Very warm and dedicated staff, and clean and beautiful facilities. Plenty of activities for the residents, and an easy and accommodating process for our visits there. My mom was always happy there, whenever we visited her, she was assuring us that we couldn’t find a better place for her, she loved everything about this place.

The love, care, dedication and high level of care Avalon Memory Care has afforded to my relative is exceptional. It's been a long time since I have been able to be so at peace knowing my relative's care is not lacking in any way. It is truly a great facility!

This was an absolutely wonderful and perfect place for my grandma. I can't express how appreciative my whole family is for the heartfelt care, and the incredible staff, the care gave my dear grandma. I have a family member living in Avalon Memory Care. The facility is clean and the staff is helpful to the residents and visitors. They have activities that are age appropriate. I highly recommend this place.

The service and care at Avalon Memory Care are top quality. Very professional. Attentive to your needs. It is run by caring individuals who do all that they can to accommodate and ensure everyone is comfortable and happy.

A special thank you to the supervisory staff, aides, housekeeping staff, food services, maintenance, and pharmaceutical staff for assisting dad with all his needs. Dad had extremely poor eyesight and hearing and he was accommodated very well. He was treated like family by his co-residents and staff and was very comfortable at home at Avalon Memory Care.

Avalon Memory Care has a great facility that has a homelike feel. They put their resources into having a lot of staff per resident, which is what my mom needs. Since being here my Mom gained weight and has adopted a routine that really improves her quality of life.

We are delighted with the facility of Avalon Memory Care. We just placed Grandma in a room with them and couldn't be happier. It is clean and well-lit, and everyone greets us, down to the folks who clean up. The staff has been very helpful in this time with us as we were divided as a family as to how to make the transition. They are caring and knowledgeable about all aspects of the transfer, especially since the five of us kids were not in agreement with one another. Their activities are well done and helpful to the residents. Their policies helped to create an atmosphere that was the most accommodating, even as Grandma did not initially want to go. She is finding them caring and dedicated. When there is a concern, they respond immediately to us. They make every effort to help us feel comfortable with her being there.

When the time came that my dad could not be cared for safely at home, I had the difficult job of finding the right place for him. I visited several care homes and as soon as I found Avalon Memory Care I knew this was it. Dad has lived here now for 4 years and I don't know where I'd be without them. They are like family and they treat my dad as family. He is safe, his medications are managed and he is surrounded by a stimulating environment. I visit as often as I can.

After considering other assisted living facilities, we moved our 93-year-old parent to Avalon Memory Care. [names removed] and all of the staff are so warm and caring. They are well-trained and friendly, particularly the front desk which keeps track of residents and visitors. The large living room on the first floor near the dining room and cafe is ideal because it feels like people are busy living. The beautiful backyard is welcoming. They really encourage families to visit by planning family-friendly events.

The decision one makes to remove a loved one from a safe, controlled environment at home and into a new and strange one is a tough decision to make. It is also, frequently, done at a desperate time. We are extremely grateful for the gentle, thoughtful, and proactive care Avalon has given my father during his time with them as well as the friendship and love that the staff also generously extended to our family.

I couldn't found a better place for my dad. They were kind and loving to him always. His needs were taken of completely during his time there. I could not recommend them any more highly! This was a great place!

My father was happy and always well-kept and clean and most of all safe. All the employees were happy doing their jobs with purpose. They engaged with dad and made him laugh. I witnessed them always being kind and gentle and patient. In addition, Dad was well fed with their deliciously prepared food.

My grandmother spent her final days at Avalon and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to care for her. The caregivers are attentive and kind, and many of them have been with Avalon for years. If you are looking for a place to love on you and your family in a season that is inevitably difficult, Avalon is a wonderful choice.

My mom recently passed after spending 6 years at Avalon Memory Care at McKinney Ranch, McKinney, TX. The folks at Avalon have always been wonderful to my mom. She was in a safe and loving environment. I would highly recommend Avalon to anyone.

Avalon Memory Care has been great for us and takes great care of my father. They've taken care of everything and watched carefully. It's wonderful that they can arrange any necessary doctor visits. I work outside the city during the week so it's difficult for me to handle any such arrangements myself. My aunt also appreciates how well my dad is being cared for.

I recently had the need to look for a care facility for an ailing friend. I was referred to Avalon Memory Care and what a nice surprise I found. The facility was clean, and bright and had a very upbeat and professional staff. The staff are so positive and gentle and give each resident the individual care they require. The activities director is continually looking for stimulating activities for the residents - in just two weeks my friend has participated in flower arranging, exercise class, dancing, and sing-a-longs with a live piano player. It feels wonderful to know that she is being so well cared for. I would highly recommend this facility to any family looking for a wonderful, caring, facility for their loved one with dementia.

Since the new management took over, the improvements at Avalon Memory Care have been remarkable. The facility now feels like a second home, especially thanks to the incredible caregivers, Gabriel and Raymundo. Their kindness, love, and genuine care for the patients are evident in everything they do. They treat each resident as if they were their own grandparents, creating an environment of warmth and compassion that is truly unique. Gabriel and Raymundo's dedication makes Avalon Memory Care stand out as an exceptional memory care facility. Highly recommended!

We would rate a 5 for all categories! We are happy with the care! The staff did a wonderful job! They were friendly and helpful! He was always clean. They took very good care of him! He loved the music when it played in the dining room. They did a phenomenal job with Thanksgiving! We have no complaints at all! It was a good sign that there is no staff turnover since he started there.
