The staff is terrific and did a great job helping my neighbor transition from her home, including referring movers to bring her belongings from her home to her apartment. They were also very patient with Evelena as she went back and forth on whether she should move or not.

5's for all. She's very happy there. The residents are very welcoming and friendly, as are the staff. The facility has many nice seating areas we can sit in when we visit our mom, and the facility is very clean and well kept.

My mom was a resident in the memory care facility for just over a year. She enjoyed her 'home' as she called it and loved the food and her new friends. I knew that she was going to be taken care of. The aides and staff were wonderful to her and to us. Always caring and inquiring if we needed anything. In these last few months as her dementia progressed they were most caring and compassionate. Now that she has passed I can say that moving mom her for the last months of her life was the best thing we could have done, for her and for us.

I met with one of the Community Sales Directors who was generous with her time. She provided me with information about the community and answered my questions and helped me understand what I might see with my husband as dementia progresses. She then gave me a tour of the community and then we followed up with further discussion about how medical services are provided. It was a very good learning experience for me.

Very pleasant people at this facility - both staff and residents. My sister was hesitant at the idea of assisted living but upon arrival and touring she immediately said this is where I want to be. Loved it all Restaurants, apartment and especially the library. The sales office was great to work with.

My wife and I just dropped in unannounced to see how things appeared to us. We met a number of staff who were all thoughtful and friendly as we toured the complex. Overall, I was favorabluy impressed with the staff - teh Executive Director has been at The Atria for a number of years, as had the chef and a couple of others. The atmosphere, appearance, and ambiance were all very favorable. I find this location very attractive and will continue to consider a a top potential for us.

The staff is incredibly friendly, caring, and helpful. Every time I visit my mom, they ask how she's doing and how she's adjusting, which means a lot. They remember that she's fairly new and had a difficult time settling in, and their genuine concern has been very reassuring. The food is very good, and the apartments are lovely. My mom has a one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, which was a huge advantage compared to other communities we looked at that only offered a small refrigerator and microwave. Having a full kitchen has made the transition easier for her since she isn't quite ready to go down to the dining room for meals yet. I'm able to bring her groceries like milk, juice, salads, and other essentials so she can eat comfortably in her apartment. She also has a nice little patio, which has been wonderful for her dog and gives them both a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy. Overall, we've been very happy with the community and the care and attention the staff provides.

Clenliness, friendliness and food are all 5s. Can't comment on activities, because we were not able to do any of them. The staff was lovely and helpful. My brother died, so he never got to do much of anything at Atria -- he was ill most of the time. I probably would not return to Atria because I am shocked by what they charge to give a pill. I think it is far above and beyond what they should charge. A monthly charge of $[removed]+ is outrageous!

The facility is big, we'll organized and clean. Staff very welcoming and helpful and explain the services well. The rooms are reasonable and comfortable.

The staffing models are the best compared to the other communities we toured. The 1 bed apartment is adequate for 1 person. The food is great. The entire facility is well maintained. There are plenty of activities. Mom is going to play bingo with other residents today at 3:30. We are very pleased with our choice so far.

The facility and staff are terrific, both professional and always friendly. My father is in a single room and there is ample room for anything he may need or want to do. The room is nicely furnished and day to day appliances, etc are provided. Activities are available throughout the day and people are encouraged to participate in whatever interests them. My father enjoys blackjack, bingo and the various musical entertainment that is provided. The only thing I would say that could use improvement is some of the food choices in the dining room.

As my mother's anticipated discharge date from a residential care facility approached, her returning home alone was not an option. I needed a place where she'd be safe & cared for. I searched high and low. I looked into several options. Fortunately, I was referred to Atria Dey Rey by A Place for Mom. From the very first phone call and visit in March 2026 to my mother's move in, and current stay, the staff has been amazing. Besides the facility being well kept and it's highly desirable location, my experience and interaction with the staff has been unparallel. They have been professional , kind, patient, light-hearted and responsive. Transitions for elderly can be quite challenging. Despite, the staff meets those challenges. They have remained unchanged and strive daily to care for all the residents at Atria. Moreover, my mom finds the staff to be attentive, patient, and concerning. She enjoys the company of others & calendared activities. She's happy & safe & that's what matter most!

My sister and I toured this facility and left feeling that our mom would love this place. The atmosphere was joyful, clean, and bright. The rooms felt fresh and the activities offered would resonate with our mom.

The staff was very knowledgeable during the tour and information session. There was always someone to call with any questions. There are always activities planned. This facility was selected for my Mom. Everyone there made Mom’s transition from out of state to Atrium seamless.

I am very impressed with Atria Valley View. It is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff is pleasant & helpful.

5's across the board, a very nice place and well run. [name removed] was so helpful and engaging when we first arrived. She invited us back the next day for lunch for [name removed] and 4siblings. She left us to discuss and looped back several times to answer questions knowing that it was a big family decision. This was key in our decision making. Very helpful approach. [names removed] were especially helpful in getting the Form 602 done. I am managing my sister's care in CA from AL and the staff at Atria is very open in their communication with me for her care.

The facility is clean, affordable, well managed and most importantly the staff is kind, friendly, and caring. Other clients are also friendly and suited to be friends with my brother-in-law. The facility also boasts indoor and outdoor on-site parking...very important for visiting family and friends.
