The tour was very informative. It was great to meet with the team and to talk about their experiences with daily activities. I think the best thing is the friendly atmosphere and the opportunity to enjoy life during the golden years! Great job!

Atria del Rey is very nice with a comfortable atmosphere. Tirso Del Junco was very knowledgeable and helpful. This was the first time looking for a memory care facility, but I was pleased with the experience. I would highly recommend this place!

I visit my friend at Atria Hacienda often and I have to say, its a great place. My friend is very happy here and has been here 4 years. The employees are attentive to the tenants and the food is great.

It's small and the staff all know the community member names..

I toured this facility last week. I found the place to be clean, inviting and all of the staff was very nice. The residents seemed happy. I did not choose to place my mom in this facility because she felt more comfortable being in a place that also had memory care. She is concerned that this may be an issue in the future and was not comfortable having to move. If this was not an issue, I would have been happy to place her here.

My Mom just moved into Atria after losing my Dad, her primary care giver. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our urgency during a very challenging time. The staff and residents have been so kind and welcoming that her transition has gone better than we had expected. She loves how bright her apartment is and she is enjoying the food and activities. Our family could not be happier with our choice to place her at Atria Draper Place.

Facility is always clean and inviting! Staff is very helpful. Many activities to keep busy and onsite salon is a great addition

Overall, the facility is beautiful and well maintained. I met with [Name Removed] and he was a pleasure to speak with; I could tell he cares about his job and the residents. The only negative is the facility does not offer the care needed for dementia patients; if my dad's memory declined and he became confused or started to wander, I would need to move him out of that facility to a different one.

5 stars based on many factors: Caring staff, great food are at the top. The marketing and orientation was friendly, respectful and helpful. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Attentive and friendly staff

I could’ve moved to any community in San Mateo County, but I chose Atria, principally because of the staff. They’re warm, caring, and really make this place feel like home. Because the staff is so great, the care is excellent too. The amenities are terrific, the food is good, and the residents aren’t bad either lol. I love my apartment — it’s terrific — and I have a beautiful view of the bay and the Hayward Bridge. The location is also perfect for me. It’s close to restaurants, the PJCC, and my Rotary Club, and my friends and family live nearby, so it’s easy and convenient for them to visit. After a year here, I’m still very happy with my decision.

In search of my future home, I recently came across this unique property and had the pleasure of meeting with the Sales Director, who immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed. He gave me his full attention and truly went out of his way to ensure I felt at ease. As a result of this experience, my perspective on senior living has become much clearer. I now see that this stage of life is far from “the end of the world.” Instead, it can be a wonderful opportunity to continue enjoying life while being surrounded by others who are experiencing the same phase of life. As I write this email, I am seriously considering the possibility of relocation. I was also invited back to attend a garden party, and although gardening is not really my area of interest, it gave me the opportunity to meet more residents and staff members. Everyone I encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuine, which further reinforced the many positives I see in this community.

Staff ,activities, and food were all great. She was not there long enough to experience care. Shared room was fine. Her side was roughly 6'x 15'. A half wall for separation.

I have lived here at Atria Marland Place for almost 2 Years. I came on my own accord and found the one my son and I thought would be best for me and convient for him. We made the correct choice! I made friends by joining in the many activities they have from card games, Bingo, entertainment (that is always great) and by being friendly myself. I made my apartment like home with many familiar things I took along with me and some new furnishings. The staff is wonderful. I have a few I would like to praise, [Name Removed] our activities director and [Names removed} at the Bistro,[Name Removed] in maintenance and Finance and [name removed] in Aid care and my housekeeper [name removed]. Everyone here is good at what they do and try to please. Again, I call this HOME!??

We are very happy with Atria, and Maria is adjusting well and making friends. The staff is friendly, supportive, and accommodating, which we really appreciate.

Atria is a great place! It's in north Scottsdale so I understand the cost is a little bit higher due to being in that area, but with my Mom being on a fixed income we had to do a few things to make it work for her. One of the biggest selling points in our mind was the fact that our mom can transition directly into assisted living services at this location when the time comes without needing to move facilities or even having to change rooms. All the staff have been incredibly friendly and kind, Atria brings aboard high quality people. And the food is really fantastic, great variety and very fresh.

The staff was great to work with and communicate as we transitioned from the hospital to Atria. Mom and Dad have been very happy and safe there. They also love the ice cream.

The caretakers are so sweet and friendly. The admin staff is easily available and easy to work with. The residents are also very cheerful and kind.

The visit to Atria Gardens was wonderful . I was treated like a guest in there home . The place was clean and nice , and the tour was un hurried and we met a lot of nice people both guests and employees . I would certainly recomend it . in fact we have just finished the papper work to move my wife to the memory care unit.
