I'm met every day with staff members who are very friendly, helpful and kind in a warm and inviting environment. Everyone feels like family!! Our loved one is well cared for and happy. He always tells us that he is so content with his surroundings, is well fed and loves all of the staff!

We have had my parents at Brookdale for several months. Dad is in the assisted living building and mom is in the memory care. We could not be happier with both facilities and the staff. My parents are so well cared for by a professional, competent and friendly staff. On the memory care side, a staff member is assigned to new residents and stays with them for 24 hours, to help them get acclimated. My mom had [name removed] and she was the perfect person for this task. We left that day feeling so sure that mom was in good hands. My sisters and I visit several times a week and have never had any negative issues. We are always greeted with a smile from every single staff person we see. My parents are so well cared for. If one of them is late for a meal or an activity, someone goes to the room to check on them. The staff know all of the residents by name. To say that our family is thankful for the Brookdale Cape May community and staff would be an understatement. Having the ability for multiple of our family members to become a part of the community has been life changing - not only for the residents themselves, but for their loved ones and caregivers, as well. It was not an easy decision to make the move. There were many difficult conversations on a wide range of topics including family dynamics, finances, and challenges with developing a "new normal" as a member of the community. Thankfully, we were able to overcome these reservations and reach consensus as a family that moving our loved ones to Brookdale of Cape May was the right decision. I can honestly say that the community's excellent reputation in the town/region, coupled with the caring and patient professional courtesies extended to us by the Brookdale Team were a large factor in our decision to join the community - and to have other friends and relatives follow suit.

I moved my husband into the Brookdale in July. We can’t say enough good about it. The care is wonderful. The people that work there, are amazing. They treat the patients as family. They are very kind and respectful to them. They have three balanced meals a day. The foot is really good. They have a great cook. The rooms are like small apartments. Living room, large bedroom. large walk in closet, another regular sized closet and nice size bathroom. They are very comfortable to spend time with your loved one. They have different projects going to keep them active . They take them on bus trips to different places. Zoo, museums, or out to lunch. It’s really amazing how many wonderful things they do to keep them motivated. They have a full time nurse there that takes care of all the meds and works hand in hand with their doctors. I found this place through my daughter in law. Her father lived there for Five years and was so happy. We love it so much. And would totally recommend it.

Fairly close to where my house is, good neighborhood, place/staff seemed to have really good energy on my initial visit and still today when I visit.

What we like the most about Brookdale Mandarin is the well trained staff, fresh well cooked meals, very family friendly, good communication, plenty of activities and respectful of clients

It was wonderful and I would highly recommend Summerfield to anyone. It was my ex-husband that was living there and he has Parkinson's disease. The staff was exceptional in making every attempt to make him comfortable and happy. In addition the atmosphere was so positive and pleasant. Everyone, from the director to the kitchen staff were beyond kind and helpful and bent over backwards to be so. I always looked forward to my visits as much to see the people that worked there as my ex. Whoever does the hiring here has a knack for finding just the right people. [name removed] has been in other facilities of different kinds and Summerfield was beyond compare. The facility itself was bright, clean and welcoming.

I really have enjoyed getting to know the staff here at Hamilton Wolfe. They care for my mom well and she is thriving. The food is fantastic. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I have zero complaints.

Very professional people who care for all the men and women. I have great respect the men and women who give their time and effort to take care of my mom. Would not want her in any other care center in the metro.

We liked the fact that it was small, quiet and people we met seemed genuinely caring. We also like that the facility is strictly for memory care. It is expensive, but a good place for my friend [name removed]. She has been on hospice for quite a while so that also helps. It is a good & safe environment, people are caring.

Brookdale on Wenger Rd.is a wonderful place. It is well-run with experienced staff. My husband is in the dementia unit, the staff there is very caring and attentive. The patient - staff ratio is low with highly personalized care. I would definately recommend the care at Brookdale Englewood.

Facility is clean, bright and welcoming. It is adequately staffed. The staff are friendly, kind and caring. They are very responsive to any issues or concerns. Good variety of activities. Plenty of food and snacks. Overall very happy with Union Park.

As recommended by A Place for Mom, we scheduled a tour. We took the checklist with us. 1 Clean smell 2 Residents well groomed and engaging in numerous activities 3 Caregivers assisting where needed 4 Staff friendly and engaging 5 Landscape and facilities well maintained 6 Transportation provided for errands, outings, and appointments 7 Nutritious and appealing meals 8 Staff doctor, nurses, medication management, and next door to a major hospital 9 Good housekeeping, bathing routines, beauty salon, and spa 10 Calm and inviting environment 11 Physical therapy 12 Focus on emotional and spiritual well-being. The directors of medical and sales asked to visit mom in rehab to evaluate whether they could accommodate her needs. They have a lab onsite so mom doesn’t have to go to the doctor for routine bloodwork. The community of residents has embraced mom. She has made genuine friends and feels secure. She has told us that she really likes it there.

From the moment I drove onto the grounds of Brookdale I was in love! The buildings are impressive and classic, the pond, the trees, everything is just gorgeous and inviting. Walking in the door I was just blown away with the architecture and furnishing, even had fireplaces. The dining area is beautiful, everything is classy, tableclothes, table settings, right down to the menu and servers. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The apartments are very nice and and roomy. There is nothing about Brookdale that we are not happy with. The grounds have a mile long sidewalk through trees and gardens, the pond has benches and a cute little bridge. All just inviting you to take a walk. I moved my sister there from another community and she also fell in love at first sight. She is doing much better, her health has improved, blood pressure down, losing a few pounds, participating in some of the many activities they offer and just much happier than she was at the other place. Highly recommend.

Being in a one wing 12 room section is so much better. You and your love one get to know the staff. I like individual heat and air controls. Small dinning room with good service.some activities and patients urged not to sit in their rooms. I feel my husband is safe and comfortable.

My mother is a resident of Brookdale Cape Coral. Everyone on staff has been amazingly friendly, kind and caring, and fully dedicated to helping her adjust and feel comfortable in her new home. This facility is well managed, secure and always spotlessly clean. The common areas are comfortable and encourage residents to engage and socialize with each other. There are also regularly scheduled fun activities such as exercise and crafting classes, and field trips. Our experience has been that everyone at Brookdale Cape Coral is helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure that the residents have everything they need for a comfortable and fulfilling life.

We moved Dad into Brookdale Assisted Living a couple months ago. Dad has some short term memory loss but otherwise is in good health. We lost Mom in 2020 and since then Dad has been lonely and wasn’t taking good care of his health or his home. He was scammed three times that we know of and lost most of his life savings. He had a stroke which was a wake up call to us kids that Dad needed to be somewhere that would provide a safe environment. We had talked about it a lot the past few years but he didn’t want to lose his independence. He visited Brookdale, met the staff and enjoyed lunch with some residents. They invited him to social events before he moved in which made him feel welcome and valued. He loves his suite, he loves his neighbors, he loves the variety of activities and he really loves the food. He made the decision to give up his car after a few weeks and hasn’t missed it. We kids are so relieved that Dad is happy and safe.

Brookdale tequesta has gone above and beyond all our expectations. They are without a doubt the best place for your loved one of you want quality care. All the staff play an Intricate part of making sure that your loved one is comfortable, safe and given that feeling of being loved. They in close contact with family members letting us rest assured they are in good hands. The facility is very secure and it is so good to know that your loved one just can't get out to go walking around lost. Is a clean and makes one feel like they are at home not some nursing home. I can't say enough about the facility and all it's awesome staff.

We couldn’t be happier with Brookdale. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I am meeting several of the residents and enjoying having meals with them. It is nice that the staff call and check on the residents each day.
