Trustwell Living

Staff and care very good. Dad likes most of food but he has low appetite. Cleanliness very good. His apartment is spacious. This facility is very nice and get a lot for the reasonable cost.

I just visited a church member and I am thoroughly impressed with the feel of this communities environment. The staff members were chipper and smiling, the residents were active and happy and there was even a happy little doggy that greeted me at a residents room. I would definitely consider bringing a loved one to this community.

When we got an orientation before my wife moved in, I thought they were trying to make a good first impression. After my wife was settled in I realized, no the staff is consistently being that caring. A few staff are young and may lack experience so their efforts may be clunky but they sure do try. The place always looks like it was just cleaned. The food is good, service may be tardy, especially on weekends, but it is nutritious and portions are generous.

We have had a good overall experience at Trustwell. I would recommend it to others. The staff has been very helpful and courteous.

One of the great things about Settler's Place is the staff. Our loved one really enjoys getting and reading her mail and as her address has changed most of her mail is forwarded to her POA. He pays the bills and takes the rest of the mail to [name removed], the receptionist there. She put a couple of pieces in her mailbox each day so she gets mail almost every day. That really makes it her home.

My mom is so happy with her experience there. The location is awesome! She has a great view and they make it feel like home. You walk in the door and the staff knows you on a personal level. We are so happy with everything!

I think the staff has been great with my mom. They will check on her if she doesn't show up first activities, or if she didn't come down for breakfast. They genuinely seem to care, from the top director all the way down. If there is anything needing attending to- they're right on it. The studio she's in, is plenty big enough for her, she has her bed, nightstand, tv stand, reading chair with side table , and a small kitchen table with 2 comfortable chairs... and it was freshly updated before she got there. The food I hear ( from my mom ) is ok, hit or miss , but that could just be her. I feel it's a clean place, quiet with very friendly residents. I would highly recommend if anyone were to ask me.

The facility was very clean. When the paramedics were bringing my father back from a hospital visit. They remarked how nice it smelled and clean it looked. The receptionist always remembered me and got me a cup of coffee. I enjoyed going there.

Experience: the entire team has been supportive, patient and absolutely amazing with caring for my mom and addressing my concerns. I would recommend Trustwell Living at Russ Place to others.

The care team at Sinclair Place was wonderful with my mom. They're attentive, kind, and treat her like family, not just another resident. I have real peace of mind knowing she's well cared for. Highly recommend

Toured Sinclair Place recently and walked away impressed. The renovation is beautiful, everything feels fresh, clean, and boutique rather than institutional. New management clearly cares, staff were warm and attentive the whole visit. It has a real home like feel. Highly recommend checking it out.

5 on all. I was pleased with the whole process everyone was professional and understanding and helpful throughout the transition. I especially appreciated the time and compassion they showed to me while getting my Mom transitioned to her new forever home

My dad has been part of the Trustwell Family for the past 2 months. We have been very pleased with the staff and their kindness and care. He has a group of friends to play cards with and enjoys the activities offered as well. I stop by almost daily and am so happy to see that he is having fun. This was the best decision for us, and I would recommend Trustwell to anyone needing a place for their loved one.

Very capable and compassionate staff, clean facility. We would definitely recommend to others. Ridgeview Place is a great place, the are competent and compassionate, a little short staffed but not a problem

I’d give 5 stars for everything. The entertainment was really good and kept things fun, and the workers actually seemed to care about the residents, which made a big difference. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and it just felt like a really positive place overall.

The staff are very welcoming and truly care about our loved one. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

The staff at A Place for Mom did a great job connecting me with several options for my Dad. They gave me contacts and helped set up appointments. Trustwell Living has been a good fit for my Dad. He has found friends to play games with him. His room is the perfect size and staff have been helpful working with us.

Could have used a bigger refrigerator. Other than that. All was good. My mother in law was only there for 5 days. Overall very good option.
