People and staff are friendly and helpful the place is very clean .resadent are friendly. A lot of fun accive . a good place for a family member. No need to leave you can get your hair done med come right your door or medaid

I've lived at Parsons House for 8 years and have had a good family experience. It has a lower population and is more one on one.. There are activities from games, restaurants and shopping to participate in and friendly staff.

Parsons House Cypress is a very family friendly community with great staff and residents. The Activities that I see on their Facebook page always makes me happy to have referred friends there! It is a community that I think everyone needs to experience. Everyone is so pleasant and they always have some form of entertainment and/or crafts in the community.

The staff at Parsons House are wonderful. They bend over backwards to make sure that your loved one is well taken care of and feels like a part of the community. It's just a wonderful place. The management and employees who work there go above and beyond. The food has a great variety, and if you have special requests, they make sure to accommodate those. If you don't show up for a meal, they come and ask if you need anything. It's just a top notch, great place that I cannot say enough good things about.

Chef [name removed] truly is the best chef the food is not only fresh and innovative but he really takes the time to hear the residents. No matter what he always takes what they want into consideration weather its making Flan or amorosa salad he loves to see the smiles on their faces. The food is absolutely delicious and he prides his self on putting the food out in front of you hot and garnished.

We picked this facility because, it was smaller community, they offered more one on one care, and it was close to home. They are a little short staffed on the weekends, and sometimes with the nursing staff. They are attentive from management, on down to other staff.

What really stood out to us right away with Parson's House was the friendliness of the staff, they are so nice and always upbeat. Our loved one says for the most part the meals are really good but occasionally there might be a not so good meal. We think the activities are really good - they have live entertainment pretty frequently, exercise classes and a bunch of other things. Our loved one is really happy with the activities. Based on our experience so far we would recommend Parsons House to other families.

Parsons House is great. Mom is doing well. They stay in great communication with me. The facility is always very clean, although sometimes there's a slight hint of odors. The staff is friendly and attentive to my mother's needs. The administrative staff is always willing to listen. For activities, they have something going on every day. And they're a lot more affordable than other places I looked at.

They treat the residents with respect and are very caring. My loved one enjoys the activities. They keep her busy with bingo, their walking club, memory games, coordination games like balloon volleyball and tea parties just to name a few. They have holiday parties for the residents as well.

This was a pretty good tour at this community. They gave me a lot of information and was able to answer all of my questions.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked this community but they only had a shored room available. The facility is beautiful and everyone seems super nice.

This was a really good community but my loved one was too far gone by the time I made my decision it was too big. Very nice and I really liked it.

We were pleasantly surprised that there was pretty much no adjustment period. Mom went right in there, and in those first two weeks, they really pay a lot of attention to the residents and make sure they get settled in. They sat her at a table with a group of people they felt she would fit in with. We couldn't be happier. She doesn't talk about dying anymore. She's made friends, and she's always telling me "I have to go eat and meet up with my friends." We're very pleased.

My mother has been living at Parsons 3 months. I have only the very highest regard for the staff. My mom is always in good spirits . She is made to feel very much at home. Good nutritious meals are home cooked by the staff. With each residents persona diet in mind, We already see the changes in my mother.
