This has been an incredible place for my aunt. The staff is super helpful and they keep the place very clean. She loves the food and all the people she gets to interact with on a daily basis. I highly recommend it!

My mom picked Brookdale Russellville as the place she wanted to be — for a variety of reasons. She’s been extremely happy there, and we’ve been happy with the care they take of her. She’s made many friends, and the staff is courteous and caring. Overall, we couldn’t ask for a better place for mom and her dog to be.

I recently visited Brookdale in Port Charlotte, Florida and can't say enough about this wonderful place. [name removed] took me on a tour and she was very informative, friendly and helpful. The building itself was clean and we'll cared for. Grandma would never have to leave as she can even have her hair done there. However, they do have transportation for shopping and doctor appointments. The staff and residents seemed happy and the residents were well taken care of and respected. There are lots of activities. It felt like I was hanging out with grandma and her friends. My one regret was that I didn't have time to stay for dinner. Not sure what was cooking but it smelled delicious. I appreciate that [name removed] did not pressure me but let me know she was available if I needed her.We ran into [name removed] on our way out and she was also friendly.

In six months I've found a community of new interesting friends and opportunities to participate in shared activities. I was so amazed how quickly the staff knew my name and special interests, even giving me the opportunity to continue my teaching career. I never felt like an outsider because I was soon invited to be an ambassador, a role allowing me to, not only meet and greet each new resident, but to connect with every resident. I have had excellent care when I've had health issues, including my dietary needs. For the first time in 50 years of Sarasota hurricanes, I felt safe and at peace during the last three while here at Brookdale. My studio apartment is my happy place and I appreciate how housekeeping and maintenance help me keep in clean and comfortable.

This community is such a clean and beautiful place. The staff and residents were very friendly and introduced themselves to us on our tour. The rooms were large and we loved the kitchenette and walk in closets.

My 95 year old mother lives at Brookdale in Russellville AR. She previously lived at another facility in town and we had become uncomfortable with the care she was receiving there. At Brookdale everyone really cares about her and her well being. The facility is always clean and well maintained. Thank you to all the staff for caring.

Brookdale came at just the right time for our mom. They provide such great personal care for her and we are relieved know someone is always checking on her! They love on her, encourage her, and genuinely care for her!

My Mom is living life well for the first time since becoming a widow in 2013. She has the support she needs every day. The staff and residents at Brookdale are like extended family. She is surrounded with love from people who cherish her. For me, her only son and former caretaker, I can now put more appropriate energy and attention into my children’s lives and we get to spend time with Grandma making new memories and just enjoying the good things in life. Brookdale is not only helping my mother live a better life, my whole family is living a better life.

I am so happy that I placed my mother at Brookdale Mount Vernon. I felt we had our mom at home too long as her disease was progressing to the point she was becoming difficult to care for. My fears were laid to rest once we were able to make the move. The staff is wonderful and they treat her with patience, kindness and respect. They remember she is someone's mother, sister and grandma. We appreciate the staff at Mount Vernon so very much. It's such a relief to know she is safe and being cared for.

As an elder law attorney for the past 30 years, I have helped countless clients find suitable placement in skilled nursing, memory care, assisted and independent living facilities throughout Volusia County. In my opinion, Brookdale Ormond Beach West offers the best living environment for adults with mild to moderate cognitive impairments. The minute you enter the facility, you will notice the difference. The residents are engaged in meaningful programs and activities in a supportive environment, not just watching tv all day. The staff goes above and beyond the call of duty to cater to the needs of the residents. If you want the best memory care facility for yourself or a loved one, look no further. This is the best!

The management and staff went above and beyond our expectations, when we needed to move my Dad for more care. They answered all our questions and made sure that it was the right place for my Dad. They were kind, compassionate and understanding. They listened intently to our concerns. Brookdale is clean and smells great. It has a “homey” feel for its size. I witnessed caregivers gently stroking the hand of an anxious resident and another gently guiding and then re-guiding a resident to the dining room with love and patience, before my Dad even moved in. A positive atmosphere starts at the top with the attitude of the leadership and this is where Brookdale succeeds.

Beautiful facility...very patient with all my many questions...they really take the time to learn everything about my mother to make her feel accepted and comfortable. Very clean and I know she will be well cared for.

We moved my Dad into Brookdale Tanque Verde in the middle of this year. From the very beginning it was clear that the leadership at this facility was caring and empathetic to our situation. Since my dad has been there, I can say that the care and empathy we experienced from the leadership is also demonstrated by all of the staff. We have had zero issues. The food looks good and there are always activities going on to keep the residents busy.

From making the decision to move my mother from independent living to assisted living, the Lake Highland staff has made this stressful decision easier by walking us through the process, answering our questions and welcoming my mother. The staff is amazing and my mother is happy. Thank you!

I love it here - no complaints at all. I like the variety of food that we have and that we can also write in when we want something else. The staff are very accommodating in making sure we get what we want.

We have been so pleased and comforted by the level of care and concern of all of the staff. From our first contact with the business team to our daily interaction with the rest of the team, we have been so happy with the quality of life for our Mom.

I'm still getting adjusted to a new routine, but I am happy here. The staff are very friendly and the community is always clean. I have already formed many new friendships and look forward to talking to them each day.
