Brookdale

I had 2 separate grandparents here at separate times, so I’ve been around and seen a lot. Both grandparents were very happy and loved by staff AND other residents! I believe it is, by far, the best assisted living in all of west Georgia!

I recently toured for my mother.[Name Removed] was amazing and answered all my questions and concerns. The facility is very warm and welcoming. Residents and staff are very friendly. Very satisfied with my experience while visiting Brookdale of Columbus.

Nice building, the staff is friendly and the residents said they enjoyed living there. I like the size of the one bedroom apartments. I like that the building has different activities options. I also like that they have a salad bar.

The community was clean and inviting, the receptionist was friendly and the staff greeted me with smiles. The residents are very friendly as well. I enjoyed touring the community and I felt welcomed and not rushed. [Name Removed] answered all of my questions and was very helpful.

I visited Brookdale Carrollton and loved it! Everyone was so friendly and you could tell they really loved their residents.

Just look for yourselves... Brookdale is expensive but you get what you pay for... it's clean, the staff is permanent and the amenities are equal to or better than most. I'm also happy to recommend A Place for Mom and have many times Very helpful to cater your needs to your price point and all the options available at the different facilities

I would recommend to others. It was a great experience and I'm grateful for A Place for Mom and the many communities that responded with kindness and empathy during a stressful time. They are welcoming and supportive.

Small, quaint community with charm just like home. Our guide LaKia was amazing and very knowledgeable. The staff was warm and friendly. Residents seemed to be happy.

Residents & staff all kindly greeted us upon entering. They were sitting in the little seating area. The facility was clean, staff friendly, & we even met a dog named [Name Removed]! It truly is an amazing place.

I would give each category 5 stars, the staff/care, activities, food, cleanliness. Room size big enough for a sitting area and a bed, also has mini kitchen, the best part is it has its own shower.

The staff is well trained for Memory care. They are amazing in their care and kindness. Also the rooms are spacious, dining area inviting. Workers engaged with residents.

[Name Removed] gave us the tour. He was very friendly and helpful. The facility was nice and clean. The residents looked happy.

Watching the staff interact with the residents, not just my mom, they very caring and attentive. The memory care director has very intentional activities. Mom's care plan is individualized, not just a one size fits all plan. We are extremely happy with Brookdale Lake Brazos!

My meeting with John was great, he was very friendly, very caring, very compassionate, and willing to help any way he could. He was just an overall great guy.

We like the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the facilities, good communication and amenities.

Brookdale was an awesome facility. Theresa only reason my brother was taken to another facility is because it is a VA funded facility, so it doesn't cost him anything to be at that facility. I would absolutely recommend Brookdale to everyone

The staff at Brookdale does their best to accommodate each resident's needs. It would be nice if there were some rooms on the ground floor for residents that have wheelchairs. The rooms are a decent size. Most of the activities offered are attended by the women

My first impression on entering the building was that of feeling very comfortable. The dining area and tv room were comfortably furnished. The personnel were very friendly and ready to help us any way needed. Being in search for a place for my partner with dementia all of our questions were answered and all concerns were thoroughly covered. Since then my partner has found a new home there and seems very happy and comfortable, thanks to Brookdale Biloxi.

[Name Removed] from Brookdale was very helpful and informative and went above and beyond to help meet our needs. Facility was very clean and pleasant. Rooms in memory care were spacious and very nice. I would recommend them others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

I recently visited my aunt and was so impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always kind, attentive and truly seem to care about the residents. It gives my family a lot of peace of mind.
