The staff was wonderful, they treated my mom with respect and dignity. They offered suggestions to our family on ways to help keep mom safe, while still giving her a sense of independence. The facility was clean and individual messes were cleaned up in a timely manner. The apartment is set up in a "straight back" layout. Which allowed staff to check in without invading my moms privacy. From the door, staff was able to see all of the apartment. It was a perfect size apartment to meet my mom's needs without being overwhelming. The staff welcomed cameras in her apartment, that allowed the family to check in at anytime. My only complaint would be the food. Some of the food was not always proper for an older person struggling with hand coordination. Staff was stretched too thin during meals to accommodate personal needs. Such as cutting up food, opening coffee creamers etc.

My parents really like being at this place and the staff is wonderful. They like how big they apartment is and the location. It's only five minutes away from my home so I get to see them all the time.

The staff is very caring and friendly. They understand her individual needs and have tried to tailor her day to day to fit her needs. The building is kept very clean and well kept. Overall she is very happy.

We're very happy with his care there. It's expensive, but idk that it's more expensive than other memory care facilities. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to others.

I moved into Encore/North Branch 3 years ago. For me, it was like coming home. I loved the rural setting, the staff made you feel welcomed. This is my home, we are a family with different backgrounds but still a family. We care for each other and we look out for each other. I do not take kindly to someone saying negative things about my home or the staff. Our staff is dressed appropriately and always considerate of the residents. We have a menu board that we choose from, they even have a alternate menu for those who prefer something else. We have activities for residents to participate in, special music to enjoy and social events to share.

The staff was always kind to my mother and helped her when she needed it. It's a tough job, but I thought they did a good one. They always listen to my concerns and would either adjust something or explain why a situation was what it was. I don't have specifics, but I checked in most days to see how things were going. I thought the food was good, although some could get picky. Only suggestion is that the food sometimes is so hard for the people with teeth problems to eat... like rolls and certain meat. I think we made a good choice in moving mom there. She got a lot of attention.

Everyone we have interacted with have been very kind and helpful. The building is clean and they have good food. She never complains about the food. They provide a lot of activities however we have not convinced her to partake in many. She likes staying in her room.

The staff are friendly and professional. The nursing staff is competent and well-organized. The care frequency is wonderful and the caregivers really try their best to engage the residents. The food is well-prepared and tasty according to my mom. The facility is clean without feeling sterile or institutional. It's a very homey place. The space of my mom's apartment is ideal for her capabilities. The outdoor courtyard enables my mom to get fresh air whenever she likes. My mom's health has improved during the last 8 weeks in residence. My only wish is that my mom understood how much better/easier her life is at the Courtyard. I understand that it's difficult to leave her home after a lifetime of caring for it, but the Courtyard provides for the care she needs now.

The Courtyard at Centerville is amazing! My parents are in an independent villa and love it. It has tons of space, a huge garage, and great neighbors. The staff is always quick to respond to requests and there are a ton of amenities and social options available right there in the main building. It could not have worked out better!

They care for your loved one like they are family. They are wonderful people and the facility is bright open and clean. Great food!!

I like the small size. Staff definitely know the residents. Rooms are nice. Staff is welcoming. Size of facility is good. They care about their residents as people.

My mom is so comfortable here and says often that the people here are so kind. I bring here to my home for Sunday lunch each week and she enjoys it but she is always ready to go "home".

It's a very nice place. Very happy we have [name removed] there. They do a lot of activities and they are all very sweet. He is actually at a rehab place that we almost placed him in and we are so happy we picked courtyard. The rehab place is Regency. He fell and broke his hip

Excellent staff, very knowledgeable, this place is fabulous with a staff that cares so much!!! They have been so Excellent for my dad, it doesn't get any better!! Perfect!!!!! The rooms are beautiful.

There is always a nurse or a person that works there that is working with and or helping the people that live there.

What we like the most about the Courtyard at Troy is that the staff are very kind and attentive to the residents and the community is always clean.

The food is excellent, the rooms are good size and furnished. Nurses are awesome and they have plenty of staff 24/7 to assist the residents. I do not have any complaints. The price depends on the room size, but is comparable and even a little cheaper to some of the places we looked at.

What we like the most about the community is that it is a self enclosed community, stand alone building bright wide hallways, places to gather, light in all rooms from the courtyard. And a closed hallway in a rectangle that surrounds the courtyard. Perfect for residents who want to walk/ wander without having to be continually redirected.

I would positively recommend it. Location, staff friendly and very helpful, nurses well trained

We love the placed. We're surrounded by trees we see all kind of animals , deer,cranes,and others. Here we have occasional entertainment. And many other activities. And the people here staff and those the are living here are all nice. What more could a person want.
