Trustwell Living

My parents had dramatic and sudden changes in their health which took us from needing assisted living sometime in the future to having to figure things quickly. I knew as soon as I visited that it was the place for them. The staff made sure things went as smoothly as possible and have done a fantastic job of providing care for both of their needs.

[name removed] was very accommodating and helpful making sure my mother had what she needed. Staff were friendly. The facility was clean and the rooms were very functional, my mother liked the food. My mother was only there a couple of weeks before she died and she was settling in nicely.

We moved my mother into Trustwell Mission Springs 2 months ago. The experience has been very good. The facility is always spotless. The staff in general (housekeeping, activities, concierge, dining, and executive) are great. Mom feels very comfortable with her care providers and has benefited greatly from the social interaction and routine in the community. The staff are very accessible and communication is good. Overall, we have been very satisfied.

Preston Place has been very good for Dad. Staff is very caring and thoughtful. Facility is always clean. The Activities Director is a particular gem. I hope that Dad continues to live in this marvelous facility for the foreseeable future.

From our initial meeting we were very impressed with Ridgeview. The staff is so kind and caring to my mom. We like the size of the facility. It’s the smallest one we looked at and that makes it easy for my mom to get around. She is busy every day with the activities they plan and enjoys the bus outings. We are so grateful to A Place for Mom for connecting us with Ridgeview.

I had visited 8 other facilities and when I walked in Trustwell you could feel the difference and care they had for their residence. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing extended care for family members.

We chose Trustwell Living at Fairfield Place because of the size of the facility, all private apartments, location and the administrative willingness to work with us. Administrative staff are always friendly, supportive and helpful- they always take time to listen to any concerns we have.

I would rate them all a 5. I didn't have problems until Hospice stepped in. The nurse didn't show up the last day until 8:00 p.m. I called all day. However, Trustwell Living was very welcoming. The staff and patients were friendly. For the most part, my husband had a pleasant experience.

My mother passed away about 1 month after moving to Kent Place. They were very nice there. For the brief time she was there I would rate all categories a 5 and I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we had

Mom moved in in June and the process from the beginning to determine if Bell Gardens would be a good fit for Mom went very well. The facility was working to reopen after the fire and [name removed] welcomed us in to show the rooms and various things available. Mom made the decision to go and believes it was the best decision. She is happy there.

The staff is very good and attentive and caring. The maintenance person is awesome. I love the big living room with separate bedroom and large bathroom off of the bedroom. Plenty of space for all my aunts things she needed and wanted when moving her from her home. My aunt is happy with the quality of the food also.

[name removed] has been at Trustwell since [date removed]. The care team is pretty much the same every day so they know the residents and what they need. Food is tasty and served warm because they dish it out as they serve it. Trustwell's memory care is about [name removed] less than her previous facility. We are so happy with the care that [name removed] is getting, and the friendliness of the staff.

We chose Trustwell Living of Springfield because of the size of the apartments and the value for the money. The facility is always clean and well decorated for all holidays. They do have staffing issues at times on weekends but nothing major. I'm sure all these facilities go thru that

I have no other experience with any other facility. That being said they have been outstanding in caring for my mom.. I would highly recommend The Charleston Senior Community to other families based on the experience we have had.

All 5 stars for Trustwell Living at Terrebonne Place. The facility is very clean and the staff as well as the residents are very welcoming, which was a main reason we chose this facility over others. The staff is absolutely amazing.

Our experience with Trustwell Living at Mission Springs was great! Unfortunately our loved one is deceased now. [name removed] was absolutely phenomenal to work with. It has been nearly two years now, but everything there was good.

My mom passed away in [date removed]. We were very happy with Plum Creek. My mom was very fond of all the staff. Everyone was very kind and compassionate with her. She wasn't crazy about the food, but she was particular in that regard. They made my life so much easier and less stressful. I would absolutely recommend Plum Creek to anyone looking for assisted living care for a loved one. Very grateful for them.

The staff respond in a timely matter, reach out with any concerns, worked with my mother to determine the best way to care for my mom and listen when I have concerns. I have never had to reach out multiple times and the executive director sends me pictures and stories of how my mom is doing.

The time I have spent at Bell Gardens over the past few months being involved in the remodeling after the fire. I came to realize that a special group of people work there. They care about one another and the residents at their facility. I spoke to many different people during construction, all of which had great things to say about their experience at Bell Gardens and the level of extraordinary care they are receiving. This level of care starts at the top, with the steadfast leadership of the director on premises.
