The staff members at Parsons House were very personable, caring and very eager to give us the help we needed. They always pointed us in the right direction. We thought the rooms were perfect size, and the bathrooms were nice and large. It had everything our loved one needed.

Wonderful, caring facility. My loved ones have thrived in the 4 years they have been at Parsons House. A real family environment.

My sister has lived at Parsons since June 2017. She first lived in The Gardens, memory care section. When I decided she could function and be happier in assisted living, the staff agreed, and supported her through the transition. This has been a great move for her, and her quality of life is much better. I could not think of a better place for her to live. Staff is very understanding and excellent at handling her when she is difficult. They have a nurse now who monitors her health and this has been another excellent support.

Staff is very caring and attentive. The facility is very clean and well kept. The food is very good and they ask for resident input. The activities are varied and often with many excursions. The grounds are beautiful and there is room to walk outside. The residents are safe and happy. Families are invited and encouraged to visit and help. The environment is like one big family. My mom has been very happy here. We love the staff.

I really appreciate how proactive the Parson's House has been during the COVID-19 pandemic. They have kept my mother safe and healthy. I am hoping she can begin to socialize with the other residents as it helps her state of mine. Kudos to the staff at the Parson's House.

I am very happy with the choice of Parson's House. Great staff, great location, and we couldn't find a better value. We chose this community because it is in north central Austin which is close to where I live and the the price better is then the other alternatives in this area. I would recommend this community to other families. We have no complaints about food.

The care staff at PHC is exceptional. I've spent some time volunteering here, and always leave knowing that there are still places that care. The leadership team is the cream of the crop and the Executive Director [name removed] has great interpersonal skills. Her unparalleled level of compassion shines through her motivated approach to caring for the residents. She's never too good to help in any capacity. I'm proud to know this collection of amazing people.

Loved this community! This community has such a home like feeling. The director and staff are awesome.The residents verbalized how pleased they are at Parsons. Everyone was so friendly. We were able to witness activities. Really good place.

I am very impressed with Parsons House. The residents were celebrating Halloween by voting on the best costume and everyone seemed very happy. The staff is wonderful and very helpful.

PH has been home to my husband for over 2 years. We feel as at home and welcome here as we did on day one. The management addresses any concern in a timely and efficient manner. The entire staff is gracious, helpful and kind. The caregivers work hard to attend to my husband’s needs in a loving and caring way. The chef prepares delicious meals which are served with a smile and a kind word. We love our PH Staff and all of our PH Family of Friends. PH is our “Home, Sweet Home.”

my daughter and I visited Parsons House yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. [name removed] gave us a lot of information abou5 Parsons House and answered all our questions. Then the tour. We saw a couple apartments, and all the common areas while we were there. We did not have time to sample the food during this visit but when my wife can visit, we will try the Chef’s creations. We do have a copy of the menu. We have just started looking and this is early in our search, but Parsons House will be hi*h on our list.

This facility was vey welcoming. It was clean. Staff and residents were out and about. We were truly impressed with the attention to the residents they were given by all of the staff members.

Papa is moving in! He asked pertinent questions, toured the facility and approved. Parsons House can provide 6 levels of care and will be flexible when it needs to change.He can choose what he eats. The studio is perfect for a person with a fall risk. The carpeting is good for wheelchairs and absorbs noise. People were out at 1:30pm, which is typically a nap time. I like that it is independent and assisted livng right next to one another.

Mom has been a resident at Parsons House for one year. Everyone at Parsons House has been professional, welcoming, understanding, helpful, accommodating, and patient. Mom's caregivers are wonderful, treating Mom very considerately, even in the most difficult situations. The food is good and the kitchen and dining staff are very accommodating, special needs and special requests are seen to promptly . The medical staff does a great job of staying on top of medications and caring for occasional special needs. Even though Parsons House is small, compared to many other assisted living facilities in the area, there are plenty of activities and families are encouraged to participate. The residents' rooms, communal areas, and grounds are always well maintained. Mom’s great grandchildren love the chickens and the fresh eggs are available for purchase! Compared to other assisted living facilities in which Mom has spent time, Parsons House has been our favorite.

I cannot say enough good things about The Parsons House. We looked at several assisted living facilities in Dallas and ultimately decided on Parsons House after a patient told my husband that his mother recieved the best care there. Much to our delight, it has been the perfect fit of caring, professionalism and coziness. In addition to having an excellent staff/resident ratio, it is a privately owned facility and the owners are there daily. Although my mom does not currently own a pet, it is also pet friendly and the owner's dog is the resident mascot. Ultimately, I have found that Parsons House has created a family like setting for all residents and their families with affordable care in a very clean, comforting environment.

Words cannot describe what a wonderful experience we had when Mom lived in the Parsons House Preston Hollow memory care facility. The loving care of the staff and nurses at The Gardens Memory Care gave us comfort and confidence at all times. Mom had a negative experience at a different facility, but once she moved to Parsons House, she was home. The chef only prepares fresh, wholesome food and the staff always called with any concern and were always kind and caring. PHPH was the place closest to being at home that my mother could have possibly had. The number of rooms is limited and the number of residents to care staff is low. Parsons House saved Mom and Dad's relationship and made her sunset years as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend Parsons House Preston Hollow, especially their Memory Care facility. We toured this community for the care from my father. We liked the staff who were nice and able to answer the questions on the care that is available. We were happy with the menu and the list of activities that are available. We would suggest that families tour this community. We wanted a location closer to home.
