My husband and I were very impressed with the facility. The apartment was more spacious than I thought it would be. There was even a small outdoor space. We were invited to stay for lunch which was delicious. My husband, daughter and I all had something different from the menu. We were very impressed.

Overall, very positive impression of Churchill Manor. The space is open and inviting. The one bedroom suite we viewed had a spacious bedroom and more storage space than expected. The building had a clean smell without any disinfectant odour. [name removed] was friendly and provided a comprehensive tour plus a package of information to take home.

The administrative staff were wonderful. A little pricy on having someone come in daily just to help mom dress and walk the dog twice a day but the ladies with on site Bluegrass Care are wonderful. One bedroom apt roomy. Would of appreciated a bigger fridge. Very small. The only detrimental is the food! Bad!

Choosing Blue Water Lodge Senior Living Community for my loved one was one of the best decisions our family has made. From the very beginning, the staff have been welcoming, compassionate, and genuinely caring. They treat every resident with kindness and respect, which gives us great peace of mind. The community is always clean, comfortable, and has a warm, friendly atmosphere. There are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged, and it's wonderful to see my family member happy and enjoying their days. Communication with the staff has also been excellent—they are always approachable and willing to answer any questions. We are so grateful for the care and support our loved one receives every day. I highly recommend Blue Water Lodge to any family looking for a caring and trustworthy senior living community.

1. 5 - I love the place very much as nice facilities with wide hallways, very quiet with good persons. 2. 5 - every week cleaning for the whole room! 3. 5 - very nice people, easy to make nice friends! 4. Since I am an independent senior living, so we mostly done by ourselves, 5. 5 - staffs there is very professional and nice ! 6. 5 - I love the food as I love to eat everything and for their cover 3 meals a day with so many choices are perfect! And in this case, no me to have any groceries shopping! 7. Activitiese- 4 - they have so many difficient activities can be choices with different times. Residents can be at different rooms to learn whatever they like! 8. I have very nice rate to go in as that was the time they have promotion. The thing is monthly rent will be increased every year or every few months which will be out of my budget, that's why I decided to leave the place as a retired person, only depend on social society with certain amount !

[name removed] was great I really enjoyed touring your facility. How ever I worry about dementia. While i am currently in good health. I really don't want to have to shop again, and while I know you have third-party psw. I feel they are usually short staffed.

5 except for there's no one to get a hold of after hours if I'm worried about my dad I drive there but maybe that's the way it is because it's independent living. The food is good. [name removed] likes the food. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Staff comes in and tidy up

[name removed] was outstanding! She definitely knows her industry. She had so many recommendations, things 2 look for when touring facilities & what questions to ask. I dont believe this facility would be the best fit for me but sincerely appreciated the time I spent with [name removed].

I am moving into canyon meadows residence at the end of the month. I found this place meets your requirements and budget. It is clean and attractive place. It has friendly staff and serves nice meals.

Professional staff on all levels. We made plans for my dad to move in on [date removed] [name removed] was wonderful. She walked us through the process, helped us with the paperwork and gave us a tour of the grounds and my dad’s future room. He even had lunch during the visit!!I am looking forward to my dad moving in. Since I am in New York I feel comfortable that he is in great hands

I was very pleased with my experience at Illahee Hills and will be moving there in August. Staff were friendly and didn't hesitate to answer questions. The apartments are very nice, a good size, and clean. Food was excellent and everyone I met seemed very pleasant. It had a happy feeling about it.

They have good help, good food and good service. I would recommend the community to others who are searching for senior living.

Everyone has been extremely helpful. The only issue (and it's not a huge one) is that my friend ( the person who moved there) is a vegetarian. Location is wonderful. Near doctors, restaurants, grocery stores. Apartment size is perfect for her. There are a lot of activities there and that is lovely. Residents are all welcoming and kind.

Overall it's a really good place. My stepfather is very happy there and has everything he needs. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I can't really speak on the activities as he doesn't attend any (by choice). The food is good and meets all dietary needs. The facility is very clean and well maintained. He has a studio apartment and it is the perfect size for him.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff are friendly, the people are nice and the facility is overall clean. They have a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. Yes, I would recommend the community to others.

My dad and I rate Warburton at 5 across all of the categories in your list. It has been a remarkable experience altogether and made Dad's acclimation very much easier for him. Yes, we would recommend Holiday Warburton Place to other families without hesitation. Thank you.

Sometimes the admins are a little disorganized but overall it is so much better than I expected. Some of the other residents say the food is too salty but my mom likes it, and family members can have meals in the dining room for $[removed] per person (it is added to the rent, not paid at the time of the meal) so my son has dinner with Nana every Tuesday and he thinks the food is great:) There are activities every day, which my mom always participates in and enjoys. And the bus takes the residents places quite often. My mom always goes even if she doesn't need anything, just to go on an outing. Yesterday they went to Target and today Walmart. They take her to her doctor appointments for no extra charge if the appointment is in Durham and is in the morning. And once a month the bus takes them out to eat lunch somewhere. Last month it was at the Durham Bulls stadium and my mom was so excited to be there! She really enjoys the dance that the residents have every Friday after dinner, even if not too many people go. And there is live music every week, my mom likes that too. She has already made several good friends. She was so lonely and bored when she was living alone so this is definitely an improvement for her. She also does physical therapy, occupational therapy, and memory therapy with a speech therapist, once or twice a week for each of them. They are right there in the building and come to her door to get her for her appointment if she doesn't remember the appointment. Her Medicare completely covers it so it costs her nothing! I can't believe we found this gem of a place. Her rent is $[removed] a month, which includes my son's meals every Tuesday. I think that is pretty amazing given everything it includes! And my mom being happy there is priceless:)

Very happy with the place. The staff are marvelous, always helpful. Apartment size is quite adequate. Not quite the same as a house but better than many apartments. Food is adequate. Portions. Still miss Home cooking broke down and did it the other night. I hope this gives you enough information. I would definitely recommend this place. You can call me if you need anything else. The meals and dining, activities and value for cost would get a 4-5. My Dad is getting used to living there & now has a social life. The Staff have been amazing & he loves the food. We ate there 2x & it was fine. Based on the experience so far, we would recommend Holiday Rock Creek to others.
