Brookdale

I have lived here for 2 years and I am very happy with this facility. The food is wonderful and I have made many friends between the residents and the nurses. If I need anything at all they are here to help me.

I would recommend Brookdale Melbourne to others. The staff was all very friendly, very nice and responsive. The food is good, but the impressive part is that if you don't eat what is being served they will make you something else. My situation doesn't require a lot of communication from the staff, my family member is pretty independent but I would imagine they are great about keeping families informed. Housekeeping and laundry services are great. The facility is wonderful and the staff is fabulous.

My mom has done so well here. She was hospitalized last year around this time and she has regained so much strength and confidence. The staff is exceptional and truly goes above and beyond. I would recommend.

Staff including aids, nurses, servers, and cleaning crew are great! Wonderful experience!

I continue to remain pleased with the care she receives here. She has told me on many occasions how well the care givers treat her and how safe she feels.

Since our first day at Brookdale Southpointe, we have felt cared for and supported. My aunt is the resident but as her primary caregiver, I need as much assistance as she does! We are glad we found such a nice place.

Our mom has not been at Rosedale long but our experience so far is very good. We appreciate all the activities they plan for residents, it’s like being a freshman in college again, making friends and learning to start over again. They work at helping residents feel comfortable. My mom likes the food and feels valued when giving feedback! This is important when one looses their independance, thank you!

The staff at Brookdale Avondale are very helpful and responsive. They are also very professional. We are very happy that we were able to move my mother-in-law to Brookdale Avondale. The food is great too.

The facility is nice and well kept. The staff if very friendly and takes great care of my mom. She loves it here and enjoys the activities and food. She said, if she can't be in her own home that this is the next best thing.

First thing I like is being able to socialize with the great residents here. I have made great friends and we all keep up with each other! Also, the CNA’s are wonderful and kind, and make me feel comfortable in my new home.

I would highly recommend this community. From the first tie we step into the community, everyone was attentive, friendly and welcoming. We felt like we were part of a larger family. This was the best decision we made.

This is a wonderful place for your loved one. We placed our mother there. The quality of care is great and it is a welcoming environment. My mother loves the staff and her apartment. I would highly recommend Mount Vernon Drive to EVERYONE!

My family had a wonderful experience with the quality of care and staff at Brookdale Robinwood. It was very apparent that she received quality services throughout her time at the community. Highly recommend this community.

We really appreciate the feeling of 'home' by the staff. They do a great job of looking out for each other in the community. Staff treats residents like family and cares about them. I also have to say the activities that are planned by Kim are favorites! She really puts her all into every activity that's planned for the residents. I will add from the housekeeping staff that always visits, the front desk staff that helps with meal selection, and just being friendly, the sales staff is even engaged with residence, the dining room staff, and the chefs all make meal time very friendly.

Brookdale Avondale was a wonderful place. All of the employees were friendly and very welcoming. I would recommend this facility to others.

Communication and follow through are excellent. My wife and I went to the Christmas party and the food was awesome and the staff were incredible! [Names removed] are very responsive to the needs of the residents, including our loved one.

Overall experience was fantastic, they are very attentive to the residents and the families. Everything was clean. Very nice and helpful. They were fantastic with my mom. If she didn't need more care she would have still been there. She loved the food. They always had something for the residents to do. The only issue I had was they were very expensive. I know the care for my mom had increased and they were not set up to care for her advanced dementia which was expensive. This is a great facility for assisted living, not at the stage my mom had gotten too, but they worked with me and help get her into a facility that was better suited for her.

What our family likes the most about the Brookdale Foundation House is the overall price and the location that it is in.

As a guest of my parents who are 5 year residents of the Brookdale Glen Ellyn, I attended a meet and greet community luncheon in December. Great snacks and drinks and a cozy fireplace made for a fun, casual and informative way for prospective individuals and couples to see if the Brookdale Glen Ellyn could be the next great home for them. It was easy for both my parents and I to talk of the many amenities and excellent staff, food, surroundings and support that is offered at the Brookdale Glen Ellyn. My parents love everything about living there.

I have through this building several times visiting friends and loved ones. The Sales Manager [name removed] was absolutely wonderful and very informative. She goes above and beyond to help. Highly recommend to everyone.
