[name removed] the sales manager was so wonderful and took care of my mom finding her just the right studio. She loves the art classes, live Hawaiian music and dancing. She feels welcome there and loves how they serve her during each meal. The food she likes as well.

We are very satisfied with the apartment. We would recommend the community to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

The staff is very friendly and often helping out with multiple jobs. Our studio apartment is spacious and certainly large enough for both of us. I don't want anything larger to have to take care of. The multiple activities offered keep me as busy as I want to be. It has been the right choice for us

5 on everything. Our dad loves it. The best part are the people who work there. They genuinely care about all the residents. The apartment size and storage in the apartment is far superior to anything else we saw.

Warmly welcomed upon arrival. The facility was clean and nicely decorated. All of the staff members we came in contact with were friendly. Lots of areas for different types of gathering. The grounds were well maintained and clean.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Helped us through everything when we moved in very accommodating. Activities are very enjoyable. The facility is extremely clean and the room and apartment sizes are very spacious.

We had a fantastic visit last Friday. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The tour of the facilities was thorough, and we learned a lot about the new techniques being implemented. Overall, it was a very productive and enjoyable day.

Staff is wonderful. [name removed] is the best. Room/apt. sizes are very large and clean. Food smells and looks good. They have quite a lot of activities from what I have seen.

[name removed] and [name removed] are outstanding. They are my second and third pair of eyes when I am out of town due to travel. They keep me updated on my mom's activity level as well as keep an eye on the food she is eating. ( She is diabetic and if you don't watch her closely, she will eats sweets)

I recently visited this home and was given a tour by The director, [name removed]. I cannot tell you how pleasantly surprised I was at the living conditions and the love and care that the staff shows their residents. [name removed] showed us the facility which includes a large dining room, recreations areas and seating areas where family can visit; a demo of their one bedroom apartment that had a nice living room area and a kitchen (very cozy), a gym and a pool. I could feel the pride she takes in the facility and as we walked along she knew everyone by their first name and the residents reciprocated and struck up such friendly and funny conversations! She showed us where the artwork made by the seniors were displayed and the area where they bring in outside entertainment for the seniors to enjoy. My dad has been staying there and I live 2000 miles away and wanted to surprise him, hence why I toured the facility. I would highly recommend this home! I don't think it would disappoint! 5 stars. They listened to the needs of my mom and helped her get the perfect apartment. The apartment was freshly painted, clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. The housekeeper even came to welcome my mom and introduced herself and let us know when the next cleaning day would be.

I’ve lived there over a yr and a half and i’m so glad I came here. The Staff stands out the most I love them all. i recently moved my Granddaughter needed help for a month and i will be going to a place closer to my Daughter after this. The foods Great [name removed] and [name removed] they are Wonderful Friends to me now The housekeepers are so nice to you their to they work hard doing housekeeping and serving meals. Dishwashers work hard to they Are Great workers for everyone. [name removed] Amazing activity Director she works so many jobs their many. [name removed] is so kind to residents and staff helping wherever she can , so easy to talk to stands out most. [name removed] works hard our tv helper when we have issues she means a lot to me too. [name removed] works hard does alot for residents too, she’s also driving our bus here at this time. Residents are nice their i’ve made many friends being ambassador their i enjoyed meeting new residents. [name removed] maintenance is a sweetheart he don’t stop when he clocks in. [name removed] Amazing too.

Lively and very lovely community. The space and facilities are very clean, there is lots of activity and action happening which was great, and the staff seems very friendly. They have a good range of pricing options for their apartments and they gave us cookies from their chef which were delicious!

Our tour at Columbia Pines was so nice. Our tour guide was a felt of information. She answered all our questions. You could tell she knows her job inside and out! The facility and has been updated. The dining area was great, common areas, gathering spaces were clean and well kept. The residence there seemed happy and welcoming. The rooms were a little dated but clean and very functional. The outside was under construction/new roof. so again the facility was being repaired and updated. It was a relief to feel so good about our first ever tour.

My husband and I were very impressed with the facility. The apartment was more spacious than I thought it would be. There was even a small outdoor space. We were invited to stay for lunch which was delicious. My husband, daughter and I all had something different from the menu. We were very impressed.

Overall, very positive impression of Churchill Manor. The space is open and inviting. The one bedroom suite we viewed had a spacious bedroom and more storage space than expected. The building had a clean smell without any disinfectant odour. [name removed] was friendly and provided a comprehensive tour plus a package of information to take home.

The administrative staff were wonderful. A little pricy on having someone come in daily just to help mom dress and walk the dog twice a day but the ladies with on site Bluegrass Care are wonderful. One bedroom apt roomy. Would of appreciated a bigger fridge. Very small. The only detrimental is the food! Bad!

Overall, I've had a good experience living here. I have a one-bedroom apartment that is perfect for me, and I've recently met the new director, who made a positive first impression. The staff members [Names Removed] are both awesome. They are kind, helpful, and always willing to assist when needed. There are a few areas that could be improved. The bathrooms need a more thorough cleaning, especially underneath and in areas that aren't immediately visible. The food is okay, but I would like to see more variety on the menu. I don't care for fish or turkey, so having more options would make meals more enjoyable. Overall, this is a nice place to live, and I appreciate the caring staff. With a little more attention to housekeeping and more meal choices, it would be an even better experience.

Choosing Blue Water Lodge Senior Living Community for my loved one was one of the best decisions our family has made. From the very beginning, the staff have been welcoming, compassionate, and genuinely caring. They treat every resident with kindness and respect, which gives us great peace of mind. The community is always clean, comfortable, and has a warm, friendly atmosphere. There are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged, and it's wonderful to see my family member happy and enjoying their days. Communication with the staff has also been excellent—they are always approachable and willing to answer any questions. We are so grateful for the care and support our loved one receives every day. I highly recommend Blue Water Lodge to any family looking for a caring and trustworthy senior living community.

1. 5 - I love the place very much as nice facilities with wide hallways, very quiet with good persons. 2. 5 - every week cleaning for the whole room! 3. 5 - very nice people, easy to make nice friends! 4. Since I am an independent senior living, so we mostly done by ourselves, 5. 5 - staffs there is very professional and nice ! 6. 5 - I love the food as I love to eat everything and for their cover 3 meals a day with so many choices are perfect! And in this case, no me to have any groceries shopping! 7. Activitiese- 4 - they have so many difficient activities can be choices with different times. Residents can be at different rooms to learn whatever they like! 8. I have very nice rate to go in as that was the time they have promotion. The thing is monthly rent will be increased every year or every few months which will be out of my budget, that's why I decided to leave the place as a retired person, only depend on social society with certain amount !
