Our family had an in person tour experience and it is a very nice community, and the tour was very good. It was the most expensive community out of the ones we looked out, but everyone we visited with was super.

The community is very nice but the food could be better and have more variety. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they keep the community neat and tidy I would recommend this community based on my experience.

During our loved one stays at Harmony the staff members were very friendly and super nice. They were very attentive and accommodating to our loved one, they were all wonderful.

The community is great! They are great at caring for my loved one. They have been good at helping us out going from the hospital to the memory care area of the community. The staff are good to work with.

I chose Harmony at Mt. Juliet over others I saw because everything was included for once price so I felt it was the best value. The apartment sizes here are really good. I do think that they could improve on the food, they need to have more variety and it could be served warmer.

Great facilities and room designs. The furniture and storage spaces in the room were outstanding. All staff were great and patrons busy with activities. Great dining room and excellent menus with highly nutritious choices. The one item that stood above the rest was the pub room yes a pub room for both spirits and more tame beverages.

Absolutely impressed with everything! [name removed]was very personable, professional, and extremely understanding of my family and mother’s situation. Facility was clean and organized. Staff was friendly and courteous. Overall very positive experience!

I would tell folks that this is a great community and i would recommend this community to others based on my experience. I think this community would be a great place to live.

My only issue was that you had to purchase furniture that went into the room. Other than that the community was really good and I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

*Update* We toured this facility along with 3 others on the list. Harmony was a real stand-out! The facility is clean and spacious. We like that the level of care provided can transition from independent to more in-depth nursing care. During the tour, several residents stopped to tell us how much they love Harmony and [name removed], the director. She knew each resident we spoke to by their first name, gave hugs, and was engaging with them. Harmony seems to be the best fit for our parents. So far the front-runner in our search. [name removed] was really nice, lots of information. Seems as though this place has everything we are looking for. Scheduling a tour asap.

I would like to see them improve their responsiveness. The management has a bit of a problem communicating well with the families. But their memory care is outstanding. The lady who runs it is very well qualified and very responsive to family requests. And the residents there seem to be very happy. Their activities are great on the memory care side as well. They have a lot of options and keep the residents busy.

Great place. New, nice facilities, really flexible even if mom needs support while in independent living.

This is the best I have found. It is clean and friendly. The residents were having fun and laughing during my visit. I was impressed during my tour. The food appears to look like more of cafeteria style meals; however, I have not tasted it.
