals are good and they have therapy everything we need it it's they're very helpful. The only problem I have is they are short of RN nurses they have a lot of Jewish caregivers, and not very many LVN's even

My apartment is just perfect for me. I have everything I need. There is always plenty of food and choices. The staff are very kind, and I have met some wonderful people. There’s always something to do if you want to participate, my favorite is beanbag baseball!

Our family had an in person tour with Brookdale West County and all of the staff members we met with were very friendly and took the time to answer all of our question. It was a great tour experience.

My parents are very happy at The Princeton Senior Living and are very busy! They like the food, their apartment is spacious and clean and the people are friendly! The staff has been very helpful and friendly. Most issues are resolved very quickly (tightening a hand rail in a bathroom, fixing a toilet paper holder). Housekeeping comes every week. My mom was hesitant because she's still very active, but she's found more fun things to do. The common areas are neat and clean, too. Communication has been great. We haven't had any issues. The move in went well. We had movers do most of the heavy lifting. However, we did make good use of The Princeton's trollies on several occasions. Plus, they bought the family lunch on moving day! My parents have been very happy with the menu. The variety, quality and portion sizes have all been great. As for recommendations, yes, if prospective tenants can afford it, I highly recommend The Princeton! (Another plus: the different levels of care that they offer. If it becomes necessary to move to Assisted Living, it's right there and familiar.)

We were able to have an in person tour with The Princeton and [name removed] wanted to go to Princeton but at the time, they told us there were 12 folks ahead of her. We actually enjoyed the community and tour experience, everyone was so nice and helpful and answered all our questions.

Mallard Point is the best kept secret for independent senior living in the Cedar Falls-Waterloo area. While touring the retirement community with our loved one, she immediately said Mallard Point was the place for her. It was a great sense of relief for her and our family knowing she is in a safe, secure environment surrounded by friendly, kind, and compassionate retirees. The entire Mallard Point team consisting of administration, recreation, maintenance, transportation, food service, and housekeeping has been personal, professional, and top-notch. Knowing our loved one has three balanced meals daily, scheduled recreational activities, weekly housekeeping services, and transportation for shopping and appointments has left her happy and pleased with her decision about moving to Mallard Point. Being matched with an ambassador (aka – welcoming committee) put her mind at ease since she was the new kid on the block. Ambassadors took her under their wing the first few weeks with respect and

We are writing about our almost 4 year experience with our loved one at the Hudson Grande. He has had only the very best of care from the staff, who are wonderful. They knew him and took care of him as if he was their own. The facility was warm, friendly and extremely clean, which is a huge plus. We are so very thankful we stopped into the facility when we did. We were blessed to have it and so was our loved one, now no longer with us.
