Great community

All good, If i was unhappy you would already know

The staff loved what they do and are good at it. It's a small community where residents are able to care for themselves and have the back up of staff to help orchestrate things they can't. Staff is big on 'meet them where they are', and are usually more patient with residents than I am with Mom.

San Antonio Brookdale hamilton is a fine facility for those of us who are getting up in years and need the association with others who are your age or more than your age, the fitting is good for the community we live in. I came in under a different executive director now we have [name removed] and she is wonderful. She really exhibits those characteristics that let us know she cares she's always available and makes rounds during eating times to let us know she's available and with us 100%

Love the staff. So sweet to my mother and they take great care of her!! Always clean - a very clean facility. Always smells great too! Great at cleaning her room. Good administration, a great team! Everyone is so friendly! They make you feel like you’re part of the family

I love the residents at Brookdale Oak Park. I love the continual elevation of the food. I like the new Executive Chief. I was in a different community previously and the quality of the food at Brookdale Oak Park is much higher!

I love the residents at Brookdale Oak Park! I like the community as a whole. The activities are nice and the Director of Resident Engage does a good job. I love the new Executive Chief. The food is good and I like the menu choices. I have lived at Brookdale Oak Park three years.

Staff is very friendly and always helpful. As far as the food goes, they need to offer bigger portions. Less gravy. More variety.

I was impressed by the communication and required follow up. There was a hiccup with my mother in law being released as expected. They held the room for her. There was a personnel change and I appreciated there was no affect to us. The facility is well maintained both inside and out. The outside grounds were well groomed. Regardless of their position from care providers to management always had a smile on their face. They made an effort to greet people by their names. My mother in law was well taken care of. They conducted an additional assessment of her needs after 2 weeks. She had improved so her care plan was reevaluated/recalculated resulting in a reduction of her monthly bill. I found the meals to be ok, however it was the only thing my mother in law complained about. They were great at providing daily activities and outings in the community. Options presented to us from the hospital, board and care as well as assisted living, Brookdale was the least expensive

After search for other facilities, we found that Brookdale Sleepy Hollow was the right choice for my sister and fell in Love with the care, staff, and how well it is ran. My sister loves it where she is and very happy.

My husband passed away in February. The care at Brookdale was excellent! Constant attention was great! I would absolutely recommend Brookdale Mirage Inn to anybody looking for care for a loved one!

We chose Brookdale Eden because of the condition of the facility, the staff and the cost. The facility is well maintained. The single rooms are spacious. The staff is always helpful and caring towards the residents.

Only had one problem with a new staff member. All the rest are absolutely wonderful!!!! Caring and when you need something fixed, they are right on it! It is not a shiny new place, but the people there really care. I highly recommend Brookdale Montrose to other families looking.

My Grandmother has always been an independent woman. I am relieved and happy to see her thriving at Brookdale. She has made new friends, enjoys new activities, and shares with me her monthly calendar. She is happy and that makes me both very happy and satisfied that her every need is being met and tended too. I would like to say my experience visiting Brookdale Corpus Christi is always nice to visit with all the residents, friendly, happy , good food, employees are friendly, always have special functions going on and managers are very courteous. When I'm ready to I would like to like to make my residency there.

I am extremely thankful for the wonderful and caring staff of Brookdale. My Mother's transition from her own home into Brookdale was easier than I thought it would have been; she is really at home. From the maintenance staff to the executives in charge, everyone has treated her with the warmth and respect of a family member. I would definitely recommend Brookdale to anyone looking for a place that truly cares about their residents.

My name is [name removed]. I have been a resident here at Brookdale for several years. My apartment has four rooms which is all furnished with items that make it very homey. I share my residence with a female black and tan pup, who has a very substantial holding pen. She shares a small back porch, postage stamp yard, and a very sturdy fence and gate. She loves to romp in the lovely green grass area adjacent to our apartment. It is gated and fenced which she feels safe to run and play. The asset I enjoy are the folks here at Brookdale. The staff is willing to help me maintain my living quarters dignity, cleanliness as well as wonderful residents. We have outside entertainers and have a “e Out to Dinner” evening once a month. The most enjoyment living here are the many activities available thru our activity director. Brookdale, I consider a place of comfort, secure feeling, many ways to share with one another and perhaps the greatest is the attention.

My sister is very happy at Brookdale North Glendale. She is happy due to the staff and all of the amenities available.
