Brookdale

I moved to this facility 8 years ago and it was one of the best decisions I have made. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. As to the food service, the menu is varied with plenty of choices. The food is prepared well and tasty. When I have made a comment regarding the food service 99% is favorable. The other departments also give quality service.

Thanks for all you help, my mom is really enjoying living at Brookdale Germantown, thanks to [name removed]and [name removed] for making us feel at home, there is nowhere else I would rather my mom to be other than assisted living

The staff took such good care of my dad and all the other people at Brookdale. Highly recommend Brookdale.

A friend brought me here due to having friends who was living here. I have not regretted that decision. From the first day I was welcomed. I knows residents that have moved here and their comment has tern. Niece than where they came from.

Brookdale is the 3rd senior facility I have lived in, then I found the right one! There is always a warm welcome when you come in the from door and resident walking around are eager to say hello. When I did my first tour I saw activities everywhere. There is always something to do. I had lunch in a beautiful dining room. I knew I would be well fed and healthy. I have always felt very safe. I was issued a safety necklace, lacks on all outside doors. The staff that knows residents personally. I have believers here almost 5 years and highly recommend it.

A really good place to be in the changing times of growing older. You can be as independent as you want, yet every opportunity and need for more help and service is right here. I love that sense of safety and security. And the campus is beautiful. Trees, flowers birds- it is "home" now.

We are very pleased with Brookdale Kerrville. We started in another facility that was not a great fit and Brookdale has been a breath of fresh air! The staff are kind, attentive, and caring. There is frequent communication available both ways and that is a high priority with our family. The center also strives to personalize the needs of the client and this has allowed for a very smooth transition with the process. It is very difficult for some to lose their independence and Brookdale has done a great job of having a variety of activities and outside field trips that foster a sense of community.

Love this place!! Staff is always smiling and helpful. Facility is clean! I feel very confident in my aunt and uncles care!

Everyone that works here is very nice!! The staff knows everyone by name. Even if they are busy they will stop and talk with the residents. They encourage them (the residents) to participate in activities.

It's very quiet and clean. Nice outdoor spaces. Nice library. Catholic Mass on Saturdays and non-denom on Sunday. Many grief and coping classes. Great activities. Staff are involved and csn meet any need or make any accomodation if asked. Allowed us to have Hospice assist at end of life which was very comforting.

I am a weekly visitor to this facility. All of the staff I have interacted with are very kind and always seem to have smiles on their faces. The care they give to the residents seems very loving and genuine. The variety of activities here is nice and it seems the residents enjoy them a lot. The facility itself is quite lovely. It is comfortable and homey. I appreciate how the residents are able to decorate and personalize their units and many have pets also which is so important for them. Rarely have I ever seen or smelled anything out of place or unclean. The building and grounds are very well maintained. I particularly like the lobby with the fireplace, couches and TV (frequently with old movies on) and the courtyard with bird feeders and gardens. If I had a relative in need for a home like this, I would prefer and absolutely recommend this facility above all others in the area.

Staff is very nice and caring. An indoor pool and PT staff here. also the size of the studio apartments, the activities are great! and they celebrate all important holidays and birthdays.

What I like the most about Brookdale Findlay is that everyone is friendly and helpful. Very nice place. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

The administration is hands on and knowledgeable of goings on in facility. Staff are very willing to discuss mom's needs. All staff are pleasant with residents.

In [date removed], we began our relationship with Brookdale as a home for my 80-year-old brother. We needed a place that would fit his needs and personality and Brookdale in Kerrville has turned out to be the answer. The staff is so personable And friendly and also patient and helpful not only to the my brother, but to me . When I drop in to visit my brother if I have a question or anything, the Director is always ready to assist. She is always willing and able to assist families and has the sweetest attitude in spite of being swamped with all her duties. I have watched her with the residents and families and she is always professional and sweet at the same time. The staff are always helping each other like a real family. This is what I wanted for my brother. I am so thankful and blessed to have Brookdale. God bless them all.

Brookdale is not only a great place for my father in-law, but for his whole family. Love this facility and employees.

My mom has dementia and needs help with just about everything, my dad was her caretaker and passed, I realized that we wouldn't be able or capable of taking care of her, I'm so glad that I contacted A Place for Mom they made it easy to get Mom a place that fit her needs and ours. Brookdale Bellevue is a great place for her journey to start, they help her with daily routines and have structured days that keep her busy and engaged with everyone. Anything she wants or needs is filled here, we are happy with the care she is receiving and glad that they are friendly and helpful. So happy to A Place for Mom and Brookdale Bellevue for everything you have and continue to do to help Mom and us.

Everyone has been so helpful. [name removed] has answered every question we have had. My dad is so happy there he goes to exercise and the activities they have. He loves the food his room is cleaned. He has done so well with the care he has gotten.

The staff at Brookdale in Greenwood Village is amazing! They are kind and caring and take such good care of my dad. My dad tells me almost every time we talk how much he loves it which is the most important piece to our family ( and he’s not one to just say he likes something if he doesn’t). He also talks about how much he likes the food as well. We truly believe that dad is getting the best care and that he is safe in his environment. The staff also makes sure that his needs are met in a timely manner. We are so glad that we chose Brookdale assisted living for dad.

I was getting panicked about trying to find a place for my brother who was moving from skilled nursing in Hemet to Orange County assisted living. My first contact at Brookdale was [name removed], and he was absolutely fantastic, welcoming, invited me in to see the rooms, the dining area, the beautiful park, etc. My first impression was how clean it was, how good it smelled, and how polite and kind everyone that I met was. I also liked that they recognized and honored our veterans. By the way, their dining area is very nice and the food is wonderful. Most important! My brother is very happy and feels comfortable and likes the staff..
