Brookdale

The[Names Removed] went far above to help my friend when he returned from the hospital. Their attention to small details gave our family confidence that he will be taken care of while he gains his strength. The atmosphere here is always friendly and inviting. We’re so happy that our friend is so happy here. The food is just ok some attention could be to adding a little more favors.

My friend [Name Removed] has lived at Brookdale Everett for some time now. She feels at home and has many close bonds. She often mentions that the food is really good. They have live music, movies, bingo and they keep the facility well maintained. She really feels comfortable with Ivy and Fato on her care team Tricia is very kind and helpful.

I love the people that work here everyone is so kind and caring and willing to help. The food is amazing and enjoy eatting with my friends. I love the location. I can look out my window and see the birds and animals outside.

Things have been very good here. people are so nice. Wonderful place to walk. Love the pind next door to walk. I can jump in my car and drive anywhere. Everything is near by. The location is great. I am happy with brookdale.

I had a very nice tour and all my questions were very thoroughly answered. I was able to meet with several care providers and other staff members. The small memory care unit had a very nice layout and the rooms were laid out well. The common areas were also well appointed and there was access to the outdoor living space.

Excellent staff. Maintenance above and beyond with helpful service. Housekeeping staff the same, always with a smile. Dining services terrific. Love the transportation staff. So accommodating. And of course the director [Name Removed] . Everything one would want in a leader but especially kind!

I am writing to share how much I enjoyed my recent visit to your facility. I was very impressed with your personal residents program, and I found the environment to be wonderful. I also wanted to specifically mention that Our host was incredibly hospitable during my time there. She answered every question that I had and she took it a step farther by presenting me with a cute little thank you gift for visiting. I hope my Dad gives your location a try. Extremely helpful when my mother in law has any question. Actually I didn't know my brother in law was considering it. My husband's family was especially impressed by space in kitchen.

Very pleasant and informative. Sales person did a good job taking us on a tour of the facility and explaining the available options. We observed several residents engaged in a group game. Lunch had just been serviced and the atmosphere seemed very friendly. The facility overall was clean and orderly. While we are not seeking the services available at this time, I feel we have a general understanding of how the facility is operated, including financial, medical, staffing, and the tiered services available. If/when we are in need of something for my dad’s continued care, we will certainly and seriously consider Brookdale. Thanks to [Name removed] and others we met that day for everything.

Residents were happy, talkative, and most importantly I watched the way staff interacted with them. I saw a genuine, caring group doing their job the way I would want to be treated if I was there. The lady who I talked with was honest. You can just tell when you are talking with someone who cares. My opinion, I will have no reservations recommending this facility to my parents.

While my mother ended up needing more care than an assisted living situation can provide, I would have loved to have her in this memory care facility! It was clean, homey, and the caregivers seemed kind and engaged. It is obvious they are geared toward helping those experiencing dementia have both safety and a sweet quality of life.

Brookdale Midwestern of Wichita Falls is phenomenal. My mom has been there for a year and overall has been a pleasant experience. The staff, the cooks, everything has been awesome. We truly are excited with the experience we have had. The director [Name Removed] is a god sent. Her compassion for the residents is a gd sent. The whole staff is a pleasure.

Great facility and great staff! The facilities were nice and very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I was late to what I thought was the time for the appointment and showed up on the wrong day. The director very graciously showed me around Brookdale and answered all my questions fully anyway. I chose not to move my mom from Battle Creek to Ann Arbor because her condition is worsening and I'm afraid a move with just exacerbate that. I was impressed by Brookdale and would recommend it to anyone. There were a lot of activities listed, the menu looked wide and varied, rooms were a good size and the staff was very friendly. The only con I had was that care is a la carte and can run up to $[Amount Removed] a month. I know that's what my mom would require since she's so helpless. But that was about the worst I could find. Everything else I would recommend..

Very friendly and appears to be very well organized. Good variety of meals, activities and medical services. I was very impressed!

This facility was very clean and welcoming. [Name Removed] was a fountain of knowledge and extremely helpful. My loved one decided to go to a group home environment instead of a facility. Otherwise, Brookdale was an easy choice to make.

Place nice, people nice and easy to work with

The staff are great and truly care about their clients. They encourage family participation in all of their events, and are great about keeping us updated if my dad has any type of issue arise. The activities got a 4 because they could be a little more diversified.

The people / staff personnel that I encountered were all very nice and friendly and professional. I really liked the overall feeling of home in the decor and the layout of the building. It was easy to see myself visiting my parent there. Unfortunately I was not able to get my father in there due to the level of care he needs being too complex for their level of service.

Awesome place. Very friendly staff. Lots of activities for residents. Will definitely consider in the future if needed. The only reason we aren't bringing my mother now is an opening became available closer to family.
