The staff members get 10 stars, so they are so incredibly friendly and amazing. Our loved one doesn't take advantage of the dining service but the meals are wonderful and they have a lot of activities to offer for the residents.

My mom was at Randall for a short time before her passing. Everyone there from onboarding to the caregivers were excellent! They are kind and communicate very well with the family. Their care and love for my mom was evident in how she was treated. I would recommend Randall Residence to anyone looking for quality care of an ageing family member.

We've been very happy with them. The setting is really nice. There are a limited number of patients, so it's not overly large or overwhelming. I really like the layout of the rooms. It's very homey for my mother. It's like she has her own little apartment, and it's exactly as big as she needs it to be - not too big, not too small. The room is split into two with a partial wall between the sleeping area and the living area. It's really cute and easy to decorate to feel like home. And the staff have been very friendly and supportive.

Kenosha Place has been a perfect match for my dad. The staff is patient and kind and meets his needs. At mealtimes, he sits with "the guys" and eats and socializes. Dad is encouraged to participate in the daily activities, but he chooses to remain in his room to watch tv. During my weekly visits, I observe the staff actively involved with the residents doing a variety off activities. All of my questions and concerns have been immediately addressed. I also feel quite welcomed by the staff when I visit. Dad repeatedly says he likes his new home.

I was so impressed with how the staff handled things during the Covid process. My mom ended up going into hospice. We were so grateful that she was able to stay here and pass away in her home. We loved her being here.

We chose Randall Residence because it was suggested to me by someone who had their loved one in there and they had a good experience. It also met all of his needs and has continued to so. The staff are very friendly and helpful and never make you feel like you are in the way. They are so easy to work with. I would recommend to others looking.
