Brookdale

I have been a resident for several years. I love the breakfast, it's my favorite meal. I also enjoy the live music and entertainment. The dance groups and singers are the highlight. I made some great friends and the staff are very kind

[name removed] took her time to listen to me talk about my mother and understood that this is an idea for our mom, since we do not know if sge is going to get better. She offered her help if we need to understand the process thru all of this. Compassionate was there and I appreciate it.

Staff was very helpful and informative. Addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions with care.

Brookdale has been absolutely fabulous for my dad! The care is exceptional and the staff helps everyone feel at home. I highly recommend Brookdale for your loved one or for any seniors that require assisted living.

It was clean and nice facilities. People were nice and we're very informative, answered all our questions. It is well maintained and alot of activities for the residents.

Nice facility with good size 1 bedroom apartments. The staff seemed genuinely engaged with residents. The common areas were welcoming and inviting. The location is right in the heart of Federal Way with easy access to lots of doctors and hospitals, shopping and more. The place isn’t out of date yet, but they should be scheduling a refresh of paint and decor in the next couple of years to keep the facility feeling fresh.

Really loved this facility but unfortunately they did not have rooms available at the time they did offer a West Hartford location. But that was too far away.

I have MS; my husband suffers from depression and diabetes. After falling twice, we knew we had to move somewhere safer where I didn't need to cook, clean etc. Brookdale AJ was out solution! We felt comfortable immediately and soon had many friends. The food is excellent, very healthy and flavorful. Mealtimes are an excellent time for socialization. Best of all, my husbands depression has improved and he's become like a Brookdale ambassador.

15 years ago in Roswell GA I needed help locating a senior community. I contacted a place for mom adn was introduced to 10 different communities. Brookdale Chambrel Roswell stood out as a desirable location. My wife and I were there for 14 years. When I moved to Arizona I looked only at Brookdale commuinities. I was please to learn that A Place for Mom includes Brookdale Apache Station on their recommended list.

I am happy to be here for the past 2 and half years. I have No fears, I feel safe. I have help when I need it and they know my name. I just recently became a resident ambassador. It gives me a sense of purpose and I like to help any new residents that come to live with us.

5 on all except activities. I wish they encouraged physical movement more. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are a couple of med techs who are very thoughtful and caring. The facility is clean and comfortable.

My family is looking for respite care. The facility offers but with a 1 month minimum. This was too costly a commitment for our needs. The place is lovely.

Brookdale was great. My father in law passed away last October. The team took very good care of him until the end.

I have lived at Brookdale Everett for four years and am so happy to be here! I have made so many new dear friends that are now like family. We enjoy many group activities Such as watching football or baseball. Trivia is also popular. I relearned how to watercolor paint and am getting better. We really liked this facility! Everyone (staff and residents) was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We love the location and the swimming pool. To be fully transparent we’ve chosen another facility because there are presently no apartments available, meal options are a little more limited and the condition of laundry areas.

I would rate them 5 for everything. So far we have been very pleased with the facilities. The staff is very helpful. The residents seem very happy.

Everyone I spoke to were very kind and helpful. I don't have much to say again as she was not there for very long.

Brookdale is a very nice place. It has friendly people working there. The rooms are nice and are large enough for someone to stay in comfortably. We are considering Brookdale for my father-in-law. We still have a couple more places to look at, but Brookdale is one we are considering so far.

Everyone here is so friendly. Our Executive Director is top notch. A nurse herself previously and her willingness to help the residents is touching, an open door policy, which is completely different from the three prior Executive Directors, in the over six years I have been here. The rest of the staff is great, too. Some have been here over twenty years. I was very ill when I came here six years ago. After six months, I was like a new person. Even though I could live independently then, I wanted to stay here. That says a lot for this place.

I have lived in this community for four years and love the staff and residents. Many now feel like family to me. I was recently in the hospital and a get well sign was made and signed by friends. Made me feel loved and missed. So Come join us! Lots of fun activities and we gather to watch football and baseball, cheering from the living room. More fun than watching alone!
