Anthem Memory Care

Everyone at this facility was very compassionate to me. It was a stressful time. My mother only ended up residing here for a short time prior to entering heaven.

Many times the planned activity on the schedule was cancelled or the staff was unaware of it. I went down there with my loved one so it wasn't them telling me I saw it first hand. My loved one has social issues and has a hard time with activities. Not much they are interested in doesn't like TV much. Reads little. No games or puzzles. My loved one can be hard to entertain. It's a great place for my loved one no doubt. That's what I would say. Everyone seems so nice there. Great communication all around. Great people to work with. [name removed] is the best.

Harvester Place is a really nice place. My dad likes it and seems to be adjusting well. He's made some friends. I have monthly meetings with the therapy team, and they let me know how he's doing - if he's eating, how his therapy is going, things like that. It seems like sometimes when I come to visit, it's a reminder that he can't come home, and he gets angry. But other than that, he's doing well. They are very kind to him. He's been cooperative with them and allowing their help. And I am pleased with his care.

The place is great. I would highly recommend. They are on top of things, they take good care of the residents, and get them invloved in activites. Overall, I was very happy.

The administrator is hands on. She knows every client by name and genuinely cares. The nursing staff stay on top of issues with a residents health and are proactive. Everyone speaks to the residents by name (including the laundry and kitchen staff). They get to really know the residents and keep them engaged.

Harvester Place was my 2nd choice. I really liked them a lot. It had a very similar feel to the place we chose. The difference was the setup of the rooms. Harvester Place had a Jack and Jill bathroom shared with a neighbor. Having a loved one with more advanced dementia, I was concerned she would be confused about which room was hers when exiting the bathroom. They had other layouts, but that was the only one available at the time.

Our family had an in person tour and we were very impressed with the tour experience but they were unsure if they were going to be able to accept our loved one and we never go a definitive answer from them

The food is wonderful. They offer options at every meal. The staff is friendly and inviting.

We picked this community, because, we liked the staff, and the administration people were super. It's a great place, with great activities, a great courtyard, and the staff is great.

All the staff are exceptionally friendly and have a genuine desire to perform the services that are offered as best they can. The food is excellent. They do a good job keeping the residents busy with activities. When we visited initially, we were really impressed with how much they were patient-oriented. Instead of just following rules or listening to their supervisors, they are motivated by focusing on the patients. That was not the case at other places we toured, where it seemed they were more concerned with glitter and flash. Our family member was fearful of going to these types of places her whole life, and now she loves it at Vineyard Place.

I'm very pleased with MorningStar at North Ridge; they're wonderful!

Very happy overall , everyone is very polite and caring couldn't be in a better place for my loved one.

Absolutely would recommend to any of my friends or family members for their loved one's when the time is needed for extra care. Morningstar at North Ridge, has been nothing short of phenomenal from the bottom to the top. All staff is extremely polite, caring and well mannered. Seem to really care deeply about the residents and take time with each individually. The facility itself is beautiful, very well maintained and very clean. Feel very secure knowing our loved one is well cared for and in a very safe place.

For my loved ones condition, they took him with open arms and gave him wonderful care staff was very helpful and informative. It was a great place they showed extremely good bedside manner and care for my loved one. I would highly recommend it from my families experience .

We really liked the community. It was further from family than we wanted.

We had a wonderful tour experience with Charter Senior Living of Glen Ellyn. We had nothing negative at all to say, we just felt another place fit our loved ones needs just a bit better and they also worked with us on the pricing. Charter was a beautiful, dedicated memory care facility.

We just knew that Cascade Creek was the place for our loved one - they were very happy there and really well taken care of. We would recommend this community based off the experience we had.

The were wonderful; they were like family, and that was probably one of the most important things to me at that time. I was there every single day for the entire day, up until husband passed. So I attended the activities with him and it made me feel at home. They have a program called SPARK - they had flower arranging, painting, taking care of the garden outside and feeding humming birds. There was a historical program every evening going over the history of different organizations, like the boy scouts etc., it was something to get them thinking. Every morning was started off with the pledge of allegiance, the star spangled banner, and lords prayer. Those were all intended to get them sparked up and moving. They had something different every week. Communication was fine, although I didn't need a lot, but they were always available. I would absolutely recommend Willow Springs to others - it would be my first recommendation.

This is an incredible place and gives you peace of mind for your loved one. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff communication is wonderful. They are responsive, helpful, and caring to make sure all the family's questions are answered. I couldn't have found a better place for my mom.
