Brookdale

The meals and dining gets 5+. What we like the most about Brookdale Edmond is the location to us but also my MIL seems very happy and that's a big win! We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I have been going to Brookdale of Creve Couer for over 10 years. I visit friends who live there, take my son’s class to visit and volunteer, and visit clients I work with as well. I can’t say enough about this community. It is special, unique, and stands out as the friendliest community in town. Knowing some of the staff and seeing the same faces throughout the years gives a sense of family and community, not to mention these individuals are so happy and willing to help. This kind of longevity and the familiar faces I see, speaks volumes about the community and the company and their dedication to providing great senior living. The residents are delightful. I always am greeted by residents outside or inside and often see activities that are enjoyed by many. The rooms are lovely and the layouts are nice. I speak to families and residents who are happy and feel at home. The Assisted Living is a great option for those needing more care, and the team is attentive and caring.

My mom had started falling, hurting her back and hitting her head. I knew I had to find a place for her to live because I couldn’t take care of her any longer. I searched for Assisted living places around Manhattan, but couldn’t find any I liked. When I walked in to Brookdale, I immediately knew this was the place to put my mom. It had such a relaxing Homie feeling .After talking to the director, I was sold on the place. Now that my mom has been in Brookdale assisted living For over a year now and I have gotten to know the staff and the Director and feel very comfortable, and the best thing is my mom loves it there. It’s a very clean and very reliable place for any loved one to stay.

Wonderful community. The management staff were very visible in the community including the Executive Director, Business Office, Sales Manager and Director of Nursing. Building was beautifully decorated. Very home like. Most importantly, the residents seemed very happy.

Brookdale Shawnee is a beautiful facility. From the moment you walk in, you will find caring and attentive staff, willing to help each other and each resident. Safety and compassion are stop priority. They are top of mind when it comes to referring others. Thank you for all you do!

The facility is very clean, they offer lots of great activities for the residents, and the staff members have all been wonderful - very helpful. Everything has been perfect.

The main thing that sticks about about Brookdale Irvine is the peaceful surroundings. The room sizes are great! Amenities offered are good too. They have a A La Cart menu of add on services as well if needed. Overall it has been a good experience and my dad is happy.

Brookdale Leawood State Line is a facility the provides great care and programs for everyone. They provide sincere interest in all aspects of living away from home. Brookdale caters to food preferences and makes everyone feel like part of the family.

Brookdale Rock Springs and it's staff are absolutely amazing. My mother has stage 4 parkinsons and needs help with quite a few things at all hours. Brookdale has been super helpful with her care, friendship, and making this a smooth transition all while she keeps her independence. I would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough! The staff fully embraced my mother in law and have made her feel totally at home. We were concerned about putting her in assisted living, but they've met every need and gone above and beyond with helping her! This is the place that you want to transition your loved one to for sure. I could not be more thrilled with the care that she's recieved!

Brookdale Montclair Poulsbo is a smaller facility and the staff know all of the residents by name. they are very pet/dog friendly. No religious overtones regarding end of life. I highly recommend Brookdale to those looking.

Most importantly, my dad is happy and likes it there. What we like the most about Brookdale Browns Creek is the Friendly staff and he's made friends with other residents there.

The only complaint [name removed] always has is their food. They could really use a lot more ideas on different foods & dishes. Everything else has been a 5 and based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Brookdale Medi Park West to other families

I LOVE Brookdale. Each one a 5! The staff is so dedicated and friendly. The facilities/"community" well kept. The front desk staff watch out for everyone and helps so much. And [name removed] is a rockstar! She organizes all the activities and really makes sure people are getting involved. I think the food is very good too. Many options. Dine in or take to room. Just very pleased. And never would have been here if not for [name removed] coming in at the drop of a hat on her day off! It is nice knowing we have additional options as we may need more care.

This place has truly welcomed me, I worked in nuclear and found a place where I can remain close to where my family is and be so well cared for. Their staff truly care.

Our family is grateful that our grandmother receives exceptional care at Brookdale Corpus Christi. Knowing that she is living in a community that is safe and clean with many activities to keep her occupied. The food is amazing in the dining room with a wide variety of choices day to day. All the employees are professionals with big hearts . I would recommend Brookdale Corpus Christi, to anyone who is looking to find their love one a home.

Very few activities, especially for the men. Food is only mediocre, it's not as clean as I'd hoped.

All of the staff at Brookdale Salem genuinely care about my parents, even when my mother is being difficult.

The staffing at BrookDale has been top notch!! My sister and I had to make a decision,finding a memory care pretty quick. We walked in UNANNOUNCED mind you. We just knew this was the right place for mom!! We love the staff and more importantly, our mom is safe and well taken care of.

My mom had a series of medical issues that necessitated her move to an independent living facility followed by an assisted living facility. She originally moved to a larger and brand new facility after her medical issues. While the facility was brand new, we soon found that my mom was getting lost within the larger confines of the new facility. She was unhappy and generally uninvolved in the community, which was routinely devoid of people. As a result, we started looking at other options, leading us to the Brookdale. My mom loved the Brookdale from the first time she saw it with us, as did we! The minute we walked in, the difference was obvious. The staff and residents were visible, with residents occupying a number of the sitting and recreational spots at the facility. Step forward to today, my mom has met so many more people through the amazing and encouraging staff. She is happy there, and the attention she is getting is superb! We love this great small community!
