Very attentive, great follow-up to concerns identified by residents. What stuck out was the condition of apts. Indoor pool. Relationships between staff and residents

Making great friends and love the staff just fee at home here.

We came to visit the facility with My mother as her condition with memory worsened. We were received by a loving team of special loving people who made her feel right at home. She realized that being in a memory care unit was not as she always imagined. She made new friends and realized that been old was a norm instead of an exception. I cannot find the words to thank all the staff for making my Mom happy on her last days on this earth.

I love the friendliness of the staff and also, the residents. I like that people greet each other and it's small enough so the staff knows each resident. They had some trouble getting a new bus driver but the new one is great

[name removed], during her final days. Their exceptional dedication, professionalism, and kindness were evident in every aspect of the care they gave. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure her dignity, comfort, and peace, which brought immeasurable comfort to our family during a very challenging time. The staff at this facility embody the very best of Brookdale’s mission. Their compassion and thoughtful attention not only made a difference in our mother’s quality of life but also provided great solace to our family. We wanted to make sure you are aware of the extraordinary job being done at Brookdale Centre Point Boulevard. The care and empathy they consistently demonstrated reflect the high standards we hope every family can experience when entrusting their loved ones to a facility like Brookdale.

Everyone is so friendly to my parents and to us when we visit. We feel very welcome when we visit. My mom is adjusting good my dad needs more time he is struggling a bit not having my mom with him at night but he knows this is whats for the best. I love that it's not huge and I feel like the residents are watched more and are safe.

My family member is there they have catered to all his needs. If I have a concern they will take care of it immediately without any problems. The patient and their family comes first. Caring and willing staff.

The people at Brookdale care about the residents and their families. [name removed] was very helpful in getting everything set up. My dad loves the food, especially the ice cream! Staff check in with him and make sure he has what he needs. Highly recommend Brookdale in Staunton.

In every way “ A Place for Mom” is just what it says. They took what I asked for and it was just perfect. They do their best to please my Mom and our family. They do everything they can to make my Mom comfortable and included. They listened when I needed something. Very creative is their solutions. What a joy and a relief. They are God's gift to me and her. My gratitude is y’all’s.

Brookedale Chambrel Roswell has exceeded our expectations. Having a nurse on staff rather than med-techs is extremely helpful in caring for our loved one. The caregivers are kind and attentive. Our loved one is clean, content and well-fed.

They have a very caring staff ! I felt my brother was cherished and cared for. I highly recommend brookdale corona. The room sizes are fine /activities director joy was wonderful

My mother chose Brookdale Lake Orienta because she said it felt like home. We spoke to happy/friendly residents and staff during our tour. As I walk through the building with my mom, the staff and other residents call her by name and she has only been there 6 weeks. So many activities scheduled, it made it easy for mom to meet the other residents and make new friends. She has stated how much she loves Brookdale and how safe she feels knowing there is someone always there to help her if she needs it. For me, that she is happy and safely taken care of when needed is priceless.

[name removed] worked with me to find places in my area that were in our price range. She provided the information for Brookdale Dr. Phillips and [name removed] reached out right away to schedule a visit and answer any questions. We took our tour and made me feel beyond comfortable with the staff and facility. I stopped looking after this visit. They coordinate events, schedule trips to the store, coordinate appointments, and most importantly they provide excellent care. I visit frequently and feel at home. If I have any questions I call and I am helped. My dad is not adjusting well as he wants to be back home, but needs more care than can be provided at home. While I was there yesterday I was told they are continuing to try and get him to engage and leave his room. They aren’t giving up! They want him to feel at home. I feel he is in a safe place with great people.

You feel a sense of warmth and caring from the first time touring. The residents are friendly and welcoming. I am retired nurse who worked in skilled nursing and this community is the best by far and surprisingly not the most expensive. The food is delicious with many daily choices. I would highly recommend.

Staff is awesome, facility is clean, and lots of fun activities for my mom. The staff are attentive, kind, and helpful. My mom has fun doing the activities and it’s great to see her have more socialization as compared to when she lived alone. Thankful I found Brookdale NW Hills!

Everyone was so friendly and so professional. We loved what they had to offer. We love the way they treat their residents. And we actually are going to be checking in next week. As a full-time resident, we were so pleased with what we learned.

We moved my 80 year old dad to Brookdale Tamarac a month ago. We have been so impressed with the staff. Everyone is so helpful, cheerful and welcoming. The staff definitely goes out of their way to help. My Dad felt very welcome with the residents too. They immediately took him under their wing to show him around. People are always asking him to join them for meals. Which has been great since he didn't know anyone at Brookdale. There are lots of events my dad has been invited to. We love all the perks living here too. The Shuttle services to appointments or to grocery shopping has been wonderful. So happy he's making friends there. He REALLY loves the food too. So much variety and everything has been delicious! We are truly blessed to have found such a wonderful facility. We love seeing my Dad so happy and adjusting so well.

All the lunch meals that I have eaten at Brookdale have been delicious and nutritious. Brookdale is expensive in comparison to other places but worth it if you can afford it. They try to get the residents involved in various activities throughout the day so that they get out of their rooms and have interactions with others. Staff are very friendly with the residents and call them by name when they see them throughout the day.

The food is good. The facility is well maintained. Activities great grounds well maintained. The pager system in my room 15 intrusive, annoying and loud. It's gone off at 4:15 am. Numbers have been announced23-27 times. When I'm the TV when the pager is on.

We were looking for a place for my mother-in-law and decided to do a walk in visit to Spring Shadows. From the moment we walked in, we felt an immediate warmth as we were greeted by the Director, [name removed], and Activities Director, [name removed] it truly felt like family. [name removed] then introduced us to the nurse, [name removed], [name removed], and other staff members all of whom were equally welcoming. We had the opportunity to sit with [name removed] and [name removed], and [name removed] deep knowledge of senior living was evident. She not only answered our questions but also offered helpful suggestions to support us while we made our decision. The residents we saw were genuinely happy you could tell they felt at home and loved being there. The only reason we didn’t move in was that we needed a downstairs unit for my mother-in-law, and unfortunately, one wasn’t available at the time. Thank you, Spring Shadows, for the fantastic work you’re doing! I would absolutely recommend Spring Shadows 10/10!
