My grandfather lived there and the place is great and the staff are so wonderful and the activities are wonderful and engaging and it is nice that they have therapy in house and the staff are not constantly changing

Everyone was very friendly, the residents looked happier than at some other facilities, the facility seemed brighter and not oppressive like some other memory care facilities. The bedroom was nicer/bigger than other facilities. I liked that her room is private/not a shared space. I've been very pleased with Brookdale North Gilbert so far.

They really make you feel like family and are always very responsive to any questions or concerns that come up. I feel incredibly fortunate that I live only five minutes from the community, because it allows me to visit my mom several times a week and regularly interact with the staff members.

My husband is currently a resident at Brookdale Memory Care in Hattiesburg. I visit every day. The nurses, Resident Assistants, Receptionist, Director and other staff work very hard to make each resident feel at home, and obviously care about the folks who live there. I have seen so many examples of kindness above and beyond "the job". It was the reason that I chose Brookdale over the other Memory Care residences in the area. The rooms are cleaned regularly, and the characteristic "nursing home smell" is not present. The windows and skylight provide a lot of natural light inside. On nice days, the residents are taken outside to the courtyard where there are turtles in residence to feed. There are regular opportunities for evening family gatherings. In short, I highly recommend Brookdale Memory Care for a loved one with Alzheimer's and other types of Dementia.

I visited once and was really impressed. I am not able to come much due to my own health issues. When I came to visit my uncle, I knew he is being well cared for which is a relief for me. From the updates and talks I have had on the phone with staff. I know he is in great hands.

I feel more at ease knowing my mom is happy and comfortable here. They have been so kind and informative. We trust them and my mom really enjoys where she is. The staff have been wonderful and I'm really thankful for everyone there.

They have many apartment configurations that would appeal to most and they are pretty affordable. The staff seems to genuinely care about the residents, you can call on them at anytime. While the buildings could use some updates and improvements, it provides a decent option for seniors looking for a safe and simple place to live. I personally love the camaraderie between the residents, every time I visit, there are groups of people sitting around and talking... the meal area is loud ??.

Brookdale in Biloxi was it! It was the spot that I knew my brother would fit right in. The friendly faces and this clean fresh smelling home was perfect! He is a veteran of over 20 years and loves to dine and chat with fellow veterans and the other residents. The staff always helps me when I have questions or forms that need filled out with a smile..…..you can really tell they truly love their jobs. We looked at many other places and am so happy that Brookdale was the place we chose for our brother as he is so very happy every time a family member or I call to chat.

It's not a high rise building. Bs sure you take the tour and see the grounds and also visit at dinner time. The dinning here is more than expected. Beautiful white tablecloths, fine silverware and presented a menu to order from like a restaurant. This is three times a day.

We can relax knowing she is happy, making friends, and getting regular exercise, which gives us peace of mind. She seems well cared for and engaged in daily activities, which is very reassuring for our family. Brookdale is also very convenient for us to visit often, and the staff are always welcoming and attentive. It’s comforting to see her doing so well in a supportive environment. Overall, we’re very pleased with her care—good job, Brookdale.

Welcoming and clean. The staff and residents were friendly and hospitality was in the air! I love to go visit. My Mom enjoys the activities and the food is outstanding. The nursing staff is very attentive and professional!

We wanted to live in a cottage so our dogs would have access to the outdoors without having to go down on an elevator. I would recommend to others.

I had a pleasant experience visiting a resident here. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the environment felt clean, calm, and caring. It was comforting to see the residents treated with patience and respect. Thank you for making visits feel warm and meaningful.

Toured for my mother and I've never felt more welcomed then I did at Brookdale, all staff made this feel like home.

My mother is in memory care and has recently declined quite rapidly. The staff goes above and beyond to keep her dignity and spirits in tact. On Saturday I had the pleasure of seeing one of the Aides helping a resident back to his room and he said something about dancing with his wife. This precious young lady “danced” with him right in the middle of the hall. The smile on his face was priceless and I could barely hold back the tears. Everyone should be blessed enough to be cared for like that.

I love my community and give them a 10 star review for all of the devices and amenities that they provide. I love the food , transportation, and all of the activities. I am giving them a 10 Out of 10

As soon as you walk in the staff greet you with a warm and friendly welcome! It is cozy and home-like. Other places we toured felt stiff, cold, and like an institution but Brookdale felt like home. By the end of the tour it felt like we were family!

Everyone on staff was so helpful and friendly to me and my parents! We were very impressed with the knowledge that the staff has with regards to the care of their residents. They made me and my Mom and Dad feel very welcomed and at ease. I would recommend everyone that needs to find a place for their loved ones to please give Brookdale a try. They are very professional but also make you feel like your family.

My Aunt is currently in need of a Memory Care community, so I decided to set up tours in Hattiesburg and Madison being that we have family in both places. I really enjoyed touring with [Name Removed]. She was very personable with us and made us feel at home. My family and I are still trying to decide, but If it were just me making the decision, I would definitelychoose this community!

I recently visited an old friend in Brookdale's Memory Care and it was absolutely beautiful. The residents looked well kept and happy. At the time I was visiting, they were playing the Price is Right on what's called the 'In- Touch' system. I joined in and loved every minute of it! I will be going back to visit soon and maybe volunteer to assist with the games during activity.
