The studio rooms were small. The 1 bedroom living room apartments were perfect size. Outdoor courtyard was a wonderful peaceful place. Staff was wonderful. Very welcoming, called all residents by their name. Spent time visiting with them. On site beauty salon was wonderful. Staff took residents to their appointments. I think the housekeeping staff could of done a better job inches king bathrooms on a daily basis. Meals were prepared by a chef, and there were always snacks and beverages available. Daily activities offered if residents wanted to participate. Special celebrations held for movie nights, birthdays. Weekly social hours. Over all I give Regency Pullman 4 out of 5 stars. Just because of the bathroom cleanliness. And I believe as my family member was leaving facility. Some new management was coming in and reviewing everything.

I am impressed by the professional attitude of the personnel at Regency. Very nice facility and I met some veryy nice residents.

The staff is great. The facility is clean. The caregivers are sweet. The food is fair. The room is great.

It was nice but didn't quite meet our needs. It looked like it was going to be the most expensive place we looked at.

Thankful to have moved my dad to Regency Woodland in Salem. They seem to have more caring and consistent staff and definitely help to keep my dad's apartment clean and keep a close eye on him.

My husband was there for respite care while I was on a trip. There bcc are only a few rooms available for respite. The other rooms are for more permanent residents. The respite units are furnished and include a refrigerator and microwave plus a kitchen counter and sink. The administrative staff were all very nice but sometimes when he needed something done in his room, it took awhile to get someone to help. They charge by the level of care needed for the client/resident

All of the care staff are very helpful and kind, I haven't met anyone that doesn't seem like they don't enjoy being there. The food is good most of the time, but sometimes it's not. They do have a nice a la carte menu though. If families are looking for a place where religious groups meet regularly, this is a great place. The activities director is super great, always a lot of activities going on. I wasn't sure how to answer the value for the money question. Admin has been changed since she's been there so this girl is new. The Food is good. There are not very many activities. The care is great, all the girls/guys are very nice. Sometimes goes weeks without housekeeping, seems like they have trouble keeping people. It's expensive, but it seems they all are

It was the only one available in Prineville. They have a lot of different activities for the residents.

This is a family member making a rating on what I observe and hear from my mother. I think overall things are pretty good. I don’t see that many activities out of the normal. The biggest complaint I hear is about is the food not being that great. Their activities, other than your every day, bingo or exercise class as minimal. They don’t even have a place for you to get a cup of coffee or tea unless it’s at lunch breakfast or dinner.

I love the people there! They really care. The only struggle my mom has has was the difficulty in adjusting. All the activities were helpful in bringing her out of her shell. She especially enjoys all the entertainment. Frequent musical performances. Etc.

Great sales staff, [name removed] is the sweetest and so accommodating. Front reception is friendly and helpful. Medical staff and it's leadership is ok, could be more compassionate and caring. It all starts with leading by example.. Place seems small and more closed in in comparison to [community removed] as far as sitting areas and activities (baking, gardening, gym, church service...) . My folks don't partake in the activities, so am not really able to compare so well. My folks say food is fine, but not fancy and no actual salad, fruit, bread, soup bar. No self service at all (understanding the COVID scare, I guess is the reason).

For the area it's the best choice. Feels like home for my mom. She loves it there. They could improve by adding more variety and more fresh fruits and vegetables. Less unhealthy carbs and more diabetic friendly options.

I would give them a 4+ they do an awesome job and so far Mom and I are both satisfied with her care. We have only had one snafu and they ran out of some of her medicine. But I also realize they just went through Covid in their facility. We are working on getting it back on track. I just want people to know that it's not all sunshine and roses. But I feel like everyone does their very best. Plus, I don't dread going there and that's important too. It's a very pleasant environment .The staff is genuine and knows your parents name, also very important.

I picked the place for a few different reasons. First, it was one of the few places that offered Medicaid support after two years. Of the three locations in the area that offer that type of program, It was the best overall choice considering the cost for the first two years, The condition of the facilities, friendliness of staff, and area or location.

I chose Fox Hollow for my loved one because the staff was very friendly, and the facility was very clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly. Some of them are a little new at the job and not as experienced. However, so many places has a hard time finding qualified people.

My mother is currently a resident at Regency Village at Redmond and overall things have been good for her at this facility. The move in process was okay, though some things were different than what we were originally told. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping is acceptable. Communication with the family is very good. The meals could be better. Overall, I would recommend Regency Village at Redmond to others.
