This was such a welcoming place with happy residents and friendly, competent staff. I would have no qualms moving my dad here.

Atria is a wonderful place. We were greeted by the receptionist immediately . The lobby area was beautiful and inviting. The people from staff to residents were so friendly. The restaurant food was unbelievably good. I will highly recommend people in need of assisted living check this place out first

Lovely facility. Recently renovated, clean, well maintained. Staff is caring and attentive. Apartment (we chose a renovated unit) is light and airy, spacious, and looks like a modern apartment. We made a good choice in moving my mom here.

Staff is absolutely amazing!! The apartment size is a little small. I would highly recommend Atria Chandler Villas to anyone looking for retirement living!

For most categories, I would give a 5. We've been very impressed by the Coterie. For #5, I would give them a 4. There were a few snafus that they could have handled better. For #6, the food looks amazing, but we haven't tried it yet. I'll send you an update when we get there later today. The marketing director, [name removed], is amazing. She spoke directly to my mom like she is a person and showed a lot of respect for her wishes. This made us feel comfortable that my mom would be treated well at The Coterie. When we toured [community removed], the person there barely looked at her and mostly addressed me. I didn't like that because this is my mothers decision, not mine.

The area was nice, and interior very pleasant. All the residents and staff appeared content. It was an extremely informative visit, but unfortunately they did not have any immediate openings. I am looking for something before October, and preferably a place that will except the Medicaid buy down when funds run out in case my mom lives longer than me. I need to know she will be settled where she is.

The care and staff have been very good! They have lots of activities. My mom has been happy with the food too. The size room has been just what she needed too. We have been very happy with everything over all.

Every time I visit my former neighbor, he’s heading into a stretch exercise, a drumming session or a trip to Trader Joe’s. I’m so glad he’s moved here, it’s been a change from his isolated existence when he lived next to door to me. The staff is so friendly here.

All interaction with the staff has been great and we would recommend Atria Stamford community to other families.

It went well from the first day we met. My dad and I had our name on the kiosk as we arrived. Great touch. Everything planed and no pressure. As we took the tour, several residents while on 1st tour reached out to us unprompted with basically the same answer; "this place is the best" and "you'll luv it here", which made all of us feel immediately comfortable. My dad has just gotten used to menu which got the "4" for food, menu has variety but doesn't change much. The grounds are immaculate and has a great pool. Overall is been an easy transfer and makes our family feel safe and comfortable

The staff is very responsive to all needs. The room is cleaned daily, the bathroom floor and kitchen floors are wiped daily. Garbage emptied and bed made also daily. If I send an email or call I receive an answer within a day or so. The lady at the front desk [Name Removed] is always helpful and pleasent. like Staff treats my Mom with kindness and listen to her stories, even if they have heard them many times before! I love the East Northport Atria for my Mom!

I was extremely interested in their Memory Care facility for my cousin. It was lovely, contained and immaculate. Residents were engaged in an exercise activity. The studio that was available was spacious and comfortable. All questions of concern were answered. We were looking for a place where my cousin would be well cared for and close to where we live. I think we found it!

I find the staff very helpful regarding just about anything. laundry and housekeeping do their jobs well and have found that the best meal served is breakfast. My grandchildren love to visit everyone is very kind to them staff and residents. They love to PLAY BINGO!

We had a complete tour by our lovely tour guide who told us everything we needed to know ! We saw everything, met residents, met staff members , asked questions and we hope to put our loved one there .

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and my brief tour was encouraging and informative. The facility overall and the particular rooms and spaces I viewed were all clean and inviting. I’ve come away with a very positive about this community.

The staff so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone I've encountered has been super! The whole care home is kept very clean. I would definitely recommend Atria Del Rey They have a very welcoming and homey atmosphere.

My mom has lived at Atria Hacienda for 4 years and loves it! She didnt want to move out of her home but once she did she loved it. She's made so many friends and is thriving again. I wish we would have made the move sooner. Thank you to the staff for making this a great place to live.
